02/12/2025: one star for the employees that were lovely and one star for the space that’s also nice, but the main thing that’s the food it was terrible. I got a kit kat milkshake and fries with cheddar sauce with bacon, the milkshake tasted nothing like kit kat, it literally tasted like water and the fries came in a very small bowl and half of it was full with the cheddar sauce, i was trying not to get sick while eating it. I paid €14 for both and honestly i can go to burger king and get the same stuff for a much better quality and price.

01/12/2025: Can’t fault the service but the food is absolute garbage chips freezing cold got a hot Louisiana chicken burger it was 2 tiny goujons with a bit of seasoning over them horrible kids bearly touched there meals I’d rather eat a rustlers burger any day day of the week

09/01/2026: Very nice service, quick and done very well, charming too. If you’re looking for a quieter place with enough room to not have your shoulder touching your neighboring table, it’s a nice place! Edwin was such a lovely server too, very friendly and attentive.

07/11/2025: We had a Christening here last weekend and it was amazing. Fantastic venue for an event. Sharon and all the staff were great, extremely helpful and attentive. Food was fantastic, beautifully presented and lots of it. Highly recommend this place for any event you won't be disappointed.

23/10/2025: King's Biryani, Stillorgan, is truly amazing! The Biryani and Egg Fried Rice were absolutely flawless—a perfect 10/10. The Seekh Kebabs were equally exceptional. Even the Tandoori was excellent. Beyond the stellar food, the chef is awesome, the staff is wonderful, and the whole place has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

24/03/2026: Ordered takeaway through the chutni website.. Food was ready by the time we arrived ... Good taste and affordable price rate.. Ordered chicken malai kebab, butter chicken , chilli chicken, lamb dun biriyani & chicken dum biriyani.... Butter chicken and the biriyanis were perfect flavours and all of enjoyed the taste.. spices were up to the mark... Chilli chicken was okay but the kebab was a bit salty.. did not reach our expectation and taste...

20/02/2026: I’ve been a regular customer at Chutni Take Away for quite some time, mainly because their previous menu was absolutely full of flavour and variety. It was honestly one of the best in town, and that’s what kept me coming back two or three times a week. It genuinely stood out from other takeaways. Unfortunately, since the menu change, the experience hasn’t been the same. The new menu feels very limited, and the dishes lack the bold flavours that made this place stand out before. It feels a bit bland and less exciting compared to what it used to be. I truly hope the management considers bringing back some of the old favourites or expanding the menu again, because this place had something really special. I’d love to become a regular customer again.

30/12/2025: This place is a local legend. Though the place itself isn't too grand on the eyes as the interior is quite minimal, the man at the desk couldn't be more cheerful to see anyone's face when they walk in and order, and there's always at least 1 person coming in or out collecting orders, and the food is comforting and delicious. Always excited to swing by and order, and their slice bags are like no others in Dublin, so good.

27/08/2025: Pretty decent coffee, its either specialty or fresh, either way it is much better than many other places. The atmosphere is really chill, seating outdoors and also a nice makeshift shed for indoor seating, very clean and nice design. No rush on anything, perfect for lunch time coffee or catch up chat with friends or co workers. Only issue is I overheard one of the staff complaining to another about the food while I was ordering, now it wouldnt affect me but it needs to be mentioned as that can be off putting for some people who are looking to order the food! Train your staff to love their workplace and we will love it too.

15/05/2025: A nice spot to grab a coffee while out for a walk with my 1 year old son. Staff really friendly and food reasonably priced. I would highly recommend. Grab a coffees & treats then off for a walk in park..

20/10/2025: Glad to see it open again after a very quick patch up (paint on outdoor tables still sticky as they didn't seal it) and not much changed inside, but food not up to the mark (tasteless salad, which was kindly replaced and Cuban sandwich in name only). Would definitely go back for a pint outside, but still feels outdated on the inside. Much better friendly service than under last owner. Updated review (October 25): Thanks for your response below! We went back and new menu is great. Best lobster roll I ever had!

08/04/2026: Review: I visited Spice of India in Clonsilla today for a dine-in meal. I ordered 2 portions of Chicken Tikka Biryani. On their website menu, the price is listed as €16.95 each. But when I got the bill, they charged me €47.90 in total. When I asked about the difference, the staff member simply said that dine-in prices are different from takeaway prices. I understand a small markup for dine-in, but this is an enormous jump. For just two biryanis, I ended up paying nearly €48 – that’s over €14 extra compared to what their own website shows. To make it worse, the portion size was disappointing. They only gave just 2 sauce for two biryanis, and when I asked for raita, they acted like they were doing me a favour by finally providing it. I’m grateful I didn’t order anything else, or God knows how high the bill would have gone. This felt completely unfair and ridiculously overpriced. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never visit again. Very disappointed.

21/12/2025: The place is just lovely. Gorgeous display of pastries, nice decor and a little wall full of coffee beans ,equipment etc. the vibe is really nice overall. Some staff members have an attitude towards others which I noticed and also some of them don’t even prepare/serve the food and coffee with intention, just more of a “here you go” kind of attitude. The coffee always lacks here for me. I’ve tried the coffee 4 times now, it’s either sour or tastes like throw up. Haven’t tried most of their pastries so can’t review that really.
