The best restaurants in Dublin

10/07/2026: A great cultural restaurant to get elusive. Staff fish dinners. They have all sorts if selectionser ice is quicksand there are drinks too.

11/06/2026: My friend and I tried this Nigerian food for the first time. Really positive experience and none of the food was too spicy for us! The portion sized were decent too! We really enjoyed the plantain and jollof rice but the meat on the rice was very tough. The dodo gizzard had a nice, spiced flavour to it. It had plantain and chicken gizzards. Some of the chicken gizzard was tough but the flavour profile was nice! It was my first time have chicken gizzard and I was a bit nervous about it but the meat taste is very mild! Unfortunately neither of us enjoyed the Egusi or Ogbono. They had a very strong fish taste, which might be typical of the dishes but we didn't enjoy it. I didn't know that when we ordered but sure look! You live and learn! The fufus were nice! The white fufu was a smooth texture and the brown fufu had more of a grainy feel to it. I liked the white fufu more and my friend liked the brown one more so there was no fights between us! 😅 The staff were very lovely and helpful! I'll definitely be back to try a few more dishes in the future!

25/07/2026: Delicious food and drink! Particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice and the Dubai chocolate and pistachio tart.

24/07/2026: We had one of the most disappointing café experiences we have ever had. My mother and I came in for coffee and were initially greeted by the manager. We told him we wanted two espressos, and he directed us to the counter. While we were waiting there, a waitress kindly invited us to sit at a table, saying it would be easier to serve us there. As we sat waiting to order, the same manager walked over to the waiter and, right in front of us, said that we should not have been seated because we were “only ordering coffee.” It was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear. The ironic part is that his assumption was completely wrong. We ordered two espressos, a slice of cake, and a bottle of water. To make matters even worse, when the waiter came to take our order, he told us we were only allowed to stay at the table for 30 minutes. If this is the café’s policy, it should be communicated politely and consistently—not after making customers feel unwelcome because of what the manager assumed they would spend. We completely understand that cafés have rules and that tables need to be managed during busy times. What is unacceptable is being judged before even placing an order and being made to feel like we were not welcome simply because the manager believed we would not spend enough. The manager’s attitude completely ruined what should have been a pleasant visit. Customer service is about making people feel welcome, regardless of the size of their order. Unfortunately, this experience did the exact opposite. We will not be returning, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that other customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

01/08/2025: Assolutamente da provare. Si trova nel pieno di Temple Bar ma, a differenza di altri locali, qui non c'è il frastuono della musica live. Cibi squisiti e personale simpatico e molto veloce. Noi abbiamo provato la beef stuve, super buona. Se andate nelle serate di grande afflusso dovete avere pazienza, c'è da fare un pò di fila, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

30/07/2025: Nachdem wir 30 Min. auf der Strasse auf unseren reservierten Tisch gewartet haben, war das Erlebte dann wirklich nicht sehr gemütlich. Chaotische Zustände im Restaurant. Bierfässer werden im Gastraum und den Toiletten gelagert. Der Burger war trocken, unterstes Level. Ambiente, ist nicht vorhanden eingepfercht wie Tiere. Das Ganze ist einfach eine gut organisierte Abzocke.

12/06/2025: This is the most relaxed insomnia I have visited in Dublin. It's got a great Vibe. Service with a smile. And Great Coffee. It's a Cool Coffee Shop. Cool People and a cool Vibe. I would definitely recommend

13/07/2026: Came for dinner. Kids got the cheese pizza and chicken with fries. I got the seafood chowder for a starter and it was delicious and had nice large chucks of seafood in it. My wife and I shared the butter chicken was great. The sauce they used was really good and our daughter used it to dip her chicken in it because she liked it so much.

16/06/2026: We had a very good seafood chowder, would definitely recommend! The coffee was pretty bad and from an automatic coffee machine; very disappointing when considering the price point of 6.10 Euro for a simple cappuccino. Definitely don’t get a coffee here.

23/06/2026: 8 quid for a small cake and fizzy drink I wouldnt mind too much but the cake was stale Breakfast bap should be all day as nothing much else on menu..15 for a bit of lunch is too much

18/04/2026: Absolutely loved my time at The Red Stables Market! The atmosphere is incredible, and the food lived up to the hype. The service was top-notch—everyone was so welcoming. It’s a fantastic spot for a weekend outing, and at €10-20 per person, it’s great value for the quality. Highly recommend!

26/06/2026: 2nd time getting hard, dried up reheats, thought last time was bad luck, I was so disappointed 😞 won't be ordering for them anymore.

08/05/2026: Great take away chipper. Food is proper chipper and always lovely. Only problem is the garlic sauce. I can only say its watery and tastes disgusting and cheap. Up yer game lads and source a better garlic sauce.

11/07/2026: I used to go a lot more to this place. I find the staff very unfriendly, the burritos are generally soggy and the tables unclean. The poor service is across the board, the staff don't seem to enjoy their time there and the burrito is average at best. The quality has slid over the years sadly.

05/07/2026: Always been banging food but last night got two single burgers instead of one double was super disappointed as the burgers are banging

10/06/2026: This was my first time at Chopped. I wanted to eat something healthy. The salad was boring and tasteless. Staff was friendly. They put rice in it. It was mainly lettuce and rice. I would also like to see their nutritions. Adding white rice to a green salad is a bit weird.

09/04/2026: The concept is good. It's great to have a snack bar with healthy food. I thought the bowl with smoked salmon was delicious.

19/07/2026: I love the idea. The food is almost gourmet. Very creative. Vegan offerings. The poached pear is a good idea but my serving needed to be poached about 20 mins. longer. Was hard to cut and very tart. My salad was so good I didn't needed an entree. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Tip: The 'garden' are all artificial flowers and plants. I really wanted a living garden as the photos make it seem they are alive.

08/07/2026: I called in today at 13:50 to book a reservation for next week and was quickly rushed off the line? The lady I spoke to sounded like she was busy building Rome and hung up the phone so quickly before I was finished asking a question. She said there was a private event (the day I requested) and said bye then hung up. No follow up questions or anything. It just wasn’t professional to me especially at a franchise that charges dear prices. Great thing I didn’t even get to book, who knows what service I would have gotten.

20/07/2026: It's the best kebab ever! Our family tried so many kebab places, but nowhere was so good as here!! Recommend 💯 ! People there are lovely 🤩. If you want to get best food it's the place!! Thank you guys so much 🙏☺️. And the best luck in your business!!!
