The best restaurants in Dublin

09/03/2025: The food is really, the garlic bread, milkshake and fish is to die for. The portion of chips could be a bit bigger, but it's definitely quality over quantity, and they give you quality.

01/03/2025: We have ordered fish and chips and doner kebabs takeaway recently. The doner kebabs was OK but the cod was not good. It is kind of salty as if it is marinated in salt water for a long time so it was quite salt and the texture was strange. To be honest, I am not it it cod. The chips was on the soggy side - fixed by putting them into the airfryer. Overall, the fish and chips was at two stars standard and doner kebabs brought it back up to three stars.

04/01/2025: If you're in the area, I highly recommend swinging by Froth Coffee! Their drive-through is fantastic with plenty of space to park and savour your coffee. Speaking of coffee, it tastes great—their beans selection is top-notch, and it's always served at the perfect temperature. The staff are lovely and always cheerful, which really brightens up the experience. The one downside is their limited selection of baked goods, but that's an area they could definitely improve on. All in all, Froth Coffee is worth checking out!

04/11/2024: Very central, clean and comfortable accommodation with a very well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. They even left us amenities, juices, muffins, and tea and coffee service. We also reserved a parking space for €15/day. If you have heavy luggage, it is preferable to request a ground floor because the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator. When we arrived in the afternoon the heating radiator was on and it was very appreciated. Highly recommended.

23/10/2024: The room was completely fine for 5 people. The size was appropriate and we were also very satisfied with the furnishings. The beds were very comfortable :-) The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Our heaviest suitcase was even carried to the third floor. My children (who don't yet speak English) were also impressed by the two young receptionists from Mexico and Brazil. The location of the hotel is great! O'Connel Street can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (max. 10). There is a good and inexpensive pizzeria right next door. The bus stops almost right in front of the door. Great, even with children!

19/03/2025: It's a fantastic restaurant, food is absolutely delicious. Made to feel very welcome! I would recommend the Thai red curry and dumplings, and if we ever visit Dublin again, this restaurant would be on the list of places to eat.

03/04/2025: Disappointed to see they changed the menu . They stopped using real cheese on the dirty fries. Cheese sauce isn't the same. They stopped using 100% beef in there hamburgers. Won't be returning. 9 years and it's just not the same restaurant since the new company took over.

25/03/2025: Mi esposa y yo paramos aquí de camino al condado de Wicklow desde Dublín. Fue un almuerzo / cena temprano. Completamente sorprendido por la calidad de este lugar. De nuestras comidas a la decoración, a la música. No es un lugar que veas todos los días en un centro comercial. En un viaje de 11 días en Dublín, Galway y Wicklow - la comida que teníamos aquí de alguna manera lo superó todo. El sándwich de carne y el schnitzel de pollo. Siguiente nivel.

07/04/2025: Eating here right now. The barbecue chicken wings (9.2/10) are delicious. They know how to pour a good Guinness (9.4/10). The staff are very friendly and polite. Great atmosphere, no complaints.

09/03/2025: Brilliant juice bar, and much needed in between all the Guinness and gravy consumed on a Dublin trip! 😆 The gentleman who served us was really lovely. We had a green juice and some of the ginger and turmeric shots which were both great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

08/03/2025: Ordered a green mean juice. It was 10/10 incredible, tasty and refreshing. Also the boy serving me was so lovely and friendly.

13/04/2025: Once again tonight got our order incorrect .. missing an item .. but it’s the attitude of the manager when we called to informed them .. our family have been loyal customers.. Also it’s shocking how the owner Zoe responds to complaints.. seems totally deranged .. please check reply’s ..

13/04/2025: If I could give zero stars I would. My family have been frequent customers of this location for family takeaways as we love the food. It has been common that items have been missing from our order. This has been rectified in the past but last week our order was missing items, we called and were promised a credit note would be added to our account. However as my sister called in an order today the phone was passed to Zoey who proceeded to shout at her and refuse to honour the credit they promised us last week saying it wasn’t on our account. She was extremely unprofessional. If you plan on ordering a takeaway from this establishment I would recommend checking your order is all there or if items are missing when you get home demand a refund because they won’t honour their word for a credit. Update/Response: To say a customer is lying is appalling, and from other reviews seems to be habit of yours. I could hear you shouting down the phone as it wasn’t me you were actually talking to. It’s very ironic that you speak of kindness when you showed none yesterday. My review still stands regardless of your passive aggressive response and lack of accountability. Order at your own risk but know this is how they treat people who have been repeat customers.

02/04/2025: FOOD POISONING 27/03/2025 do not go here - campylobacter food poisoning from chicken on pizza. My boyfriend became seriously ill. We don't eat meat at home so easy to know where he got it.

01/04/2025: Went in to order some cauliflower buffalo for take away, ended up waiting around 20 mins, the food was already at the counter to be given but the staff weren’t attentive at all, if I didn’t ask for a follow up it would’ve been forgotten. Extremely disappointing when I opened the container to see soggy (and cold) cauliflower WITHOUT the buffalo sauce, just deep fried cauliflower.

28/04/2025: There is an open sewer pipe behind the bar most likely from the dishwasher waste outlet. There are small black sewer flies everywhere and the smell of methane in the place is really bad. Shame cos it's a nice place otherwise. It's a really easy fix with a smoke test to identify and seal the open pipe. I hope the management reads this and gets the problem sorted because they serve food in the place.
