Xian Street Food
Dublin
16/06/2025: I went here to try a Spice Bag. I would recommend it. Their popularity means the place gets busy / cramped quickly.
16/06/2025: The food here is delicious. At the time, I had some issues with my order as wait time was 30 minutes. I raised this concern with manager Roman who by far has the best customer service I have every experienced. Thank you Roman for restoring my faith in your restaurant!

Insomnia Coffee Company - HSQ
Dublin
23/02/2025: Didn't try the food but the vanilla matcha latte and caramel macchiato were both excellent. Lovely book swap corner there too
24/01/2025: Great coffee shop with a cozy ambiance and friendly staff. The flat white was rich and creamy, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Perfect for relaxing or working, though it can get busy at peak times. Highly recommend!

Scriptorium
Dublin
29/11/2024: Interesting - over the years we have been very loyal supporters of Magee products. Including having had tailor made suits made for many occasions, including our sons wedding party in Cork. Most recently my second son went to the Magee shop in Sth Anne Street to select similar for his wedding party, such was the abysmal level of customer service and indifference he and his fiancée decided against this. Despite their experience and having been referred by the Arnotts franchise, yesterday I visited the FlagShip South Anne Street Store to be met with a completely overwhelmed (on their own) and indifferent staff member, who merely pointed out two rails of navy and grey suits that might meet my 'regular' fit requirements, but provided no further assistance/suggestion. Unfortunately this seems to be a recurring theme at this store and it is a real pity - there are so many 'ordinary' people that are supporters of Magee products and Irish industry and brands and in my opinion are not being well served by this approach.JMcG

Ellis Home Cooking
Dublin
30/10/2024: If this restaurant refines just one dish, the “Tandoori Chicken” then the rest of Dublin’s Indian establishments might well close their doors, as this is the only spot truly serving authentic South Asian flavours. Unlike others, they haven’t compromised/diluted their dishes to cater to a universal palate. A standout is their “Laal Maans” which boldly showcases the richness of traditional spices. It’s no surprise that the restaurant consistently earns five-star reviews. Having ordered from here for over two years, I’ve yet to be disappointed. This restaurant offers a genuine taste of home away from home.
- Thank you 🙏🏽

Lisa's Yummy Yummy
Dublin
29/04/2025: Amazing atmosphere and karaoke for sure but be really careful with the drinks as just for one, you can pay more than 20 quid, also the Moretti is at 11 quid. Unless you have the cheapest beer it can be one of the most expensive places for drinks in Dublin. Again the place is good and the owner is lovely but those prices need to be brought down.
07/02/2025: Good craic for a small get together but very overpriced and very narrow layout.

Spice of India
Dublin
18/05/2025: Absolutely outstanding experience at Spice of India Clonsilla! 🌟. The food was incredibly tasty and fresh, bursting with authentic flavours. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality and handled with care. The Tandoori Jumbo Prawn Masala was a highlight—rich, smoky, and perfectly spiced. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the service—we were treated like royalty. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. I also tried Mango Lassi for the first time, and it was a revelation! So refreshing and creamy—like dessert in a glass. I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered it sooner. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving real Indian cuisine and top-class hospitality. We’ll definitely be back

Olive’s Room
Dublin
20/05/2025: Lovely coffee ☕..going back to a takeaway.. nearly a month ago. Just to say why is a takeaway coffee there dearer than having one in the cafe ... service was slow..
13/05/2025: A beautiful place to have a delicious scone or chicken burger, the quality is high and the atmosphere is relaxing (not on a Saturday since it gets a bit too busy).
Unfortunately they’ve lost a star in my mind for raising the prices of the coffee. My usual coffee went from 3.60 to 4.00 overnight, which loses a bit of a competitive edge.
Coffee (flat white) is hit or miss, sometimes good and creamy, sometimes a bit too watery.
The pastries are fantastic.

The Shakespeare
Dublin
03/04/2025: The Shakespeare shares its space with the Korean food place and it is a match made in heaven!
The food options are great, the beer selection is really varied with some personal favourites.
Service can be a bit slow when it's busy.
Luas station is directly in front so easily reachable but also means lots of foot traffic if you want to step out for a smoke.
All in all a curious combination that deserves being checked out!
22/02/2025: Amazing authentic Corean food. Was just perfect.

Numero 6
Dublin
29/05/2025: While passing through, stopped in for a quick bite, prawn starter and pastas were excellent. The waiter very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Price about right for this quality of food. Will definitely come back.
09/05/2025: We dropped in early on Friday and got a table no problem. Overall our food was beautiful especially the bolognese venison 😍. It was quiet but hoping to book again for a busy evening
