19/01/2025: Dear Management, it is to help to improve service at this quite a nice looking place. Ordered coconut matcha. Got it on normal milk but only found out because my partner asked again if definitely on coconut milk as I have cows milk intolerance. When asked to change it, got iced pistachio latte. Also my partner was asked to calm down while asking nicely to change the drink. So from simple coconut matcha ordered, got iced pistachio latte on almond milk??? What went wrong??? Definitely staff should always confirm order before it's completed if not sure. Customer not always need to tell life story of allergies. And magical word Sorry would help. I was disappointed and really frustrated when girl tried to convince me that it was what I ordered first place. We visit East Wall Starbucks quite often and this situation was not pleasant at all and absolutely unnecessary. Staff approach was not the best which shows lack of professionalism, perhaps experience. So if you have intolerance, please say it straight as staff may ignore your order or make it wrong thinking it doesn't matter. It DOes matter. Customers order no diary milk for a reason sometimes. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. thank you for taking it under consideration. Sincerely. Regular customer.

22/05/2025: Was offered an Açaí with 1/3 melted into liquid- and told by the waitress- that’s the way it is. No, it is not. Sandwich is acceptable.

20/05/2025: We've been ordering from this pizza place for a while and always enjoyed the food. On my last order, there was a misunderstanding, and I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. However, I received a call from Marcel, and I was really impressed by how professionally and kindly he handled the situation. Thanks to his great customer service, I was sent a substitute order, which I was very satisfied with. More than anything, I appreciated the way the issue was addressed. Excellent food & service — I’d definitely recommend this place!

21/02/2025: The staff is TERRIBLE at this place. There is one particular girl who works there- Lauren who was INCREDIBLY rude and was racist to one of the staff members. I noticed that she was purposely trying to start a fight and kept saying derogatory and racist terms to another staff member when there was a queue waiting for their coffee. I asked around for the name of this girl (Lauren) and got to know that this is a general practice here. If racism from a staff member is what is shown at this place- I wouldn't recommend ANYONE TO GO here AT ALL. This is shameful and the manager didn't do much as well. I hope some action is taken against this.

20/10/2024: Went here for tea and a muffin. I really enjoyed it. The staff were nice. The place is clean. It’s easy to find. Would go again.

09/06/2025: I had a very uncomfortable experience during a recent visit to the self-service area. One of the tall store assistants present had a very strong, pungent cologne that I found extremely overpowering, so much so that I struggled to breathe while trying to check out. I believe it may have been a heavily scented Arab-style fragrance, and while I respect personal preferences, such strong scents can be very difficult for some customers to tolerate in shared spaces. The staff member was easily identifiable by prominent arm tattoos and noticeable facial skin texture. My concern isn’t personal appearance, but rather the combination of overwhelming scent and close proximity in a small area, which made my shopping experience quite distressing. I strongly encourage SuperValue to consider setting reasonable guidelines around fragrance use among staff, especially in areas where customers are expected to remain for several minutes. Comfort and accessibility should be a priority.

12/05/2025: 11.05.2025 I went to the shop and they were closed at 21:52. Security guy did not let me into the shop. You guys might to adjust your closing schedule. That was so stressful

30/01/2025: Has been one of my favorite places for years, great food, lovely staff, whether dining in or taking away, it never disapoints. The Lab Gai is my favorite dish, if you can handle the heat, but it's all lovely, think have tried every dish at this point. Highly recommend!!! Update - The Food is still as amazing as ever, great staff, the manager who runs the place is so proffesional, she'd do well in any High End restaurant in London or Paris. Highly recommend Thanks

12/06/2025: I was there Saturday with my boyfriend and mother. I was appalled with what I seen, in the ladies bathroom there was a girl going to the toilet in the bin. The staff were rude and wouldn't make certain drinks because it was "too busy". There was a band on which were very good but they finished at 12am and the pub went silent. They didn't put any music on afterwards which made alot of the people leave the pub including myself, we went over to the vinyl. I don't think I will be back to that pub.

25/05/2025: Great location for a chat and a latte. There are just 3 options to eat that are suitable for vegans.
