03/04/2025: Small convenience shop with a bit of everything. I was very well attended by Tiago. 5 * guy. A welcoming atmosphere. Just what we need in a place like that.

11/05/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at Ollie's Bar. We went with our baby, who started crying at one point—as any small child naturally might. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, the staff asked us to leave, as if having a baby was inappropriate or unwelcome by default. We understand that bars may not always be family-oriented spaces, but the way we were treated was unprofessional and completely insensitive. We felt judged and rejected for something entirely normal. It wasn’t just about being asked to leave—it was the total lack of basic humanity and compassion toward parents simply trying to enjoy a social moment responsibly. We absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone with children or anyone expecting to be treated with basic respect.

30/04/2025: Went for dinner with my fiancé and toddler, the toddler rates the chips pretty high, but myself and partner got the roast.. broccoli and cauliflower undercooked, the carrots were sour? Very strange taste off them. Stuffing was hydrophobic it was that dry and the gravy was so thick you could paste your walls with it. Ate the guts of it because we were starving but Jaysus wish we’d just gone up to sandyford house instead

07/06/2025: Was there with my 2 children Monday evening, 3 feral children aged between 4 and 13 were standing at the ice cream machine the whole time making a total mess, sticking their hands into the machine and licking the ice cream on their fingers, every one noticed , but not one staff member said a word to them, one sraff member even went over to clean the mess while they were still there, and no, never said a word to them, they were members of the travelling community so Id say thay was why nothing was said,, if my children did something like that, which they wouldnt, i guarantee they would be thrown out, id never go back now after seeing this. Disgusting and unhygenic and thats only from what i witnessed. ETA ive no problem getting in touch but with who? And by email or phone call? Thanks

04/05/2025: Not satisfied at all, food was lovely but 2nd time order was messed up !! Ordered meal deal 1along with other dinners for ourselves but came with no sauce child had to have her dinner dry by the time the driver returned, with sauce and two extra bags of prawn crakets what use where they when rest of our dinners were finished. Wouldn't mind if it was an extra or something but fact it's part of meal and couldn't get that right. Other time order was completely wrong so now if I do decide to order again possibly unlikely it will be over the phone so can go through it with them again so this doesn't happen AGAIN as they clearly can't read orders online 👀

14/06/2025: We had the BEST night on Fade Street, and a huge part of that was thanks to Marco! The loveliest waiter with such a great vibe, so attentive and warm without being over the top. He recommended the margaritas, and wow… they were perfection. Will 100% be back. Thank you Marco, you made the whole experience!

11/06/2025: Absolutely shocking service. More than 30 mins for a glass of wine is simply not OK. Even more frustrating was watching every other table nearby order and be served before us. To add insult to injury, we asked twice in case it had been forgotten and received no acknowledgement nor apology for the delay. A glass of tap water would have helped the situation but that too seemed too much to ask for.

25/05/2025: I had just arrived to Ireland and wanted something after two day travel. I saw the pita pit and decided to go there. I got there just as they were closing not realizing they closed at 1600 on Sundays. They were awesome. The young lady uncovered the veggies and threw some chicken on the grill. The food and service was next level. Thank you for hooking me up.

21/05/2025: Very disappointing experience. The staff at the counters were extremely unfriendly, which made the visit uncomfortable. All the cakes we tried were very dry and poorly cut, looking unappetizing and sloppy. Overall, a very bad experience — definitely wouldn’t recommend.

02/05/2025: Mannings Bakery was such a lovely experience! Even though we don’t usually like sweet things, everything here was so well-balanced and delicious, especially the pancakes and cupcakes. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was outstanding. Bryan, the manager, took such great care of us with genuine kindness, and the whole team was warm and welcoming. It’s a place where you feel at home. Highly recommend, even if you’re not a big fan of sugar!

08/05/2025: This is the place to go for a nice burrito. The service is really good, no ups and downs, I've been going to this branch for more than 3 yrs. The staff is welcoming at any time and compared to their well known competitor the quality is consistent. Also like the choice of small/large burrito.

05/06/2025: Just what I needed, was waiting for a friend to finish in the Beacon was the perfect spot to grab some lunch while I waited. The food was yummy and the service was amazing. The staff were so friendly, helpful and full of smiles. It was decorated really well, and the free items in the restroom were a great touch. Will be back if I am in the area again.

01/06/2025: Amazing atmosphere and delicious food! This is my boyfriend’s and my favourite restaurant in Sandyford. The ambiance is always warm and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Tayfun and Ali were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service – they really made our evening special. Highly recommend this place for a lovely dining experience!

10/02/2025: Carmine’s Diner is a gem! The food is always fresh and full of flavour, and the portions are very generous. Perfect for a family meal or even just a quick bite. The staff are so welcoming and really make you feel at home. It’s hard to find places with this kind of charm these days

10/02/2025: Proper spot for a feed. The chef is sound, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Breakfasts are top-notch—big portions, cooked just right. Not mad on the rolls, but everything else is class. Well worth a visit.
