07/02/2025: Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice environment. Large portions. Bit pricey. Quality of food was decent. Bacon on burger was very fatty. Side salad was tasty. Overall decent visit.

03/01/2025: My wife and I visited here on a terrible day two weeks weeks before Christmas. I've reviewed this restaurant before, do this will be short. The friendly server cleared a table for us, and we're seated in a few minutes. Food was delicious, served piping hot, sides of fries and mash were again delicious and piping hot. We visited on the day the heating was broken, but we did not notice, only the server told us. Coffee was again delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, with good food and great staff. Can't wait to return soon. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again for another lovely meal.

23/04/2025: I had some smoked fish and chips from here and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered and it was not crowded at all. I was the only other party in there besides a group of people. You can tell that they really take their time because there is only one cook working, but he is very diligent and make sure he does his job well. The fries and fish were so good, but beware, the fish has bones in it however. Very reasonable prices, especially for what you’re given. I also got some mushy peas and curry sauce, and they were both delectable. I had my food to go because I really didn’t wanna sit there when it smelled like oil but that’s just my preference.

02/02/2025: I dropped in to the cafe for a lunch and ordered a green tea and a pastry and a toasted sandwich. The sandwich was called the goat and it sounded nice. The hard wooden seats are awful to sit upon and when the girl brought down my sandwich it was miserable looking. I opened it up and all it consisted of was spreadable goats cheese and one walnut! It was on a paper plate and the tea in a take away cup. And I was charged 19 euro and 65 cents for this !! Never again, it was a total ripoff !

31/01/2025: Ray is the cutest bear ever! Has the greatest sense of humour always cheers me up on my darkest days when I come in. 💙Gary is a legend of a chef always smiling. The young woman with red hair always has a smile on her face. They don't get enough credit for dealing with spoiled little rich students every day!

08/04/2025: We visited BBQ Tonight today and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. The management was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable, private place to sit with our family. This kind of thoughtful service and family-friendly environment is exactly what we appreciate when dining out. After this experience, we’ll definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend BBQ Tonight to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere .

15/04/2025: La música es súper alta, el gerente no fue amable. Mientras tomamos nuestra orden de pizza nos preguntó si queríamos que fuera "delgada", acordamos. Eso significaba que el precio se incrementó enormemente y explicó mientras traía la factura que la pizza Romana era diferente. Todavía no le creo según lo que tenemos. No recomiendo tampoco la pizza ya que es promedio y lugar muy concurrido no apto para hablar. Los precios son promedio pero... no gracias.

26/03/2025: Food was 10/10. Full of flavour and so fresh and decent portioned. The drink selection was great for every taste. Always a treat here however they seemed rather understaffed and we wer kept waiting alot of the time. Nevertheless very friendly staff.

06/02/2025: My wife and I got married last week at Hen's Teeth and would 100% recommend it as a venue. We had the ceremony, dinner and party all at the venue and it went seamlessly. We adored the intimate and fun vibe and we had such a blast. Food was delicious and plentiful and all staff were great. Thank you Rosie and team for the most magical day Xx

11/01/2025: We had a family wedding in Hen's Teeth in July 2024 for 80 people. Rosie was fantastic as she guided us through the planning process, from suggesting menus, wine tastings, table planning, decorating the venue and gently steering us in the right direction. Her attitude was whatever we asked for, she could make it happen, and she did. The food was tailored to meet every dietary requirement and was superb. We had one of those rare sunny days so the welcome reception was held on the outdoor area. The Hen's Teeth staff were very welcoming and made each guest feel special. The food and drink offered were really enjoyed by everyone. Hen's Teeth allowed the wedding party to DJ their own music and facilitated with a terrific sound system and equipment. The atmosphere for the whole day was relaxing and fun and we really enjoyed this unique venue with its party vibe. We were delighted that so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding and venue they had attended.

12/04/2025: This spot operates as both a wine and cheese shop and a very small wine bar, offering a limited selection of plates — mainly cheese, charcuterie, and sandwiches. Cheese options are priced at €10 for a single portion or €18 for a plate of three. One major drawback is the single queue, shared by both retail customers and those dining in. At busy times, this leads to long waits. Once you place your order, the wine is served immediately — but the pours feel quite small compared to other wine bars. Unfortunately, the food takes noticeably longer to arrive, and by the time our cheese plate reached the table, the glass of wine was nearly finished. While the selection of cheese and wine seems solid, the combined retail and dine-in setup doesn’t work well in such a small space unless you visit during off-peak hours. With so many better wine bars in the area, I left feeling underwhelmed.
