06/09/2025: A proper old school cafe, you won't get a better value traditional breakfast & the ladies working there are lovely. Very few of these places left, they should be treasured. Don't come here if you're looking for crushed avocado or berry bowls

08/09/2025: I loved this cafe and have been attending for years. We visited today and overall the place has gone downhill. Staff seemed very under pressure, with kitchen staff taking the orders. The soup was bland and tasteless. Even the sandwiches were barely covered with very little filling, toasted special wasn’t even toasted properly. The last time we visited the quality was much better and soup was superb. Need to sort it out as this would put any returning customer off.

23/08/2025: So ordered a delivery from maxs as always do online order accepted took €36.40.from account about 20 mins later order cancelled said refund will be giving no sign terrible take your money then have to wait maybe days for money back if not delivering or open surly has to be something in place before you order and pay ive to borrow money now to get food from somewhere else terrible terrible

02/12/2025: Location very accessible.. lovely grounds which seem well maintained, restaurant nicely decorated however, the food 'little bites' were pricy and underwhelming. Wings smothered with sauce, goats cheese plate was small and cold, cauliflower was bland.
22/11/2025: A large, spacious room. It includes water and a coffee machine, robes, and even an iron and ironing board. It's a quiet and cozy area. It's a bit far from the center, but we didn't regret booking this hotel. Bookings are available through aggregator websites or directly on the hotel's website.
