07/05/2026: I ordered over the phone after waiting more than an hour I get a call the delivery guy was lost and they called me about 5 times to confirm my address instead of listening then they gave up and when I called they dident answer atall absolutely terrible service and a ridiculous situation

01/01/2026: The manager who attend your call is very rude and unprofessional. He needs to be addressed as soon as possible on how to handle a customer when a customer is upset on their missing orders and when they looking for a resolution on missing/delayed orders. If not they should be removed from their position irrespective of the matter whether they are manager or the franchise owners of this brand !!! The initial order when placed on Uber Eat's was promised to be delivered to me at or around 7:30 PM at my door step from Appache, Glasnevin as per Uber Eats app. When i called Glasnevin Appache around 7:50 PM whenI didn’t get my order or didn’t get any order update, I got a very rude response from Appache, Glasnevin that Appache Drumcondra is the only one responsible for fulfilling my order which is not true as per my my initial order promised. Both Appache manager’s were rude and unprofessional as well(even when they knew the orders swapped between shops purposely against the information published online). My question is…. If u can’t make it on time why do you promise it on internet???? The actual fulfilment of the order was finally made from Appache, Drumcondra which is very odd and was done only after 8:15 PM against the initial promised time of 7:30PM irrespective of the matter Mr. Pat mentioned as “internet can promise you many things” in his rude reply on my review to his shop. Mr. Pat your Pizza was really cold and very pathetic which ruined my New Year Celebration with my friends completely. Van u imagine how bad it was for all of us!!!! You can only boast about your Pizza quality in your dreams!!! It was really cold and dry!!! You can also see he don’t have a temperament to handle a genuine customer review as well. Imagine how he he must have been replied to me over the phone when i called him out of my desperation !!!! The food was really cold. The delivery driver also complained about this man’s attitude when asked to share my contact details to contact me to deliver the order without delay. His attitude caused a lot of delays. My another question is on why you guys show yourself as Appache Glasnevin and accept order in Appache Drumcondra of u already know you can’t deliver it from Appache, Glasnevin??? Guys this is not the first time this happens… Try make a booking in Glasnevin it will only delivered from Appache, Drumcondra after 1:30 hour after a lot of confusion and mental trauma like this. When i shared my experience lot of my friends also had similar experiences like this from Appache. It’s kind of fooling and confusing people and when order goes missing you mock people and say why don’t you make orders on our website instead of this stupid applications??? How could you make such arrogant statements?? I being a customer I have all the rights to be angry or upset because I didn’t get my order on time and was made fool by swapping the shops purposely for some unknown reason. The food was really cold and dry as well. I don’t how a pizza can be delicious when it is cold and so dry like the way i got it. You guys made my New Year eve so terribly bad and how could you be so terribly boastful??

03/07/2026: I go here every day, I'll go out of my way to get there. 80km round trip at opening time on a weekend? No problem. Their coffee is one of the highlights of my day.

30/05/2026: Divine drive through coffee spot in Dundrum. The girls are lovely and friendly and orders fly out.

14/05/2026: Chicken burrito. Unironically smelled like dog food. Had to throw it out half way through because I almost started gagging. Service was fairly meh. Being looked at like I have 4 heads for asking a simple question.

21/07/2026: I visited Milano in Blanchardstown today and have to say the service and the food was excellent! Special shout out to Amy who was the kind waitress, thank you Amy for your speedy and excellent service. Will definitely be back again soon.

19/07/2026: I had a lovely meal with my family for my birthday last Friday 17th July. The food was amazing! Our server was Charlie and he couldn't have been helpful and professional! I would highly recommend your restaurant.

06/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We recently visited The Vue Restaurant for our golf presentation evening. The venue is absolutely stunning, with fantastic panoramic views across Dublin that create a memorable setting for any event. The restaurant itself is beautifully presented, modern, and has a great atmosphere. The staff were excellent throughout the evening—friendly, professional, and very helpful. They worked hard to look after our group and ensure the presentation went smoothly, which was greatly appreciated. The food we received was good quality and well presented. However, as we were part of a larger party, there seemed to be some challenges with the service flow. At times there appeared to be a disconnect between orders being taken and food being delivered, which resulted in longer waiting times than expected. Unfortunately, because of these delays, our group only received the starters rather than experiencing the full meal. Despite this, the staff remained courteous and accommodating throughout, and it was clear they were doing their best under the circumstances. The combination of the spectacular views, stylish surroundings, and attentive team meant we still had an enjoyable evening. Overall, The Vue is a wonderful venue with huge potential and an amazing location. I would happily visit again, particularly with a smaller group, and would recommend it to anyone looking for great views and a unique dining experience in Dublin. 🌆🍽️🏆

09/07/2026: I came to this café for four days in a row while waiting for a little girl I look after at the skate park across the street, and the experience has been amazing every single day. It's a lovely little family-run café with two incredibly kind people serving. They are always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely do their best to make every customer happy. The atmosphere is warm and positive, and it's easy to see why so many regular customers come back day after day. The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the smoothies are especially outstanding. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place with complete confidence. If you're nearby, don't miss the chance to stop in—you'll be glad you did!

17/03/2026: One of few family owned pubs still around. Jukebox and beer garden to the rear accessed via a large lounge. A lounge and bar separate. Dart board in Bar. Plenty of tvs to catch up on sports etc.

18/05/2026: I was there yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I ordered a burrata as a starter but received mozzarella instead. I pointed it out and was told that the chef had guaranteed it was burrata. Very disappointing. I know what burrata is, and I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known it was just mozzarella — essentially, I paid for burrata but received mozzarella. After the starter, our main course took a very long time to arrive. To make things worse, the “Classic Club” sandwich — which was what most people at our table actually wanted — had already sold out because of the party taking place in the garden. Also, my friend had reserved the garden, but it was double-booked and we were seated inside instead. That was fine, as the weather wasn’t great anyway. However, the ambient sound stopped working and none of the staff were able to fix it. Other than these issues, the food was good.

04/05/2026: A really enjoyable evening meal. Great service and tasty food. Large portions and very well presented. The lack of atmosphere was only down to us as we were the first to dine that evening but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The cocktails were great too which added to the special occasion for us. A lovely little touch at the end of the meal from the waiting on staff as great and we thank you guys for that too….

03/07/2026: Average Chinese takeaway. Went for dinner A for 2. The beef curry was very gelatinous, thick. Not quite right. Sweet and sour chicken, chow mean noodles, prawn crackers, egg fried rice, all just tasted of what you'd expect if you said average Chinese takeaway. Most not tasting very fresh. Decent wait area.

11/03/2026: Lovely food, batter sausage was freshly went as I walked in when the shutters were nearly at the top so it was just open and the chips are also tasty, would recommend, staff are also friendly.
