07/11/2025: Looking for a place to have fun and enjoy some amazing cocktails ,this is the place! The bartenders are awesome and really know their stuff!

02/11/2025: If I could, I would give zero starts. I was really surprised by this because its not my first time there and I wanted it to be nice and easy, just drinks with friends and family. I booked the reservation on time, sent an email as instructed (never got the confirmation but what can I do about it?) It was for my Birthday, the girl came and took the table as they said that its reserved. As was mine. It was important that its outside because we all smoke. He told my mom to get up and leave, extremely rude, harsh with words and it looked like he enjoyed it, sick. When I came staff member was TOO RUDE, said that it doesn't matter that I called, then booked via email, and that there is nothing he can do. I did everything that is required, overall my birthday was more complicated by this, I had to go get drinks by myself, they switched the drinks so many times and I said that its not my drink and they made me pay either way. nobody ever came to ask what would we like to drink, its usually a place that I like to visit and have my drinks. It was more than UNPLEASANT service. I didn't want to call the manager because I'm above it. Did it ruin my birthday? Yes it did. Will I go again? No I wont. Will I recommend the place? Absolutely not. I dont know why it's so hard to be a decent human being and see what u can do about the reservation because I did everything I was told to do. To be honest I regret not talking to the manager because I think that this behavior is unacceptable (i worked in service industry for years before and I have to say I've never seen anyone so rude and bad at their job with the smile on his face the whole time) Absolutely disrespectful. He of course didn't want to tell me his name, not surprised. Overall experience 2/10 If u want a drink that u didn't order, to be disrespected by staff members, and pay for that whole experience, this is the right place for you.

27/06/2025: Great local service, second to none. Plus the bonus of on site staff to fill up your car if you so wish. Very rare nowadays and a nice touch.

06/05/2025: Lovely spot, really nice staff and a lovely atmosphere, a bit pricey for one drink though and the matcha wasn’t the best quality (the shade of green in the photo says it all😭)

03/08/2025: When we arrived, our room wasn't quite ready yet, so we passed the time waiting in the small attached cafe. The room was nicely furnished and clean, and the noise from the adjacent street didn't bother us. Breakfast was served in the cafe and was delicious. The city center was about a 30-minute walk away or a 20-minute bus ride away. We were able to leave our suitcases at the accommodation even after checking out.

16/07/2025: Ordered a acai bowl which had mould fruits. When we complained the server just removed the mouldy fruit and said it is fine to eat now. Not sure if they practise any hygiene in there. If you don’t want to get food poisoning than avoid this place.

23/09/2025: ordered a goujon wrap and an omelette for my mam. The omelette was ok peppers were just put on wasnt cooked in with the omelette. Then i waited an hour for my wrap as they forgot about it and it wasnt busy when i ordered so i wont go there again

23/11/2025: Says they close at 7pm but they won’t let us in at 6.55 to get one chocolate.

19/11/2025: Coffee is normal, chocolate is amazing The guy working inside is rude, asked us to leave while making my cup ready because they are busy

04/12/2025: Joanne our server was amazing, she was so kind and bubbly she definitely made the experience even better ,Food was great definitely be back !

23/10/2025: I waited half an hour for my order to be ready, while the starter and my husband’s order arrived quickly

20/12/2025: jamaal gave me an excellent embossing and had amazing customer service, thank you so much, deserves a lunch break and a bonus

18/12/2025: I visited the Easons store on O’Connell Street today and purchased several items. Upon checking my bag while still at the checkout area, I realised that I had not been given a receipt. When I raised this immediately with the sales assistant, I was told he had another customer to attend to, despite the fact that I had not yet left the till. I noticed that one of the items purchased was priced differently from the price advertised on the Easons website, and I wished to return it. When I asked again about the missing receipt, the assistant stated that he could not assist and called for the manager, suggesting that I was requesting an additional receipt. I clarified that no receipt had been provided in the first place. Although the return itself was accepted without issue, I was incorrectly informed that the online price excluded delivery costs, despite the website clearly stating that delivery was free. The manager processed the return; however, she was also unable to provide a return receipt or any written confirmation of the transaction. As a result, I left the store having both paid for and returned goods without receiving any proof of purchase or proof of refund, which is unacceptable from a customer service and financial accountability perspective. I find this practice concerning and believe there is a clear need for improved staff training and clearer procedures around receipts and returns. I would appreciate clarification on how this situation is addressed to ensure customers are not placed in a similar position in the future. Additional comment: The refund was made for the item to bank account but less €5. The exact amount of a dispute. So Eason stole that money of me.

14/10/2025: Such a lovely café! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with gentle classical music always playing in the background. There’s a great variety of beverages, plus fresh pastries and cakes. It’s the perfect spot to meet a friend for coffee or spend some quiet time reading a book. The place is clean, including the customer toilet, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. Highly recommend! ☕🍰

09/11/2025: I wish I could give zero stars, I’ve had my fair share of bad customer service but I think this takes first prize. I ordered a 4 in 1 with shredded chicken and a portion of spring rolls from a takeaway that Is 4 mins down the road and straight away I found it weird that he didn’t read the order back to me, didn’t tell me how long it would take or how much it would be and hung up, after waiting nearly a full hour, i received a starter of shredded chicken and spring rolls. I rang them back to let them know and the fella on the desk said that was definitely what I ordered,.. I tried let him know again it was a 4 in 1 with shredded chicken I wanted and he basically said “would you not just eat the shredded chicken no ?” . I was rendered speechless, he could have just said we can’t send you out a 4 in 1 and left it at that but “would you not just eat the shredded chicken no ?” , are you for real ? Have you no skill in customer service at all ? I would have gave you back your mid shredded chicken because when I opened it in the end it was cold, bland, soggy and it went in bin. Shocking overall, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

18/09/2025: ☕ Froth Coffee, Clondalkin Was around Clondalkin today and craving a really good coffee. Searched for speciality coffee and found Froth Coffee and wow, what a find! 💯 Their menu is super cool with all kinds of hot coffees, iced coffees & tasty treats. I went for a latte and honestly enjoyed every sip smooth, rich and perfectly made. 👌 What’s unique is that it’s set up in a container style cafe with a small cosy seating area and a handy takeaway option for both walk-ins and cars. 🚗☕ Definitely a must-visit if you’re anywhere near Clondalkin!

01/07/2025: Easily the worst smash burger I have eaten. Called in this afternoon to try out the smash burger, skin on fries and a coke zero. The burger was totally crisp / burnt on the edges, no flavour off the meat. The bacon was decent, but hardly any cheese. Smash burgers are my preferred choice, had them in two places on Bray seafront, also dash burger handsome burger etc in Dublin. First time I couldn't finish a burger, fries were grand and the can was cold, but the burger.......

22/08/2025: Had a lovely, fresh acai bowl, along with a great latte. I managed to leave my jacket behind, and they kept it safe and sound until I returned to get it. Much appreciated! It seems the name has changed to LaHoya z but it doesn't show up in Maps with that name .
