The best restaurants in Dublin

12/09/2026: Lovely food but if you order on Friday or Saturday then be prepared for a long wait if ordering online. That gives you a time when the order will be ready (25 minutes in our case) but, as previously, it's now 50 minutes and still waiting, the last 20 spent standing in their shop

30/08/2026: Very disappointing experience. The food arrived cold, which was already frustrating, so I called the restaurant simply to ask a few questions and clarify something about red onion. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and raised his voice at me. I was only trying to ask a few simple questions, but he made me feel like an idiot for even asking. His attitude became defensive and offensive instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I asked for his name, but he refused to give it to me. I then asked if he was the owner, and rather than dealing with my complaint professionally, he simply said, “Have a good day.” The whole experience was very poor,from receiving cold food to the rude and disrespectful customer service. Customers should be able to raise a genuine issue without being spoken down to or shouted at. Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other places where both the food and the customer service are treated with much more care and respect.

12/09/2026: Excellent GF takeaway, everything tasted great and my daughter who is coeliac was so excited to get a chipper! We had onion rings, the batter was great; along with chicken tenders and chips. They have GF ice creams too, the little lady was delighted. Lovely staff and food was ready quick. We'll be back!

03/09/2026: Visiting from London Aug 26. Had passed the pub a few days earlier and thought it looked like an interesting place. Walked in & asked for a seat for lunch only to be told rather rudely 'we don't do food' !! If that is the case then maybe they need to update their website. Not recommended

12/08/2026: Cathal has been an amazing host for me and my dad. Lovely choice of drinks and amazing atmosphere. Would reccomend and will go again!

17/09/2026: Food was amazing and very flavourful! It came super quickly and the staff were lovely. The complimentary soft serve was such a great touch as well. I will be back for their student deals in the future!

15/09/2026: This restaurant was a pleasant surprise on my visit to Dublin. They offered us a 15€ menu with a very generous and delicious main course, the drink and an ice cream cone that you serve yourself. The four of us were delighted and happy. I recommend it to all lovers of Korean food. To point out some negative detail, they do not have a coffee maker nor toothpicks.

15/08/2026: Rude service, acted annoyed to serve me even though I was the only person in the shop. Like others have mentioned, meat came out of a bucket and had to be reheated despite having meat cooking fresh. Sauce tasted good but was covering up the poor quality of the other ingredients. I did like that they cooked the bread fresh.

12/08/2026: Use to be great before the pandemic. Now they use the seating area for storage and there is no vibe. Food isn't as good as it used to be.

11/10/2026: Service was amazing. Nice place for a pint.

26/09/2026: Today, I observed a female employee from the pub across the street spending a considerable amount of time wiping the pub's doormat with a cloth, removing hair and other dirt. Immediately afterward, she went into the pub with the same cloth and used it to wipe down the tables inside. The cloth was neither changed nor rinsed in between. I didn't eat at the pub myself, so I can't comment on the food or service. However, what I witnessed today regarding hygiene is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable.

09/09/2026: Delicious coffee and complimentary chocolates to go with it ❤️

31/08/2026: What can I say? Dark chocolate truffles and an espresso. Fantastic!!! The chocolate is included with the coffee. Love it!

05/10/2026: Very bad experience, won’t do it again

01/10/2026: Brilliant experience with Milanos this time around. Had a dinner with around 30 people. Everything went smoothly, preordering was helpful, seating was perfect and staff were very accommodating. Big shout out to Agustin and Gabriela for thair help and the chefs' for helping all the food come out on time

30/06/2026: Great local pub ....friendly vibe and service is spot on .....but more importantly the pint 😉.... and I mean the Guinness is as good as is humenly possible........and the Heineken is top notch 👌 aswell ....and I pretty sure everything else is .....but I only drink them 2
