27/11/2025: The food was decent but the male delivery driver is the rudest man ever. He never said anything in the 2 times I've ordered there and just practically throws the food at me when handing it over.

26/07/2026: One of the worst spice bags I’ve ever had - if not the worst. I think if I pulled a ball of lint out of the dryer, there would be more taste of it. As for the satay sauce, more comparable to snot. Expensive, bland, stale and dry. Mind blowing they’re still in business with all of the fantastic Chinese restaurants around. If I could give 0 stars I would.

23/05/2026: Ordered a spice box and it came very dry and about 4 pieces of salt and chilli chicken…. Every single bit of the food was bone dry so wouldn’t recommend too anyone even on there death bed

28/06/2026: Staff were fantastic, the only faukt I found with the Sunday carvery was no yorkshire pudding.

24/05/2026: No kids menu so I had to order my son a man's meal 20 euros for a buger and chips which witch was to big for for my son to eat as he is only 8 years old. And the buger was not nice at all staff would want to learn how to smile.

08/08/2026: We used to go here regularly as a family of three, but on our last visit we were left disappointed. We had a booking for 12pm on Sunday 14th dec, and arrived around 11.35am, a little early but opening time is apparently 11.30am, and we had a hungry 4 year old with us. Doors were locked so we went for a walk in shopping centre and came back around 11.50am. Doors still locked. I looked in the window and saw staff standing around looking back at me, no one came to the door. We went to Zizzi's instead, and will probably go there in future. Update 8th August, we decided to give the restaurant another chance and arrived at 11:58. Sign on the window said opened at 11.30am. went inside and waited at the desk, until the chef shouted over from the kitchen at us to tell us that they weren't open yet. Asked what time, he said 12pm today. I mean we were two minutes early, we couldn't be seated? Left and went elsewhere. Never again.

08/08/2026: Both the food and the service were extremely poor. Every time we needed a member of staff we had to go looking for them. We were left at our table a good 10-15 minutes before we had to find someone to take our order. This standard continued throughout our meal. As for the food itself, it was very disappointing. The children's portions were very small. We of course expect smaller portion sizes for children's meals but these were pitiful. As for the adult meals they were the biggest disappointment. The "famous doughballs" were barely warm, and tough, it was like eating stale bread someone had left in a window on a sunny day. I ordered a Funghi di Bosco pizza and what I received was a floppy Margherita with a small handfull of mushrooms strewn on it. No sign of the rosemary, parsley, or Gran Milano cheese. My wife got the Leggera version of the Giardiniera, looking forward to the artichokes. The salad portion was disappointing, being mostly just rocket, and no sign of the artichokes on the pizza. We paid around €85 for this abysmal experience. If you're wondering why we didn't raise this with our server there are two reasons: first of all "what server?!" we could hardly get staff to attend to us at all during the meal; and secondly, with the amount of time it took to get this disappointing meal we didn't want to delay any longer by raising concerns or sending things back. We had children to attend to, including an impatient toddler. It seemed that the staff weren't even familiar with the menu. This was a birthday meal out and we had heard that Milano was good for family meals, but it was a thorough disappointment.
