20/05/2026: Extremely rude staff and overpriced food.

17/05/2026: Have been going here for years but unfortunately today will be my last. Food and coffee was good as always. But staff chatting openly on the floor about customers as soon as they leave is disgusting. No customers means no job, staff would do well to remember that.

28/09/2025: The food was good. I ordered Andhra special Kadai chicken curry with naan. First thing, it was perfect, and second, it is enough for a big guy like me. Hospitality is great. Try it, guys!

04/07/2025: I was sitting quietly in the corner waiting for my wife to finish shopping. Insomnia coffee worker approached to me and told me that I have to move from this place or she will call security. She said they are opening this area at 12:00 (it was 11:15). Me and her was the only people in this area, and about 30 other empty table spaces. I asked her why is she texas ranger and went away.. Im not going to buy coffee in any insomnia shop in the world

19/06/2025: I've been drinking Insomnia coffee for more than 10 years and never had an issue but last 2 times what I got from this branch was an absolute muck. No coffee taste at all. Just warm milk. I hope they sort it out

17/04/2026: I absolutely love this restaurant. I often order takeaway from them, and I’ve also eaten in on other occasions – it’s a really cosy place. The staff are amazing; they’re so friendly and lovely. I’ve tried different dishes, and what I like best about this place is the beef, whether served with rice or noodles.

08/05/2026: I use to buy from them and I noticed the quality keeps going down every time, lets not talk about the same staff whos really rude, definitely I don't recommend.

07/07/2025: Caffè Nero's website shows they are open to 6pm. On the door, it says they are open till 5.30pm. I am now standing in front of the door at 4.30pm - the door is locked, the lights are off and there is absolutely no sign of life inside. What is the point of misleading customers in this way?

02/05/2026: I ordered a double quarter pounder and when I tried to change it they said no even though I had the receipt. Flies everywhere so unsanitary. Workers rude and discriminatory to young people.

02/05/2026: I ordered a burger and had to wait 30mins for it by the time i got it was cold when i was eating it i realised i was missing a paddy. I then went down to ask for a new one and got verbally abused by a worker i was deeply upset. I wont be coming back I would say thank but not this time. Next time your hiring make sure its good staff😡

07/10/2025: I would like to make a complaint about a very disappointing experience at your café. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional, behaving as if she was doing us a favor instead of providing customer service. We really enjoy your coffee, but this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper customer service training for the staff involved.

27/09/2025: The place is so nice and has lots of variety of beverages and food as well. The staff is so unfriendly and grumpy! No smiles at all , I didn’t feel very comfortable there.

22/04/2026: The food is very good, but it is unfortunately let down by the customer service. As returning customers, and customers in general, people should expect to feel appreciated, welcome, and respected. Guests should feel welcome and enjoy a positive atmosphere, rather than being affected by negative staff attitudes. As the customer is the reason a business can operate in the first place, this should not be taken lightly.

22/04/2026: The service was terrible. After we paid, the staff member with glasses didn't even look up at us, let alone say thank you or goodbye. They had no basic manners at all.

23/05/2026: In my opinion, Libero’s in Deansgrange is the best fish and chip takeaway in the area. The portions are always generous and the smoked cod is absolutely to die for. Their garlic sauce is unreal as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and if you order delivery it’s consistently fast and efficient. Proper old-school quality takeaway.

30/03/2026: edit: got to update as I've now had 2 chicken fillet kebabs where the chicken was off. rubbery or tough - chewy - horrible texture for chicken. usually the chicken is succulent and juicy and fresh, but this last kebab it was terrible. Something is off in the process here. Not sure if chicken is old or overcooked or frozen and refried or something, but its not good. sorry guys. long term customer - usually good - but a couple of bad kebabs now. I emailed you at your info email with more details - feel free to reach out if you need more. old review: Excellent and easy app for ordering. Food always arrives very quickly and it's piping hot. They use their own delivery drivers - so much better then deliveroo justeat etc. The food is delicious. Good chips, succulent chicken, really nice kebabs. My go-to for Irish chipper take away. Keep it up guys..
