24/08/2025: Ordered three cod and chips and was very disappointed. One portion was tiny, and the batter on all three was overcooked and too hard — my elderly family members had to eat the fish out of the batter. Chips were fine, but overall poor quality for the price and reputation.
I contacted the shop but the reply felt like a generic script, not a real acknowledgement of the issues. Very disappointing. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend — especially surprising for a seafront restaurant with such a reputation.

21/09/2025: The bagels are tasty when they’re actually in stock but two weekends in a row they have not had the bagels and cream cheese spread we wanted. They should really be making sure they have enough stock for weekends. If this continues I just won’t keep coming back. Staff aren’t in the slightest apologetic, just a that’s the way it is attitude. Coffee is average.

And yes, sorry to say that but one of the guys(chef) had very dirty nails.
02/09/2025: Had chicken Kabab, Donor Kabab and fries.
The portion size, quality and taste, everything is super good. The bread was also really good and soft!
It was my first time and I am now their permanent customer 😍😍..
looking forward to try chicken shish kabab and lamb kabab.

The experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, mushrooms, pastries, cereals, and yogurts. The seating area was comfortable and inviting, and the food was excellent. They also offer a customizable menu, allowing guests to order specific dishes to their preference. The staff was exceptional, providing great service and making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended breakfast spot!

I walk into most burger king's and I can see workers slacking off, but this place is exceptional for its service to others.

05/07/2025: Had their salad bar and a drink. Very nice! Wasn't there in time for the hot food, but the salad was fresh and good! They charged by weight (of the salad!)
01/07/2025: Everything at Fresh is absolutely delicious! You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

22/10/2025: We visited The Dog’s House restaurant with some friends, our daughter and dog. Great outdoor seating, friendly staff, and tasty food. Perfect family spot where pets are welcome and everyone feels relaxed and happy.
18/10/2025: Appalling customer service, been a customer here for years. Came here about 2 weeks ago and had to walk out of an empty restaurant as we were left sitting there with no service while the member of staff stood dossing around. Eventually just walked out.
Came again tonight, was left waiting for service again had to shout over to the staff to be served. Didn’t write down the order and had to come back later to write it down, asked for everything to be given together. Eventually the wings came on its own and then 10 minutes later chips, 15 minutes later no sign of the pizza, just paid for what we got and left.

04/10/2025: There is not much consistency here, one time you order a matcha latte and cheese toastie and it is lovely, another time you order it and it has lumps in the matcha due to poor mixing and the cheese toastie is burned. It's a bit disappointing and it really depends who is in the kitchen and serving you!
29/07/2025: Great coffee and very nice staff. A shame the outside tables and chairs aren't there anymore - it was a lovely place to sit and chill out, and was the main draw for me. Still, a very good café.
