03/09/2026: Best McDonalds in Dublin! All the workers are so full of life and kind, Thomas and Lucy are so patient and helpful, and made my experience very pleasant. Will make this my regular McDonalds spot!!!! One thing though was the construction going on left a sterile scent :/

16/08/2026: Writing a review to say the current host is wonderful! I didnt get his name initally because he was working so hard but he kept the place spotless and he was constantly working and checking every customer was helped and satisfied. He met my crazy toddler with a smile and made sure the visit was easy. Thomas youre a star!

27/09/2026: Short old white haired security guy is absolutely rude and insecure. Was just two girls having drinks and we went outside few times for a cohesive,told us no glasses allowed outside and we respected that and he told us to get plastic.Once we did it and got outside told us to f*** off and move away and we were not allowed back in,even tho we were so polite back and clearly not drunk. FYI people were standing outside having drinks from a pub.

23/09/2026: Lady with the baby bangs at the tea shop literally made my sister cry. There was confusion on where to sit because we were visiting Stephen's Green for the first time and walked over with our groceries. She yelled at us even though we wanted to buy food in the court as well. Felt really difficult and rude.

14/09/2026: OMG, this was the most disgusting smelly restrooms, with piss around on the floor, lovely! 🤢 Reminded me of all those restrooms from the 80s! Seriously, we haven't made progress since then, lol. I didn't get any drinks or food, but considering the toilet situation I will definitely avoid all these insomnia coffee!

23/08/2026: My fav place to go for a hot chocolate. Always had a great experience with this spot, can be a bit busy. Great and nice staff!

06/08/2026: The drinks looked good, but unfortunately they didn’t taste as good as we expected. The hot chocolate was quite bland, and the coffee was just average. The location is nice if you want to sit by the window and watch the city go by, but overall the experience was a bit disappointing. We expected better quality for the price.

02/10/2026: TLDR- Hair in food/eggs shell left on egg/poor customer service: I love Wagamama. The food is always very tasty. But I think it might be time for me to stop going here on account of three different reasons. The first time I came here was right when they opened. I came with my mother and as I was eating my ramen found a big black hair wrapped in a noodle. The service after that was great and they took it back, gave me a new one, and compensated my ramen completely. I know mistakes can happen so it never truly changed how I felt about the food. Fast forward a few months later I returned with my boyfriend. As I was eating my egg in my ramen I crunched on something and found that the egg was not fully pealed. Again, mistakes can happen, and yet again, the manager compensated my meal completely. Now I have been gone for a few months out of the country and my bf and I decided to try it again with a friend visiting from out of town. And, yet again, we faced issues. When they brought out my Ramen, I specifically ask and paid for a boiled egg to be in it. Then when they brought out my Ramen, I realise that there was only half of an egg, different to what I usually get which is a full egg. If you ask for an egg and you’re paying for an egg you expect to get the whole thing not just half of one. I told the waitress this and she was very confused and then a manager came and gave me an egg and said that she spoke to the chef. Then, as I started eating, I was twirling my noodles and yet again there was a big black hair in my ramen. I thought, surely, this couldn’t be happening again, but it was. I’m not writing this review because I don’t like this restaurant, I truly do like their food and I’ve been to other restaurants within the chain and they are very good. I’m writing this review because this is the third time that an incident like this has happened to me and I find that insanely ridiculous. Once we showed this to the manager, she took the Ramen back and by the time both of my friends finished eating, they finally brought my Ramen out. At the end my boyfriend asked if something could be done to reconcile the situation. The best that they could do is give me a free brownie. I find this extremely ridiculous considering that they messed up twice within one meal, I only started eating my meal when my other two friends were done their meal, and there was just poor customer service. The whole night we were eating we had to flag down someone to come and take our order or get us more to drink or to fix the issues that kept happening with my specific plate. I have attached a picture of the hair that I found in my Ramen just so everyone can see what I’m talking about and this has happened twice now within the past year. Not sure if someone needs to get hairnets in the kitchen but it’s gross and unprofessional to have this many mess ups. For reference, I’ve also added another photo which shows that my Ramen usually always got a full egg and this specific time they only gave me half of an egg. Every time I’ve gone to Wagamama and there’s an issue, they usually always fix it by giving me money back for wasting my time with a specific meal, but the last time it was really a poor attempt at trying to reconcile the situation and I think they just need to do better because this was unacceptable.

29/09/2026: A very mixed experience overall. The Hot Honey Fried Chicken and Saku-Saku Duck Soba Teppanyaki were the standouts. Both had really good flavour and I would order again. The Beef Brisket & Kimchee Gyoza and Chicken Katsu Curry were decent but fairly average and similar to anywhere else. The Hoisin Pulled Duck Buns, however, were really disappointing. They had very little filling (more cucumber than duck) and lacked any flavour. Overall, a couple of really good dishes, but the rest were fairly mediocre. Not sure I’d go rushing back here.

10/06/2026: I absolutely loved this place, the most unique I've ever visited in Dublin! I walked past it several times during my last stay, almost not noticing, but it was a real surprise. Dinner required a reservation at least a day in advance through the website (I'd tried to get in the night before, but it wasn't possible without a reservation), but it was totally worth it. We ordered a fillet steak and half a roast chicken, all accompanied by sides and fries, and everything was delicious! The place also has a unique atmosphere and several truly unique rooms and corners, making dinner here an experience in every way. This will definitely be a restaurant I'll return to!

13/08/2026: This was the resturante at my hotel we stayed at in Dublin. No wait time. Food came out fast and reasonable price. Cappuccino was good and sandwich and fries fresh. Would recommend if you dont want to go anywhere to eat

16/07/2026: We had a wonderful group dinner here, and it was the perfect way to start our holiday. Gabriella and Rosa were absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel so welcome. The food was delicious, and everything was beautifully organized for our group. Thank you for such a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

12/09/2026: Honestly the best wrap I’ve ever had. Ever. Whoever was working around 1 am the night of Friday the 11th of September made the juiciest, most flavourful, perfectly balanced wrap. The chips are delicious and so well salt and vinegar-ed. Thank you so much.

28/06/2026: Had the carrot cake at Pete's in Sandymount and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, moist, and full of flavour. One of the better carrot cakes I've had in a while.

18/06/2026: I had the strawberry Nutella pancakes from Pete’s of Sandymount, and they were really good. The pancakes were soft and warm, and the Nutella with fresh strawberries worked well without being overly sweet. Staff were also really friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and pleasant.

12/09/2026: The service was okay, although the diner was empty, the staff seemed to be in a hurry for people to arrive, eat, and leave. The menu I ordered was reasonable; there was no salt in the meat or french fries. If you're looking for a quick meal at an affordable price, this place does the job.
