The best restaurants in Dublin

31/08/2026: Great Guinness and atmosphere. Went in a couple of times including after the Bon Jovi gig at Croke Park. The live singer played lots of stuff to get people singing and enjoying themselves. Staff a very efficient and one of the cheaper pints in Temple Bar

22/08/2026: Live music with horrible Infrastructure which made the evening difficult to enjoy. Not one word was understandable and the bass was one big noise

26/09/2026: I am disappointed about the experience in this place. We are visiting Dublin for the first time. We based our decision to come here for the google reviews. However we discovered that it was not worth the price and the 4.7 star rating on google. Service is slow in general, I guess the fact that we came on a Saturday did not help. We tried to order wine twice and the waiter would not give us their attention. We ordered a porterhouse steak for two in medium and it arrived late, cold and more cooked than medium. The veggie plate it comes with is ok but nothing spectacular. The two red wines we ordered in the by the glass section were very poor quality for the price. When we asked for the bill the lady just threw it on the table, as she was clearly in a rush. To be honest, I expected more for the place and the food, given the fact that it has so many good reviews. We tried a wine bar around the corner called Etto which was way better.

30/09/2026: Toni welcome us as soon we stepped into the door, her attitude was lovely, her presence was warm and service was phenomenal - the chef Laura, her french toast was excellent and our experience here was one to remember. Truly deserving of 5 stars (if i got names wrong sorry xx)

30/09/2026: Ridiculously cute little place with excellent food! The server was a delight! Siobhan sat down with our daughters and gave us recommendations for our travels. Highly recommend!

05/09/2026: Hannah was our waitresses, she went above and beyond, my girlfriend is coeliac and they attended to her need's exceptionally. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

31/08/2026: Was really excited for my visit to this restaurant but unfortunately was a little disappointed. It was a Sunday evening but the restaurant was fairly busy, only 1-2 free tables, but they only has one staff member on the floor which mean getting attention and refills of water was difficult. When we ordered our starters came but no wine, we did ask and we were told it was coming. When it did arrive from the disorganised bar (loads of dirty glasses just sitting there), there was no apology or acknowledgement that we were finished our starters when it arrived. Also the wrong starter turned but although they did take this off the bill. I ordered a dish from the Wok section and was asked if I wanted Jasmine rice, I said yet but it turned up with noodles - I didn't mention this to the waitress as at this point I was kinda over the experience. My partner ordered the Red Seafood curry which was very tasty and served in a coconut, the extra was served in a desert bowl which did look like a bowl is sick - very strange and I don't think the Coconut as a serving dish is actually practical for serving. My starter crispy prawn dumplings was very nice. Overall for the price of the food/wine I expected a better service experience. Unfortunately while some of the food was good I don't think I'll be booking a return visit.

18/09/2026: I'm a regular customer. The girl over there serves small quantities and charges extra if asked to put more curry sauce. Poor customer service. Won't go back again until this is sorted. 18/09 _ food is delicious, excellent service by Bhanu, Shauna and kaur. Today the guy named Rayudu serves less quantity more air in the box than food.

15/09/2026: Great pub, beautiful decor, rich selection of craft beers and great place for food. Craft beer and International beer selection is wonderful. A good local whiskey selection. This popular bar always provides a lovely atmosphere and never fails to deliver.

20/09/2026: Fabulous food and exceptional service. The €55 tasting menu is a steal and the perfect way to sample their best dishes. The staff were outstanding—friendly, highly professional, and walked us through every course with clarity. Can't wait to return!

17/09/2026: Fantastic experience doing the tasting menu and a couple drinks. Portions were proper sized and the service was absolutely wonderful. A great place to go for dishes full of flavor and to mix up the flavor profiles in dublin.

09/09/2026: Picked up beverages before our hike. Delicious chai and cortado. The ambience is casual and friendly.

03/09/2026: Lovely staff, coffee, and food! Best decaf I've tasted in any cafe so far, usually they're bitter and burnt tasting, but it's really good here, just genuinely a lovely coffee. They have multiple vegan gluten free options for cakes which is something I very rarely see and was super happy with. I was really pleasantly surprised with the cakes, they tasted lovely, texture was great, and they weren't dry at all, and I don't see that often for gluten free stuff!

04/10/2026: Excellent local experience in Dublin. We went for the Sunday Roast, delicious and very reasonably priced.

03/10/2026: #1 Best meal in Ireland!!! #2 One of two best meals I've ever had in Europe (other was lasagne in Italy)!! #3 One of three meals I will often think about and wish I could make at home for dinner, but won't even come close to doing it justice. The gravy was DELCIOUS!!!! A mix of stuffing, beef roast, potatoes and veggies. ..the flavors just all work perfectly together 👨‍🍳. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!!!! Worth going of the main drag for this meal. Bonus: the bar staff is a hoot!

28/08/2026: The lunch food was fine and reasonably priced but as for the service, it was neither good nor bad but non-existent. The waiter was clearly untrained and inadequate.

15/09/2026: The night we were there they were showing a Liverpool fc game, which spoiled the atmosphere a little.

29/08/2026: Great for tailgating before an event or game at Aviva. Food it is meh. Kay’s busy if an event. Staff super friendly but due to the amount of people takes some time to get service

20/07/2026: We had an excellent experience here. The staff are very friendly and inviting. When we arrive they helped with our bags and brought everything to the room l. John the Bellman was excellent. Very friendly and full of great conversation. Food in the restaurant was very good as well.

07/07/2026: 4 stars bc everything was nice except shower filled up on feet, but nice rooms. rude server at restaurant but also had a nice one. & front desk staff were fabulous, location felt safe but still had to walk a lot.

01/10/2026: Shay is the best bartender ever. We have always had the best service with him! Really great bar with a cozy vibe, highly recommended.

09/07/2026: Friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Room small but good standard, breakfast was basic but good. On site parking available for €10. Perfect for a one night stay before going to Dublin Airport, only 10 minutes away. Would stay again.

02/07/2026: Room was clean, got the right amount of towels. However the restaurant was disappointing in it's portions, and the best sheet was always open on one side like they got a sheet that was too short and just ran with it. Also the windows open upward and i was too short to be able to reach it without standing on a chair or being lifted. Next to a bus stop and easy access to the city, and there is an amazing pub on the right and down the road.
