The best restaurants in Dublin

29/11/2025: I was a guest at the Anantara the Marker Dublin Hotel with my adult daughter for five nights. The experience was phenomenal. Our room was top notch. We a two beds with a tub. If I wasn’t on vacation to sight see I would have enjoyed staying in the room because the duvet and mattress were amazing. When my head hit the pillow I was instantly sleep. Because I am over 60 the tub was for leisure and pleasure after a long day of touring such a beautiful city. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you Anslem for taking us on our rooftop tour. If you want 5 star living it is the hotel to reside at. I also loved the pool, steam and sauna room, jacuzzi and the spa. We come back we know where we are staying in the Docklands. Thank you for making one of my bucket list vacation spots an amazing experience.

12/11/2025: Such a charming little café! The music is cheerful and uplifting — makes you feel like you're on holiday. There's a huge selection of cakes, really impressive! Mine was a bit on the rich side, but sure, that’s part of the fun. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, perfect for a little escape from the day. Would definitely pop in again.

08/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here for brunch thinking it would be really good due to the reviews but was really shocked. We walk in and ask to sit down and then the waiter stares at us as we sit down, doesn’t offer menus, nothing, I ask him for menus after 2 minutes of staring. The entire time he looked annoyed to be working there giving and attitude to both of us. Food was genuinely not worth the price. Quality was so poor, tea was just water, eggs were overdone toast was burnt. They inflated the price so much for such a small quantity of food. They also state on the menu the veggie breakfast comes with sausages but it didn’t so you basically pay for some eggs and beans. Zero quality of service, no one manning the counter, music was really loud, overall the strangest and least pleasant experience I’ve had in a while. Save your money and go somewhere nicer in town or you’re better off making it on your own for way cheaper and probably tastier!

14/12/2025: Went here for a pre Christmas meal, the venue itself and the staff are all lovely and the wine was excellent. I do have to say I was thoroughly disappointed with the food however. Shared a few starters and appetisers, the crab on toast was really poor and the sea bass croquets were equally poor. The mains were very average and not the quality I would have expected. Given the abundance of good Italian restaurants in Dublin I wouldn’t be returning in a rush unfortunately

12/11/2025: I’ve eaten in Tang (other branches) several times previously. This is my first review. My experience in any branch is extremely positive: super-tasty healthy food, generous portions, very affordable prices. Buzzy lunchtime atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating staff. Busy at lunchtime but tables turn around quickly. What’s not to like?

21/09/2025: It’s really nice. It’s what Irish Chinese used to be like if I could say anything it’s that when they make the special fried rice the meat inside needs to be cut into smaller pieces cause as I’m trying to eat it with a spoon. I now have to look for a knife to cut the big pieces but other than that, it’s great

11/12/2025: I was here in November and watched how many people were swimming. It's absolutely beautiful here!!!

20/11/2025: Beautiful seaside spot with clear water and an energetic crowd. Even if you don’t swim, it’s worth visiting just to enjoy the views and atmosphere. People jump in year-round, and watching that alone adds to the charm of the entire place.

11/11/2025: Loved it! We went here based off the reviews. I had the spicy bag and an americano for lunch. Food was hot and tasty. Service was great 👌🏽. I would love to try the rest of the menu.

21/12/2025: This is a great deli! Definitely a local favorite judging from the line out the door. A wide range of meats and cheeses with an assortment of condiments. Very reasonable prices. Even at what seemed the height of the lunch rush, I got my sandwich in about 15 minutes. Mostly a take away spot, though there are four tables with 2 chairs each.

25/12/2025: Really poor service for a second time at this branch, last time we ate here the waiter left the food on the table with a grunt and no explanation of what the dish was or who it was for. This time it was a take away order with the staff member completely ignoring our presence for several minutes whilst they continue to wash dishes at the counter. Never again. Do better.

22/10/2025: It was an amazing experience and a cozy environment. 100 percent worth it. And the pricing is great are whole meal over all as a family of four was under € 100 loved it so much. 💕

02/12/2025: Went to Restaurant on Monday early evening, so it was fairly quite at this time. The ambience is relaxed and a good place to chat. Had the chicken wings to start very tasty sause. I had fish & chips for main dish which was served with peas & tarture sause, you cant really go wrong with this dish. My friend had the Lamb cutlet dish served with greens, potatoes and a sause. He enjoyed the dish.
