14/07/2026: The service was terrible; they ignored us before even listening to our order. We weren't served the same way as other customers, and afterwards, it was impossible to buy a bottle of water because they completely ignored us and let other customers go ahead of us.

13/04/2026: The place is falling apart, sofas with big wholes, the staff is friendly but every single time I go is missing some product as blue cheese or cheese sauce, the owners should spend some time going to the place and see how bad is the same of the store, repaint, fix delivery issues and make that place look where you spend above 12 euros in a burger.

12/06/2026: Food was fine. The Kebab was a decent size, but the sauce was watery. Staff don't engage with the customers. Gents toilet was let's just say "unappealing."

24/05/2026: i wantet a Kebab (einen Döner) asked for joghurt or cocktail sauce, they said they dont know what it is. They only have tomato chilli sauce. who eats kebab with tomato sauce???? also theres no options in vegetables, if u order a kebab (Döner) u only get meat and coleslaw, no tomatoes, no onions, no lettuce. very disappointing. The name kebab is in their Business name but apparently they dont even know what a Kebab is!

17/03/2026: We went to the this pub on st Patrick day. It was shocking more like a children birthday party on steroids in our opinion. We asked for some hot water and the bar staff said they were too busy. Absolutely filthy pub we were only visiting so would never drink or eat anything in this pub. You have been warned.

16/06/2026: Quite a sweet coffee, ordered a small one & was given a large. Wouldn’t recommend. One Kinda Folk nearby is better.

14/07/2026: It’s a disgrace to be honest that Sarah kennedy took over the campus’ little coffee shack as it’s never open now unless students are there. Closed all summer now too! Plenty of people walk here all year round and used to grab a coffee there. Me and my friend used to always walk and grab from cloud picker! Just such a shame!

28/07/2026: Very delicious and always fresh food. Managers are very professional and friendly. Staff looks tidy and representative. Also they are open for late hours until 2am Friday and Saturday. Quick, fresh food and clean restaurant. Happy to be here again and again… no disappointments!

29/07/2026: The coffee and food are fine, though just as overpriced as in every other Costa. This place suffers from bad management, staff spend virtually no time cleaning the seating area which has food all over the floors, old cups and plates all over the tables, just not a nice atmosphere to consume food or drink in. This place could be somewhere people want to spend time in, relax, enjoy a coffee and a sandwich, but instead it's somewhere I'd rather order to take away or bypass altogether. Edit: This location is, at the time of writing this edit, undergoing a full refurbishment so perhaps they are addressing the points in my original review above! 🤞🏼

12/07/2026: Foods is always fab! But excellent service i sent food to the wrong address and they rerouted this back to me. Really grateful as this was at 12:30am so thank you again

02/04/2026: the spicebag is one of my favorites needs a bit more chicken in it but besides that great

12/07/2026: Honestly the food is bad. The chips were lukewarm and soggy the fish was super greasy and mushy. The service is nice and quick but I wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t in a rush.

09/07/2026: The staff is very grumpy, they respond badly and can't understand that tourists can't know English perfectly. The food is very poor and the chicken tastes like fish and the chips are vinegar. Very bad.
