01/10/2025: I had a beautiful cup of tea and coffee and tea. I did pay 3.20 euro for it . The tea pot didn't spill any tea from the tea pot. I do think that the tea should be more expensive. The staff were so friendly to me. From a loyal customer.

04/05/2025: Fantastic little cafe, staff really friendly & knowledgeable. Such a treat to be able to get a decent & tasty gluten free sandwich! We will definitely return.

19/08/2025: Unreal tofu spice bag and 4 in 1! The curry and satay sauces are also so good. Delivered so quickly, and great value.

11/08/2025: Has to be the number 1 takeaway in Dublin. Best spice bag and vegan options which is rare!

20/10/2025: The only aspect that I found less than satisfactory was the food. It lacked flavor and did not seem to justify the cost. Other establishments in Blanchards offer a more appealing taste and a wider selection of dishes.

18/10/2025: Every time when we go there the prices increase, the portion getting smaller and smaller, the taste is getting worse. And the staff always changing and new ones, they are not friendly. On the last time we get the terrible food.

23/09/2025: Awful experience, they say to install their app for a free coffee. After buying the coffee they put me to pay as there was no voucher available in the freshly installed app. The staff told me that the promotion is over and in their liffet is saying clearly that on the 30.09.25 expires. I won't go to any nero cafe ever again

14/09/2025: On sunday you might see only a member of the staff and of course long q and slow service. Oh, ya, one more thing to mention, you' ll see lots of tables with cutlery, cups and other left overs by customers. A big let down in relation to clean.

02/08/2025: Have been ordering from this takeaway for a while now. Their Punjabi samosas are the best I've had in Dublin, absolutely delicious and I just LOVE the spicy chickpea accompaniment 😋 I would like to try some other dishes as we usually go for Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken or Biryani. All bursting full of flavour and aroma. The chapati bread is always so fresh and delicious too. Really like Rasoi, Ranelagh 🌶

18/07/2025: My 83 year old mother canceled an order 1 night and another night she couldn't get down the stairs fast enough to the door and hadn't credit to ring them back cause I was after ringing to order for her, so didnt no she didnt answer the door, i didnt get any phone call,,, so now won't deliver to her, 30 years living and ordering chippers from whatever new chipper takes over and this ignorant bxxxx gets on the phone as ignorant as she is then hangs up no thanl you goodbye nothing. She and myself will take our money somewhere else thank you.

02/10/2025: The man who served me this morning was so rude. No hello,no please & no thank you! He very abruptly said "Your coffee's there!". Extremely unwelcoming & must not like his job. Coffee was lukewarm & the croissant was given on a wet plate. He also didn't bother to offer me the two free sweets for the two coffees that I ordered. I won't be returning. Hopefully this man can work on his customer service skills!

11/12/2025: It´s a good easy option for dinner, the barbecue chicken pizza is really good!!

10/12/2025: i ordered from here at like 4 am because i hadn’t eaten the entire day before and they only delivered half my order, the delivery guy said he’d go back and get it, so i tipped him €10 because he had to go twice but then they never delivered the rest of my order or refunded me. food itself was good. the cookies aren’t that good, they should switch to a domino’s style cookie. i would order again though tbh just at an earlier time

13/12/2025: Worst customer service I’ve ever come across!! The kiosk broke so took our money but gave no code for the food. We approached them straight away to show the receipt as the phone was about to die! Staff said they had the order and gave us an order number. Then a few minutes later, the phone died and I think it was the manager, called us back up to say they didn’t actually have the order. She asked to see the Revolut receipt, we let her know the phone had died but we had shown her co-workers. The attitude was actually insane!! She more or less insinuated we were trying to scam them and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Fair enough if the staff can’t do anything about the glitch, but it was the attitude that floored us. Honestly it was so embarrassing and the looks/faces from her were disgusting. I work customer service and understand everyone has bad days but she seemed to enjoy being nasty. Would recommend she be pulled up on this.

02/12/2025: I had a great time at this kfc everyone so nice especially security guard he has to be the best person I met I have a 6 day streak coming to this kfc nicest kfc ever I love how small and cozy it can be thanks kfc Parnell street

12/09/2025: We're starting to order from Base more and more these days. The service is always great, friendly staff and the orders are super quick. On a quiet evening my little one got to watch her pizza being made and she loved it. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the pizza and chicken sides. I never feel super thirsty like other pizza make me feel. Base tastes like good quality pizza dn would deffo recommend 💯

12/09/2025: Unfortunately, they keep taking orders that they can’t handle. More than 2 hours for delivery which is ridiculous and they don’t tell you that before you pay. Eventually had to cancel after 2.5 hours when still being told 20 mins until pizza will go in the oven. 5 days for refund. Cheers.

27/10/2025: Needed a break from pub fare, and this place hit the spot. Delicious won ton soup and rice dishes.

12/08/2025: It's big let down me this year golden palace not because food it was because I was costumer ordered here long time loved there chipper then I rang order one day tell me only do card unfortunately my disability I have youse money I'm highlighting this because I found out bye law you still have youse cash now I can't order from here any more I really miss it so this not really fair we have always youse cars I only youse cash this wrong I'm really disappointed golden palace would do this like said food great I feel like this needs be put out there I wish they would go back cash for delivery not really fair

03/11/2025: Every time they mix up your order. But if they ever got it proper it would be lovely. Need to get the orders right. Also very expensive.

12/10/2025: The service from the staff is the worst ever! Everyone is so rude and hostile. Came at 8:20pm got my food and at 8:30pm I went back up to get something else before I left and was told there closed when there closing time is 9pm and told it’s just the drive through. Left eating my food to go around the drive through to be told they don’t have any food left at 8:40? The staff are shocking

26/11/2025: They forgot my dip!!! :( The one thing I was excited about. Had to leave in a rush and trusted the service :( Make sure to always check.

21/10/2025: Missing my burger sauce and 9 nuggets. no cutlery (fork) for taco chips. When rang restaurant the man said he forgot to add them and can’t send them to us anymore. He asked us to order more food on the app so they can send us our order. He asked us to spend more of our money instead of sending us our food. We still haven’t received our credit on the app.

03/12/2025: Their pizzas are done really well but I’d love to see more toppings / options available. They have a Sicilian option which is great but a bit of basil / pesto and a few extra toppings would go a long way! The pizza base is 5/5

24/11/2025: AVOID!!! If I could give no stars I would. Collected food on the way home from work. Got back home, which was a good drive away and as we ate kebabs we kept getting a funky taste. We then opened our kebab sauces and they stunk and tasted disgusting! The chilli sauce masked the smell of the spoiled garlic when mixed together, but it still smelled off! We had one mixed kebab sauce and another that wasn't mixed! Both were bad! We called the store to express this and they were no help to us. Argumentative and sending the girl on the till back and forth instead of getting onto the phone himself. They refused to send a driver to where we live as they were "TOO BUSY" told us to drive back down with it and as much as we didn't want to, we did, just to prove a point after much arguing over the phone. It was 9pm at night, only sitting down from a long day at work. Anyhow, we packed up the rest of the food including the kids food as they were half way through eating theirs and drove back to the shop where my partner was treated so poorly. They refused to give us any money back, let alone even try to offer more food (not that we'd have eaten it) 🤮 They offered us €5 for the sauce, after spending €40 and driving 20 minutes back to the shop with our horrible food that was inedible! Told them to keep their muck and we will more than likely have upset stomachs tomorrow! Disgraceful carry on and I've never ever came across customer service like it! His words were "what do you want me to do, I can give your food back and you can give it to someone!" The cheek! Bare in mind we've eaten from here many of times before when we lived closer by and never ever again will we eat from the kip! The manager/owner was rude, arrogant and in denial. He even tried to pass a sauce around the shop to ask customers to smell it! I wish I told him to dip his finger in and taste it! They cared more about money than their reputation! A holy show! There was no denying the smell and taste 🤢 Stay clear and go to macaris in tallaght village or castletymon if you want to be treated with excellent customer service and food! Shame on you DARIUS! Learn some manners & respect for customers. A family meal ruined! A waste of time & money, but couldn't have cared less! Update: Bed bound with food poisoning the next day! I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors! 🤮
