23/03/2025: Not a bad place, stank of something when I was there with one of the lads said was the toilet but OK

23/08/2025: Way over priced. Portions are very small, although fresh and tasty. If you’re a big eater, you will have to spend over 100 Euros to get full.

16/08/2025: Came here with my mom to celebrate our last night in Dublin. We ordered 9 oysters for our table to start, as well as lobster and salmon. We then overheard one of the other servers ask our server what we ordered, he responded with: 9 oysters. They both had a big laugh as if we didn’t order enough/ didn’t belong there, keep in mind this was about 5 feet from our table. I have never felt more uncomfortable/ like I didn’t belong at a restaurant in my life. We we’re also halfway done with our bread when they took it away. The salmon, lobster, scallops and salmon were all undercooked as well. 0/10 don’t recommend eating here, especially with the amount you’ll be spending.

06/07/2025: Terrible Experience – Missing Items, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Service The last two times I have ordered delivery from Supermac's & Papa John's in Blackrock, both times the experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the food has fallen off a cliff. On this latest order, a whole 14-inch pizza was missing from our delivery. When we called the restaurant immediately, the person in charge refused to replace the missing pizza so we could all have dinner together and instead told us to complain to the delivery company. They even suggested that the JustEat delivery driver might have taken the pizza, which IMHO is absurd given the delivery was only 10 minutes from pickup. And the staff made no effort to check if the pizza was sent out with the order? You would know if you sent a pizza out 10 minutes ago??? The food itself used to be good, but was awful. The chicken coating was like biting tarmac, especially at the ends, and the chips were now cold after our delivery time had been changed 3 times, and very soggy. After paying over €50 for a quick takeaway meal on a Saturday evening, I would expected much better from what used to be a reputable establishment for a takeaway. Missing a whole pizza is completely unacceptable! I have a video of our delivery before last, which has two bun heels on the same burger, a "sprinkle" of lettuce and a "a threat" of burger sauce. That's one of the reasons we ordered an extra burger sauce, which was paid for, but missing from the last order! Customer service on this issue was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Do not bother replying asking me to email or contact elsewhere — go to your restaurant and see for yourself what customers are experiencing. A once good takeaway brand is now truly awful in terms of food quality and customer service. If I could give zero stars I would, I will definitely not be returning.

09/05/2025: Just an amazing experience all around. Not only the staff is very pleasant but the food is top tier. I have never had such delicious chips in my whole life. The texture and temperatures were perfect. The burger and the slice of cakes were so tasty.

03/05/2025: Hi all I just wanna help others not to get sick! Went yesterday 2/05/2025 there to eat with my 2 kids and daughtet get so sick after she had a salmon with some veg . thats terible thing to give poison food to people. The potsion for 20€ omg so so smal and not fresh at all ...that INDIAN guy there so rude and not profesional at all he should never cook!!!

13/06/2025: I drove all the way to the shop as in the google says its open till 9:30pm in some specific days, but I literally saw they packed and went at 9:02 Pm. Please either edit time or stay till the end of working hours!

22/08/2025: Probably the best Butler's in Dublin. Great location with outdoor seating. Very nice decor inside but the consistently great coffee and service I why I keep going back. The staff make it, please reward them.

24/07/2025: Great hostel, nice facilities and great location. Only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star is the for the treatment by bar manager. The Argentinian bar manager shut down the Kareoke because I said to him he can’t run the bar and kareoke at the same time (the were understaffed). When the bartender came back he refused to run the kareoke as planned because he got butthurt by my feedback. Sorry his pride was hurt but he’s not a child he’s working there. Also his colleagues complained about him too so watch out for him!

24/07/2025: Nice for a hostel, terrible for a hotel. I booked it because I’d stayed at the Generator in Washington DC and had a great experience (in a hotel room, not the hostel part). This room has all the class of a Motel 6, and we paid crazy money for it. My husband actually considered eating the money and looking for a different hotel, but we’ll tough it out because we’re only here for one night. Look at this bathroom. This is what €175 gets you. Edit: this hotel LOCKS YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM at checkout time. Stars adjusted, my god!

29/05/2025: I placed an order at 8:25pm and it was scheduled to be delivered at 9:30pm, more than 1 hour and yet the pizza was delayed another 26min to be delivered, that is, more than 1:30h for a pizza to be delivered.

30/08/2025: Best fried chicken and chips! Even better than KFC. Their vinegar tastes so good. The manager (don't have his name but tall blonde hair and blue eyed guy) is also super friendly and professional. He gives amazing customer service every time and makes you want to come back. Thank you so much ☺️

22/07/2025: Been a regular here for a while but can't say I'd recommend anymore. Becoming necessary to check the order everytime before leaving as constantly have wrong food. Latest was ordering a vegitarian pizza only to find a margarita with chilli flakes in the box. Understand those behind the counter are there to do a job but it feels more and more like the customer is an inconvenience. Teams not rude by any means but it not welcoming like it was a year or more ago. Service rating based on constant wrong orders more than anything. Atmosphere down to interaction with the team as, at the end of the day, it's primarily a take away spot.

08/09/2025: The restaurant belonging to the Dublin One Hotel. A pleasant, spacious restaurant with very kind, helpful staff. The cuisine is also good, a cozy place.

10/08/2025: Fresh is a really nice store with a great variety of products—from fresh produce to ready-to-eat meals, you can find almost everything you need in one place. The layout is clean and well-organized, and it’s always pleasant to shop here. That said, prices have been climbing, and the portions in the value meals have gotten smaller, which makes them feel a little less worth it than before. Still, it’s a great spot for convenience and variety, especially if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for the selection.
