05/10/2026: Asked for a Double cheese Burger only cheese.I was the the only one who ordered at the till and they still messed it up.It wasn't until I got to my bustop did I realize and gave it to the pigeons.Not only that I'm diabetic so I took my insulin before hand so when I had nothing to eat I went into a hypo and luckily I had a lift shot with me.This is a constant issue I face with Macdonald's to a point I'm gonna stick with burger king as they have pre made burgers that only have cheese on it.

03/10/2026: Really terrible, I wanted to eat something but since I'm celiac they don't have anything for those who have my problem, not even a single uncontaminated sandwich or chips, really terrible.

22/04/2026: I left a review for this chipper over 4 years ago with 5 stars. The service has continually gone downhill; cashiers are rude, food reaching worse quality. Today I had my order missing items, I called and was offered no apology. I then went to eat the chips and half of them weren't cooked through to the middle. I called again and was hung up on. Wildly disappointed with the chipper I used to tell everyone was the best in D15

07/04/2026: Would leave 0 stars ,Waited over an hour for 2 milkshakes and rang and they said it was on the way, only got here 20 mins later,disappointing I would of collected if I knew it was going to be that long

26/09/2026: Ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic chip. Driver arrived without the pizza. We waited for him to return and he didn’t. No answer from his number or the take away. Awful service.

31/05/2026: Great food and great value the guys are really nice and friendly. Smoked Cod Fresh Cod Batter Burgers and proper Chips none of your French fries nonsense bliss after a rough day at work. Got a call to bring home dinner it never fails. You make the order you anticipate the food you are about to get. They say to you "salt and vinegar" you say "yes" you watch being magically wrapped and bagged. You carry the hot bag into the car tempted to open it on your way home just one chip but you dare not cause you never get the bag perfectly wrapped again and of course they inspect the bag and to take a chip pre plate is sacrilege. The welcome home is heart warming but you know its not for you it's for the bag with its magical captivating aroma and 5 star Michelin cuisine you are about to savour and binge watch Bob's Burgers on TV a perfect end to a tough day.

21/09/2026: Joy is lovely but there is another woman who is very rude on the phone and tends to over charge especially for delivery I don't know why that is and she gets the order wrong I'm not happy but the food is great

16/08/2026: This cafe is fine with lovely staff and a great location by the water. But by God the dishwasher is now broken for 2 months and the manager in head office doesn't seem to care. So it's plastic cups all the way I afraid. A blot on the reputation of Cafee Nero

13/09/2026: Not open on time. Excuse was "to check ingredients". However, due to the open time being specified at a specific time, these checks should've been completed before open time. This is a telltale sign of a lack of punctuality, and therefore an improfesionally ran franchise. The open time should mean that orders are to be taken at THAT specific time!

23/09/2026: Hands down, this is the best Asian takeaway in the Sandyford area (Dublin 18). I simply love the food here it’s the ultimate comfort food! The quality is extraordinary, and the customer service is top notch. On top of that, it’s super fast everything is ready in 10 minutes max. I highly recommend either the Pad Thai (which I love with prawns) or the Noodle Box with teriyaki sauce and prawns or mixed meats. Absolutely sensational I can’t recommend Green Mango enough!

27/08/2026: food was alright ill give it that service was quite rude to me but did give me a couple cents of a sauce but also kinda overpirced and also there was no one else there it was extremely hot in there and it was sticky and it was quite and all the staff looked bored

07/10/2026: An incredibly unpleasant experience at San Marino Monkstown. I came in to buy dinner, smiled and placed my order politely, yet the staff member was rude and impatient throughout. His attitude made me feel as though I had done something wrong simply by walking in and ordering food. I decided to let it go because I just wanted to collect my dinner and leave. Because I had ordered quite a lot of food, I asked before paying whether I could have a large bag to carry everything. He impatiently gestured for me to wait and told me I would get a bag after paying, as though my perfectly reasonable question was somehow rushing him. After I paid, he left all the separate food packages on the counter without a bag. I had to ask again, specifically for a large plastic bag, only to be bluntly told that they had none and only had small paper bags. Why tell me to wait until after paying instead of explaining that when I first asked? I ended up leaving with a pile of food packages balanced in my arms. I have lived in Dublin for eleven years and can barely recall being treated this badly when buying a takeaway. The hostility throughout the interaction, followed by the dismissive response to a basic request, left me angry and frustrated. Buying dinner should never leave a customer feeling like this. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

09/09/2026: They text you deals from monkstown shop saying they have Wednesday specials at 5 o’clock you go to order the deal that day and they say they don’t do them, staff are very rude

30/09/2026: Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered food from you and, once again, items were missing from my order. I tried calling at least 50 times, and nobody bothered to answer the phone. You literally have ONE job: to put together an order correctly, and somehow you still can’t manage to do that despite getting paid to do it. How difficult can it possibly be to check that everything is actually in the bag before handing it over? What makes this even more frustrating is that this is NOT the first time. No matter which McDonald’s I order from or go into, the same thing seems to happen. Missing items, incorrect orders, and absolutely no effort to fix the problem afterwards. Is this the standard you have been instructed to provide, or are you simply hiring staff who are completely unqualified, careless and don’t give a damn about customers? Because there is clearly a serious problem with the way your orders are being handled. I am absolutely done ordering from McDonald’s. You have lost me as a customer, and I will certainly be making sure that the people around me know exactly what kind of service they can expect. You still own me €8. Thanks for nothing!

Have an allergy in the house, said it on ordering and he challenged and argued with me on the phone about it when they delivered the wrong thing!! Then had the cheek to ask for the wrong burger back as if i was lying or looking for something free. Never wrote a review before but this treatment was unbelievable🤬 🤬

19/07/2026: Chicken burger and chips. Can't go wrong? Yeah right. Burger edible but where are they going with a bag of chips --- full of small, inedible scrap leftovers from the bottom of the chipped potato bag!! Have the photo but won't upload. Never again! €10.10 and the miserable so and so insisted on taking the ten cent coin!!

11/09/2026: Went for lunch today, food was nice but €23 euro was very expensive for the lunch which is a smaller burger and chips. The app had loyalty discounts but this Eddie Rockets branch doesnt accept the app which doesnt make sense and unfair to customers

22/08/2026: I was drawn in by the design but in truth there's no reason to pay three times the cost for the same amount and level of food as you're going to get from McDonald's or Burger King inside the giant mall right next to it. But the atmosphere is just great!

02/08/2025: The bao buns are a hit every time. The bowls are so flavorful. Last time we ended up ordering a repeat of a dish it was so good. Love this place.

25/07/2026: I usually come here once a month to buy beans. They have fantastic beans from around the world, give a discount for buying 1KG (4 x 250g bags from different types) and ALWAYS offer if I want a complimentary cuppa to go.
