The best restaurants in Dublin

19/11/2024: I will say that this cute cafe offers something that is hard to find in Dublin 1. Having said that 17€ for 2 coffees and 2 stale pastries, along with a very cheeky request for a 20% tip BEFORE any service has been provided will make me think again about returning

18/11/2024: Great spot for coffee and sandwiches! The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. A simple yet satisfying place to grab a quick bite. Definitely worth a visit!

30/01/2025: One of my favorite Indian food places in Ireland. Really good curries and dishes. Amazing butter chicken, Biryani, chat is also really good. Highly recommended. Edited: Used to be amazing, they seem to have changed recipes and its not the same anymore

08/04/2025: Just finished a small meal in o Connell st Burger King and left as I was assaulted by a group of young men one pushing the other straight into me spilling my drink on my food. I finished what I could and left without a staff member approaching and seeing if everything was alright. Service was fine and staff was nice other than that.

05/04/2025: Chicken nuggets and chicken strippers were just burnt to oblivion awfull stuff wasnt busy so there was no rush or anything never again

19/04/2025: 11 tables uncleaned and uncleared as I'm sitting here. Three tables with customers. Two staff behind counter chatting. Customers clearing their own tables. Floor disgusting. 3pm. Really?

14/04/2025: Went in today, got a taco kebab & a fish + chips. Now, I'm ashamed to admit, I've eaten many taco kebabs in my life, I'd say I'm somewhat of an expert. But never in my life have I had a taco kebab that had Bolognese and kebab meat, not to mention the over abundance of CARROTS!!! Yes carrots!!!! Great big feckin slices of them!!! I'm all for culinary experimentation, but this just didn't work! The chips tasted as if they'd commuted suicide a year ago by jumping into a vat of oil. My companion said the fish was also sporting a mighty oil injection to the point it was borderline inedible. Never again

31/03/2025: Had one of the blandest and most undercooked spice bags followed by the worst aromatic duck I've ever had as the duck pieces had small bone shards that could have broken my teeth.

29/03/2025: Spice bags, chicken balls and bbq sauce are amazing in this place.

13/02/2025: Long wait for staff member to appear at hot lunch counter. Food was good but only lukewarm. Long wait in queue to pay while food was getting colder and staff member couldn’t work the checkout system. Return for coffee after lunch long wait in queue to pay. This place could do so much better and I feel this every time I visit - which isn’t very often. Zero management.

22/10/2024: The worst Italian meal I’ve ever had in my life! We received our meals 5 minutes apart from one another. The aubergine parmigiana was likely microwaved as it was still cold with just a melted cheese top. The pasta sauce was like a watered down chicken stock and the pizza was worse than a freezer version. With so many nice options in the area such as olivetto, belli dentro and dolce italia, I can’t understand how they’re still open!

05/10/2024: We happened to be in the area a Friday night to our surprised we managed to get a table for 4, the place was empty. Kids ordered carbonara and it tasted like no other carbonara we ever tasted before, no flavored whatsoever and was so dull kids wouldn't even touch it. My husband ordered a sausage ragu pasta and was chewie I was the only that kinda enjoyed my meal, I had the Tiger prawn risotto. The starters were so overpriced for what we got it was ridiculous to see the size of the brushetta. After all the disaster waiter came and took plates without even asking how was the food, maybe she is used to collecting full plates .... as no one will enjoy their food. If you are looking to over spend on crappy food this is your place but if you are like me ...enjoy good Italian food don't go there.

07/04/2025: Great take out option. The service is friendly and super fast. It is cheap and the portions are huge, great option for takeaway. They only accept cash but there's am ATM inside the Spar next door. 100% recommended!

14/12/2024: This is my relaxing place to go in Dublin. The owner was very nice and the service was good. Excellent spot to visit and relax after a long week of work. I enjoy the music and atmosphere.

16/03/2025: Beef in the rice bowl were gross fleshy clumps, I wouldn’t even consider it beef. Sushi was fine

15/04/2025: Nice coffee and staff but the premise is always cold with the automatic door open constantly. No baby changing unit which meant I had to change my newborn baby on a floor.

30/03/2025: Decent coffee and pain au chocolat. Bit pricey.
