The best restaurants in Dublin

14/05/2025: The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The Brazil Lemonda was amazing. The service was fast and friendly. Three of us ate the Siumei Deluxe Combo and were stuffed.

09/05/2025: Family of 6 craved for authentic Chinese food & we chanced upon this restaurant on google maps. Suan Cai Fish was fabulous with flavors on point. Stir fry cabbage, stir fry pork & capsicums and mapo tofu tasted so well, we thought we are back at our hometown. Anyone reading this must try the above with white rice. Female waitress was very accommodating & quick in her service as we were rather a large group dining with limited space.

07/05/2025: Treated here by some wonderful hosts. What a venue: decor and service were a fitting prelude to a thoughtful menu and simply the best prawn dish I have ever had (and there have been a few…). Unlike a previous review I found the prawns sublimely cooked, and the risotto a fitting partner. Wd go back in a flash and may simply order three of them…thanks for a super night.

02/04/2025: What a gem this place is! From the minute you walk in the door you'll be greeted by the incredibly warm and friendly staff. It's like you walked into a little part of Italy. The food and atmosphere are second to none and you'll be delighted with this little oasis that Monkstown has to offer! I look forward to my next visit already. Thank You Thats Amore.

20/04/2025: We walked into the pub with a large group and were greeted by a barman upstairs who was rude immediatly. After telling him we're here for food and drinks he asked us in a rude tone why we didn't even think about reserving a table. After telling him that I know most pubs don't take reservations he told me "absolutely they do" which is just false, and he then told us that he finds it rude that we walk in with such a large group without reserving and that he's gonna charge us 15% extra, just for the group size. I also told him that we can split up on multiple tables to which he rudely replied again "absolutely you will". It would've been fine if he just told us that we're too many people for food or whatever, but it was the extremely rude demeanor that bothered me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed since I've been here twice before and never had a bad encounter. However, this completely ruins the pub for me and I definitely won't be going there anymore. I don't know if the barman was just racist or if he just didn't want to work. Oh well, I guess pubs like that make so much money that they don't need the business anymore.

19/04/2025: Bar staff we encountered were great. The food was okay. I will go there again.

24/05/2025: Super delicious food, very good value for the portions served. We were a group of 6 people and the total was €73. A little out of the way from the center, but we had the small one before going to the Guinness experience, and it was well worth it.

21/04/2025: I’ve ordered desserts from Caketopia three times already, and each time they’ve exceeded all my expectations! These aren’t just sweets — they’re true works of art. The taste is incredible, the presentation is flawless, and the attention to detail is simply amazing. Every dessert is a beautiful experience, both visually and flavor-wise. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates quality, aesthetics, and truly delicious treats!

26/05/2025: Not only do they serve delicious pastries here, but they also serve superb coffee. The display of pastries looks beautiful, and we couldn't decide. The bagel bun with scallions and cream cheese is highly recommended. You can take away coffee and pastries directly from the window or enjoy them at the tables inside.

17/05/2025: Very good food from a pretty standard menu with the usual calamari, burgers, steaks and pizza. It was all very good and the steak was excellent - and service first class for our large group

14/05/2025: Encontramos este lugar por casualidad mientras visitaba el año pasado y así que disfrutamos de la comida que tuvimos para el almuerzo que volvimos un par de días después para la cena. En esta visita vinimos a almorzar después de haber dejado nuestras maletas en nuestro hotel - tuve la tortilla / guanac / salsa / plato de crema agria que siempre disfruto, marido tenía una hamburguesa - ambos platos deliciosos. Nos atendió Dan, un caballero encantador que proporcionó un excelente servicio y tuvimos una agradable charla. Regresó el sábado, cuando estaba muy ocupado, y cuando Dan se acercó a nuestra mesa nos dijimos hola y que habíamos dicho que volveríamos - se acordó de nosotros y nos proporcionó el mismo excelente servicio que antes, y se detuvo a charlar cuando pudo, dado el flujo constante de comensales yendo y viniendo. Comí una pizza pequeña - espinacas, feta, mozzarella y aceitunas - divina, y me comí todo, que es muy diferente a mí; el marido tenía espinacas, patata nueva, mozzarella y calzone de cebolla caramelizada, que disfrutó mucho. La masa en ambos platos era lo más delgada posible, y súper ligera, prácticamente se derritió en la boca. Sorprendentemente, ambos comimos postre - él tenía brownie de frambuesa y chocolate con helado de vainilla, yo tenía pastel de limón y queso de vainilla estilo Nueva York con coulis de frambuesa - ambos totalmente deliciosos, sorprendentemente ligeros y casi lamemos nuestros platos! Tuvimos una encantadora charla final con Dan cuando nos íbamos y le deseamos lo mejor con sus futuros esfuerzos. Este lugar es muy recomendable, siempre volveremos cuando estemos aquí, y voy a visitar de nuevo en octubre, así que sin duda volveré. ¡Gracias a todos aquí, todos ustedes son maravillosos!

26/05/2025: This cafe is a must visit for cozy brunch lovers! It is conveniently located near Phoenix park making it a to go spot for park visitors. We tried their toasties which were both amazing and very filling along with their blueberry macha. Personally felt the customer service could have been better. But apart from that this place is going to my constant. Highly recommend!
