07/08/2025: Had fish and chips here during our short stay in Dublin. maybe the batter was a little too thick, but otherwise great customer service. Quite a crowd there when I placed my order, which is always a good sign. Two minutes walk from Connolly Station

09/09/2025: We happened upon Goose on the Loose on a walk to The Little Museum of Dublin. It's a terrific lunch spot with a cozy "shabby chic" atmosphere and very fresh and delicious food.

08/08/2025: Acabo de visitar la cafetería Fumbally por recomendación de mis hijas, compré una fruta de café y 2 cruasanes, el tipo que hace el café fue bastante cortés conmigo y me dijo que me mantuviera a un lado para dar paso a otros clientes ( 1 ) ! Ya había esperado un tiempo para pagar y pensé que esto era bastante grosero, no sería precipitarse de vuelta!

16/07/2025: Really cute place. Food was filling and didn't make me feel crummy. Posting to say I had to eat my words, "they have a brownie that looks dry as dirt, if I'm being honest..." NOPE. It was delicious. Everything we had was great, especially the soup.

12/08/2025: I made a reservation online and unfortunately I made a mistake and it was not confirmed. The effort was immediately reflected on the credit card which I showed to the person in charge. She turned us away with a smile. In my country, because hospitality is considered quite important, I would have expected her to have made an effort to serve us. It doesn't matter. All I can say right away is that the shop, being quite small and claustrophobic, black in color, had a stifling atmosphere with a strong smell of roast meat. You leave smoky. Maybe the food compensates. I won't know. Be well. -"Comment to the owner's response" - Dear, the one star is for your behavior and the stifling atmosphere. Not for food that I didn't have the "honor" to try. I mentioned it anyway. The fact that you respond regardless of what I write and insult me on top of that shows who you are. I attended today with a group of 5 people for dinner. I did not deprive you of money. I had heard the best things about your restaurant. You summarily kicked us out. I showed the Visa charge that seemed to indicate that there had been an attempt on my part to make a reservation. Instead, there was no attempt on your part to provide service. Be well and I have indeed learned my lesson... Again, I wish you the best!

30/07/2025: De hecho, estos sándwiches son (toma IT de un americano) muy parecidos a los sándwiches en una tienda de delicatessen de Nueva York o Nueva Inglaterra. Superado solo por mi cosa favorita sobre la tienda, el propietario Patrick, que me encantó con su gracia, ingenio y bromas. El resto de su personal parecía muy joven, pero me di cuenta por la forma en que les hablaba y trataba, que debía ser un hombre encantador para trabajar. ¡Todo el mundo parecía muy feliz de trabajar allí! También hay un 10% de descuento legítimo en la factura para aquellos que realmente sacan un libro de la estantería y leen mientras comen. ¡Sí! ¡Promueve la lectura! Le permití a Patrick elegir por mí, y IT estaba abriendo las compuertas a una conversación sobre todos los ámbitos de la vida en esta bobina mortal. Gracias por el café y la conversación. Volveré la próxima vez que esté en Dublín!

06/07/2025: Sándwiches increíbles y personal estupendo. Imprescindible para los amantes del sándwich. Ingredientes frescos, pan hermoso, todo servido con una sonrisa.

10/06/2025: A very lovely place, a real iconic Irish pub. Cosy interior, including a garden area. Local 3 member band playing, incredible atmosphere, delicious local food (burgers), quick service.
