The best restaurants in Dublin

17/08/2025: Charming neighborhood cafe with the most elegant food! Wish we had come for brunch, but the take away pastries were delicious! The staff was so warm and friendly, and it’s a great pairing with a walk around St Patrick’s Cathedral.

14/08/2025: Super spot at the Kevin St end of Francis St - a street which has changed so much since I was a student in the 90s. Now it's home to buzzy neighborhood cafes and cool pubs such as Liberty Belle. Two pups is a cafe by day and then pivots to a wine bar at night. If the cafe is anything to go by, the wine bar is a must visit on my next trip. My Turkish eggs were first class and the granola was equally delicious, the peanut was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient. Give this place a try - it's worth every penny.

23/07/2025: Great flat white, and super helpful and friendly. Baked goods selection wasn't huge but found something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Would totally recommend.

03/08/2025: What an experience! We were just walking by and the owner invited us inside. The first impression was as if we were in some movie visiting a private pub in Hollywood or something. The owner is such a character and I can see that this pub is his life, which is really awesome.

13/05/2025: This is one of the best places in Dublin due to several reasons: super nice staff, best atmosphere, and great range of beers. They always have a few unique beers on tap to put the cherry on top. The food is delicious as well. Recently they started offering their own range of beers which I found very delicious. If you pass by this place, it's never a miss. Slainte!!

30/08/2025: Authentic Argentine products but incredibly expensive. A very small cup of white milk costs €3.80.

25/08/2025: While in Dublin we came every morning here for our dose of coffee and sweets. Everything looks and tastes so delicious. The croissant with dulce de leche is my favorite. Ah and the capuccino is perfect and the girls are friendly! Would come here again.

01/09/2025: Ordered a burger with blue cheese. Had no blue cheese on it at all. Showed it to the waiter and he pointed at mayo and said it must have melted... Showed it to my date and the two tables next to me to confirm the splat of pure white mayo that tasted like plain mayo wasn't blue cheese and they all agreed. Took it back to the kitchen window and got yelled at by staff telling me I must not know what blue cheese tastes like. I refused to pay for the one bite I took. But they still made me pay for the half untoasted "toastie" my date gave up on. Side note: Watched the kitchen staff whiping sweat off brow with hands and immediately handle food. Also, waiter used the seat of his pants as a napkin. This place is gross and preys on one-time tourists cause they don't give a crap about return business. With so many other establisments in the area, skip this garbage.

14/09/2025: We’ve been going here for years and it’s excellent every time. The food is amazing, the monkfish in particular is delicious, and the service/atmosphere is fantastic. BYOB is a nice touch also! 100% recommend

07/09/2025: Delicious food. Chicken Supreme is highly recommended. But everything was delicious. You do sit a bit close together.

17/08/2025: The food was okay overall, but not worth the wait. I had to wait around 40 minutes, which was disappointing for something that turned out to be just fine. My boyfriend really enjoyed his fish and chips, but the chili and chorizo squid was average, and the chicken wings were only okay. As a vegetarian, I ordered two sides, they were fine, but nothing memorable. We do understand that wings and sides aren’t their specialty, but we expected a little more. Out of the four of us, only one person was truly happy with their meal. On the brighter side, the staff were very friendly, the food came out quickly once ordered (about 15 minutes), and the restaurant has a lovely view.

21/08/2025: Inlove with the food here, staffs are hardworking and very polite, food here is 10/10, the pizza are always fresh and warm and delicious, would definitely come here all the time and buy, the milkshakes are my favourite, I recommend to buy to try your fast food here if you need tried it

16/08/2025: Compartimos un cóctel de gambas para empezar y fue excelente, gambas y langosta, muy bueno. Teníamos el filete de 8 oz y 8 oz ribeye y ambos eran excelentes, y sabemos bien filete y son exigentes! La guarnición de verduras salteadas era muy buena, la guarnición de espárragos con salsa holandsise y Gruyère derretido era excelente, perfectamente cocinado. Gran comida, tal vez elegimos cuidadosamente debido a las críticas anteriores, pero esta comida era muy buena, volvería, el ambiente era tranquilo, espacioso, no demasiado ruidoso, buena música de fondo y buen Servicio.

18/08/2025: North of the Dublin River it's different. Life is more normal. This place has a special charm. Eclectic but original decor. Brunch dishes, sandwiches and excellent coffee in all varieties. Few tables outside and few inside but it's not hard to find a place. The price is in line with the city, but here you have more carefully selected products.
