03/05/2025: I have been frequenting this cafe for the past couple of months and have always thoroughly enjoyed the food and service, but the prices have become extortionate.
Today I was charged €11 for two slices of bacon and two eggs, which only cost me €6 when I was here a few weeks ago. Other items on the menu range from €17 for French toast with bacon, and €16 for a full Irish breakfast.
The staff and food are lovely but I feel as though I’ve been overcharged for what I received.

I didnt know much about the asian cuisine and I asked them to suggest me something . First I tried chicken mayo and it was delicious , portion is more than enough and you can get a free soup afterwards. Then I tried Duck roast with rice it was nice as well. Served quick , tasted good , good vibes . 9/10

05/06/2025: Enormous wait time for food even in an empty restaurant. We ordered a tuna melt and Mac & Cheese. After 30 minutes a staff member informed us that they did not have enough pasta to make the Mac & Cheese, but we could wait an additional 20 minutes for it. Mind you there are only 2 other tables of people in the restaurant so it’s not like they just ran out of pasta.
05/06/2025: Great place! Friendly stuff, nice selection of artisanal beers, stunning cod and chips.
Creatures of any age are welcome, including babies and dogs.
Board games are very popular, so be sure to find something before someone will snatch it.

22/05/2025: Always a lovely experience at The Grapevine. Whether you’re stopping by for a drink outside in the sun or sitting down for a delicious lunch or dinner, it never disappoints. We recently attended a wine tasting paired with a three-course dinner, and it was an absolutely wonderful evening - a great atmosphere, excellent food and most importantly, lovely wines. Highly recommend!

03/06/2025: Just what we wanted on our first night a proper performance of Irish songs commanding the room. Really good performers, lovely atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely recommend. Guinness was spot on and the espresso martini was really good and so pretty!!

20/05/2025: Nice place, friendly staff. Personally I wasn't thrilled with the pizza, but here it's a matter of taste. I found the price of drinks high: €9.90 for a glass of non-selected wine as well as €14 for an aperitif are frankly too high.

02/06/2025: one of the few options to get specialty coffee after 4pm… unfortunately the service we encountered here was horrible. the barista lady wad very visibly annoyed and even rude because she was already cleaning the bar, even tho we arrived at like 17:15 which is almost an entire hour before closing time. We got the coffee served in takeaway cups and she was like “whatever” when we asked if we can sit down.

27/05/2025: Stopped in for a drink. Did not have any food, however the service was awesome, the drinks were good, and really loved the ambiance! The bartender Frank is from Ireland and so nice and knowledgeable. Had a great talk with him about Ireland and places I had been and where I should go. 5 Stars for the Thomas Moore Inn. Will definitely be back to see Frank and the Thomas Moore Inn!
