30/08/2025: The girl who served us was so nice and the atmosphere pleasant. We ordered a burger, salad, and mac and cheese, and we loved it. Everything was good quality, and they delivered it very quickly. We would definitely recommend it.

11/08/2025: Our dishes were works of art, and equally delicious. The pappardelle was scrumptious and tended to arrabbiata. Wonderful! The staff was extraordinarily friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, Very nice interior. Can’t wait to go back and try some more.

A small focaccia was offered as an appetizer,
Arrancini as a starter and panzerotti as a main course for me, and meat dishes for the others. We all enjoyed ourselves.
We would definitely come back!

07/08/2025: Fish and chips. Get it at all costs. The fish is so tender and delicious, not oily like most. The mushy peas are fantastic with just a hint of mint. The tartar sauce was divine and really brought out the flavor of the fish.
The beef pie is also a must-have. Just the right amount of potatoes with the beef, and a nice rich sauce. It could have used a touch more salt and some of the beef chunks were a bit too large for a comfortable bite, but those are really minor issues.
The staff are all pleasant, attentive, and allow you to have a relaxed experience.
Be sure to sit outside if possible. The covered patio makes for a quiet and cozy setting.
02/08/2025: The food was excellent, and the value was great. We had to wait a bit, and the service was a little slow, but very friendly. There's a special children's menu.

19/08/2025: A traditional Irish restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Irish food at a good price and very tasty. The fish and chips were spectacular, as were some meat stews, such as beef with Guinness beer or a typical sausage stew with mashed potatoes, peas, and brown sauce.

24/08/2025: We've had a very lovely evening with a group of 4 here. We were seated at a cozy table downstairs and had outstanding service from the beginning to the end. The food was delicious and really good value for the price. Thank you Robin for the lovely time and providing us with all special requests while continously having a good time and laugh with us.
17/08/2025: We booked seats for 4 people 6 days ago and when we arrived last night the table wasn't ready, so not even reserved. We came back after 15 minutes only to be brought downstairs . 10 tables there and nobody there. We were the only 4 people there the whole time we were there... not impressed one bit.. Can't fault the food or the waiters that served us.

01/08/2025: Off the beaten tourist path, little cafe. Workers are beyond friendly. Place is filled with locals (good sign) and wondering tourists. Solid scone and coffee for me. My son’s breakfast sandwich was solid as well. Compared to the crazy prices around the area, this was a 5 star stop for a no frills friendly breakfast. If you’re expecting something really fancy, this ain’t the place for you.

10/06/2025: We got the Coconut & Raspberry Entremet for a birthday at short notice and not knowing much about the company. The result was delicious. The cake itself looked great and the flavours of the different layers ended up being a talking point at the party. The only problem is we ate it all before we had a chance to take a photo!

A bit expensive but the design was immaculate and the taste was just as good.
Perfectly balanced between flavors and textures.
The chocolate was perfectly temperate and the consistency was consistent throughout the whole cake!
I got the cake for 15 people despite us being only 9 people and I think it was the right call, the portions for for 15 people would have been quite small (especially for such a delicious cake)!
The service was also great! Staff is resposive and quick to answer any questions or requests!

This place should hand out sleeping bags with every order, because you’ll be here long enough to consider filing for squatter’s rights. I waited so long for a sandwich I started a new life, paid taxes, and raised a family in the queue.
And yet… when it finally landed in front of me, it was incredible. Annoyingly good. The kind of sandwich that makes you angry because you can’t even stay mad at it.
So yeah, Beanhive on Dawson Street: where time stands still, staff move at the speed of interpretive dance, and the food is frustratingly delicious.
