10/11/2025: Terrible customer service. I ordered a hot chocolate to have in, but since my bus was arriving, I asked to switch it to a takeaway cup. When I went back to ask for a lid, the staff started mocking me, thinking I didn’t understand English because I’m Brazilian. Very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

19/01/2026: Wonderfull wooden decorated pub discovered by chance. Had the after hours pale ale and changing times stout. Very kind barman gave recommendations and allowed me to charge my phone which I appreciated . Truly unique bar. Accommodation provided as well. Highly recommend.Definitely will come back.

01/02/2026: What a fantastic restaurant, there were so many delicious sounding starters that I just ordered three of those and they were fabulous. A refreshing tabbouleh, some light and fluffy falafel and some soujouk (spiced sausage in a tomato sauce mmmmmm) came with some flat breads to mop up the yumminess. The fresh mint tea was perfect to wash it all down with and the Atayef (walnut stuffed fried pancakes) gave my sweet tooth it's happiness. Staff were perfect friendly and attentive. Well done to you all!

28/10/2025: The place is really nice and the waitresses are very friendly. The service is great; the only downside is that there are hardly any vegan options, but they made a vegan meal for my friend and me.

26/10/2025: Delicious hidden gem, the banana bread French toast was so lovely, staff were lovely, thanks for being dog friendly, we were so grateful to have somewhere as nice as this to get cover from the rain and have delightful food.

25/01/2026: We popped in for a drink and a sit down. It was fairly quiet when we went. Staff were friendly and plenty of places to sit...all high up stools or sofas though.

26/09/2025: Absolutely amazing experience! The ambience is beautiful and the food was delicious. And to make the entire evening extra special, the owner offers Palestine cola and chocolate to help raise money and awareness for Gaza. Just look for the huge Palestinian flag flying high and proud in the front of the building! Amazing amazing night, thank you for all you do and for the most delicious meals around.

08/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining in this amazing restaurant during my trip in Dublin. As an italian I’m always skeptical about italian cuisine abroad, but when I tried Pinocchio’s food I couldn’t believe I was tasting true italian dishes outside of Italy. The ingredients are so authentic and fresh, they truly bring to you the italian flavours. I was waited on by Erika and Dalila, who were extremely prepared and helpful. Their kindness and spirits is what makes the restaurant experience great. I hope to be back very soon! Go girls!!

08/02/2026: I spent a really lovely evening here at Pinocchio restaurant, by far one the best restaurants I’ve tried in Dublin. The staff has been very helpful, in particular the waitresses Dalila and Erica, who welcomed us and made us feel home during our dinner. The food was also great and worth the price. I highly reccomend this place if you happen to be in Dublin!

24/12/2025: 50th birthday party last night, function room perfectly laid out, quality of meals really excellent, commented on by several. Staff very attentive, nothing too much trouble, thank you Emma and Alex and (name escapes me). Music by Shay added so much to the occasion.

18/01/2026: Highly recommend! The stir-fried vegetables were delicious, with a great thickening sauce and excellent wok hei (wok aroma). Other stir-fried dishes were also very good. For dinner, they also offer freshly grilled teppanyaki and freshly cooked mala tang (spicy hot pot). The teppanyaki was even better than the mala tang! Overall, I would definitely visit again! 💗 The only major drawback was the extremely smelly toilet… The toilet wasn't flushed; it used a vacuum system, which was very inefficient. The toilet was very dirty. I hope the restaurant can replace it with a flush toilet.

15/01/2026: The food selection wasn't as extensive as advertised, sushi required pre-order.

05/01/2026: The food is good, the mussels and venison were excellent , selection is ok, there should really be a white fish on the menu. The service is very pleasant but a bit hit and miss, there was a mix up with our order but the dealt with it very professionally. Beautiful room but if it isn’t too busy it can seem big and cavernous. Worth a visit.

20/12/2025: I used to really look forward to eating at Hartleys but was really dissapointed when I ate there recently, the service is slow and it was a major effort to try and catch waiters attention to order between every course, my food came before the drink I ordered, food is ok but burger is 24 Euro and Squid starter is 16 Euro, its way over priced for fairly mediocre food, I hope they improve as I used to really enjoy eating there
