01/07/2026: The service was amazing and the hotel itself is located perfectly in the city with St. Stephen’s Park right across the street. Breakfast was definitely a highlight! Will definitely look to book again.

09/06/2026: Just back from a fabulous overnight stay in The Fitzwilliam hotel. Fantastic location right beside the Luas. Shauna in reception was exceptional and went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming… as was all staff throughout our stay. Food and drinks were just fabulous and rooms were stunning. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back soon.

28/09/2026: Nice and affordable takeaway. The food is great and the prices are reasonable, so I’m happy with the food overall. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff don’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Sometimes you say hello and don’t even get a response, and they seem very quiet and not interested in communicating with customers. Also, basic things like tissues/napkins should be provided without having to ask. One night I ordered delivery and there were no tissues or even a fork included. Good food and good prices, but friendlier customer service and more attention to small details would make the experience much better.

23/09/2026: Jessica is such a great bartender! She’s always quick, attentive, and super friendly. I really enjoy coming to the bar when she’s working, she always makes the experience better. Definitely one of my favorite bartenders!

10/08/2026: We visited the restaurant today and ordered fish&chips and a steak sandwich. I have to say that both dishes were absolutely delicious! However, in my opinion, the steak in the sandwich could have been sliced ​​into strips,that would have made it easier to cut and eat, though that is just my personal preference. Staff is nice and polite.

24/09/2026: It's an amazing place, fantastic, and very reasonably priced. You choose the ingredients, they charge you by weight, and then they prepare it for you. The best part is that you mostly see Asian people there, which is a good indication that it's authentic cuisine. I loved it.
