The best restaurants in Dublin

06/06/2025: The matcha is bad, barely whisked. Also, they are saying the matcha is 'ceremonial grade' which doesn't mean anything. This type of classification doesn't exist in Japan, it's just a marketing tactic. Also, they say their matcha has 'umami'. Umami is used to describe a savoury type of flavour ( meat, fish, broths etc), so it makes no sense to use it for matcha. I understand this shop as well as others are trying to use the Japan craze to their advantage, but you should at least do some research first. The coffee I tried another time was good. All of the inside seats are uncomfortable ( no backs and the height of the tables is awkward). This place is convenient since usually they stay open until later, but, besides that, it doesn't have much to offer.

23/05/2025: Hidden Gem in heart of dublin in Rotunda small canteen style eatry food is really authentic middle Eastern i had lamb hanith Generous portion with sides including mineral water n banana as dessert all this for 13.00 can't go wrong . I will travel back from Tipperary next week or so .

20/05/2025: Great little spot for breakfast or a sandy and a coffee. Great service, clean place. I had the pulled pork bap. Very good. Coffee is done well too.

19/05/2025: Great food, terrific location, super prices, and engaging and interactive staff. We all had something different, and we did a take-away across the street to Christ Church to spread out and eat. The staff were a lot of fun, teasing a little when I teased back, and smiling. A terrific place!

22/04/2025: We had an amazing experience at Mr. Perri! Their traditional Irish fish and chips were absolutely delicious — crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. But that’s not all — the pizza was surprisingly excellent, with a perfect crust and tasty toppings. The chicken was juicy and full of taste, and we also tried a box of mixed fish bites with chips that was super fresh and satisfying. Everything was prepared with care and served with a smile. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and variety in one spot!

10/05/2025: Nice spot, food was expensive for the portion size, but food was delish, Cant blame places for charging high price's, when our government is crippling the industry with their high taxes . But alas, great buzz, service was great and you have lots of afterdrinks options close by

28/04/2025: We had a wonderful lunch. We started with the pork tacos, which were delicious; then we moved on to the pork ribs, which were magnificent. The octopus was divine, the focaccia was a real dream and, to finish, the cheesecake and the DB tart left us speechless. All of this was complemented by the excellent service and professionalism of Martine and Lucas. I highly recommend them!

Mientras aceptan tarjeta, creo que se prefiere el dinero en efectivo. Bonitas vistas si puedes conseguir un asiento en la ventana. Buena selección de vinos!

07/06/2025: A very charming restaurant at first glance, making us think that the high prices on the menu would be justified by quality service and well-prepared, generous dishes. What a disappointment it was to wait an hour and a half before receiving our first course! Fortunately, the manager was quite the professional — thanks to her complete lack of a smile and her unpleasant remarks, she offered us a discount, some water, and a Coke! If you have time to waste and money to throw away, look no further — this is the place for you

Half of the time the pizza arrives barely warm , soggy , their drivers constantly forget a drink (somehow) , and they never read the order notes. Same franchise but completely different standards ..

01/05/2025: I don't usually book tours when I travel but my sister clearly knows better than me and signed us up for this tour. We had such a good time wandering around with our guides, the acting was amazing, every joke landed and overall a great time was had by all. Highly recommend and will definitely go again if I end up back in Dublin.
