28/08/2026: Absoulute horrible waited 45 min and messed up order

31/07/2026: OVERCHARGED !! Ignores advertised collection deals— please check your receipt. I went to collect a medium pizza while an active €14 collection promotion was advertised. Instead of applying the deal, I was charged the full menu price of €19.99 for the pizza, bringing my total to €23.24 with a bottle of Coke. Overcharging customers full price during an active promotion is deceptive and sloppy. Fix your till settings or train your staff to apply advertised deals automatically at checkout.

19/09/2026: A lovely place to stop and relax in Ballsbridge. I enjoyed a latte, an Americano and a delicious almond cake. Everything was fresh and tasty, making it a perfect little spot for a relaxing coffee break.

04/09/2026: It’s just crazy. 9 euros for a very small bretzel with one sheet of salad and a small sheet of farmed salmon. People must be very rich around to accept such prices. When I visit other countries I am just shocked about the prices here.

30/07/2026: Hotel is a little way out of centre of Dublin in the business district. We had booked for 2 nights while visiting the city. It was great value compared to central hotels. A quieter area that felt safe but with great places to eat in a very short walk away. Taxis were also very cheap to the hotel when we used them, only about €15 from the centre. We used the hop on hop off sight seeing bus to get around. The walk to the St Stephen’s stop was about 15 mins. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. For what it is, a chain business hotel, we highly recommend staying here

29/06/2026: The price gauging on food and drink is ridiculous €9 50 for bottle of Bulmers, €8 for pint of lager. €23 for bland tagliatelle pasta, €4.50 for a coke. I know its going on everywhere but this is a hotel chain and its not this expensive around the country. I great looking bar with about 15 tvs spread around but a dublin match on TV and can't put on commentary is a bit disappointing, would help to create an atmosphere. Bar didn't open til 3 and no residents bar at all. Rooms clean and tidy, very good shower, bed comfortable. €200 for a Sunday night just a little excessive. Buffet breakfast was nice, good selection, rashers overdone, OJ wasn't great.

20/08/2026: Today, after exploring Central Park, I went inside. The moment I saw it, I felt drawn to stay: an inviting space, perfect for sitting and reflecting while enjoying a quiet coffee. The best part, without a doubt, was the service. The staff was so warm and genuine that I felt truly welcome… so much so that I ended up writing an article for my newsletter.

23/09/2026: Toscana Dun Laoghaire is exactly the place you want to come back to again and again! If you are looking for real, delicious Italian cuisine at a really high level, be sure to visit. Everything we ordered was prepared incredibly tasty, with a sense of authentic Italian traditions and attention to detail. I was very pleased with the atmosphere itself, warm, cozy and hospitable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they greet you like family, serve you quickly and sincerely. This restaurant in Dun Laoghaire is for everyone who loves quality food and good service! My recommendation 👌

20/09/2026: I had a really lovely experience at Toscana. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. The location is also beautiful, especially with the views over Dublin Bay. It’s a great place to enjoy good Italian food in Dún Laoghaire. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

05/09/2026: What a wonderful meal, experience, people, and place! I am vegan, and have very high expectations for taste, texture, and integrity to the planrts that are prepared. The food was scrumptious, full of flavor and balance! The service was impeccable! The atmosphere is fine, but very inviting. The dining room loos over the garden and fountain or The Merrion hotel courtyard. I highly recommend this place for vegans (and most likely no vegans)!

21/07/2026: I am honestly surprised this is not a Michelin star rated restaurant. It was far better than some I have been to! The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Timothy and Wael, you truly made our evening remarkable and memorable. I highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed! It was a perfect welcome to Dublin!

20/09/2026: (edited after a few more visits): This has become one of my favorite pizzas in all of Dublin. The recent redesign and expansion makes it a place worthwhile sitting in, but the pizzas are equally good if you grab a takeaway. 16-17 euro for pizza is not the cheapest but the quality makes it worthwhile. Flavors are authentic, the dough is excellent, and overall the service makes it a proper dining experience.

22/08/2026: I had an unexpectedly great first visit here! I just happened to be in the area and needed a café while waiting to collect someone. The coffee was great and the slice of cake I had was delicious, the old leather chair was super comfy, the service was good, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended! If I lived in the area, I’d go regularly

15/09/2026: We had a lovely evening at Lao Chinese & Korean BBQ Restaurant for a birthday dinner. We reserved a private room, which was perfect for our group and made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was really good, the atmosphere was great, and having karaoke included made the evening even more fun. We really enjoyed being able to have dinner, celebrate and enjoy karaoke all in the same private room. The price was also very reasonable for everything that was included. Overall, we had a great time and were very happy with the experience. Definitely a great place for a fun birthday dinner with friends and family! 🎤🥢🎂

14/09/2026: I got severe food poisoning after eating at this place and ended up in the hospital. Ever since that day, my stomach has been ruined and I still can't eat normally or enjoy my food. If you don't want to get sick and ruin your stomach, stay away from this place.

02/10/2026: I visited the Wellington recently for a work party and was blown away by the experience. There was a lively vibe yet it felt very relaxed and inviting! Rui looked after us all so well, he gave us so much of his time and recommended some amazing cocktails!
