19/02/2026: Great atmosphere. Could watch the match but not too loud for people who did not want to watch it

08/02/2026: Fab Sunday lunch in The Coach House Pub in Ballinteer (5 min. drive from Dundrum shopping centre). They have a new menu with lots of gluten free options, including a carvery on a Sunday. No gluten free chips but the mash and roast potatoes were hot and delicious, as was the roast beef and veg. I had Eaton mess (meringue, cream, ice-cream and berries) for dessert. Very tasty. I wanted to give them a shout-out because it was such a positive experience. Everyone in my family was happy with their food as well. P.S. No photo because I ate it too quickly 😉

02/12/2025: I’ve been going to Al Vesuvio for years, and it used to be one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Dublin (I’m Italian). Unfortunately, the quality has consistently declined recently, and my most recent visit was very disappointing. The pasta arrived lukewarm, the tiramisù was mostly cream, the cappuccino wasn’t good, and the portions felt very small for the price. It’s a real pity, because the venue and atmosphere are genuinely lovely. But after this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

11/02/2026: We stayed in the Sandymount hotel on the 7th February it is a lovely hotel and not too far away from the RDS , gorgeous inside and really convenient for our stay . Luca the bar man was welcoming and took the time to chat to us , he made me a beautiful custom Cocktail and it tasted just as beautiful as it looked. You can tell that Luca really enjoys what he does . Luca if you are reading this make sure you put that sunset cocktail on the summer menu. ☺️

22/02/2026: We are very much Quando regulars! Such great pizzas and everyone is so friendly. We always get a pizza, sometimes add the wedges and ribs. It is all so delicious

14/12/2025: Went here for a xmas party and it was honestly really good. Has a good vibe to the place which is nice, all the staff super friendly. We were up the top near a fire and it was amazing felt like we were at home. Decor great. The guy who was singing was really good. The food was okay, I ordered tenders and I just felt they were a bit over done but my colleagues all loved what they got. The chips were amazing and tasty. I would definitely go back.

12/12/2025: Hands down the best Indian food I have ever tried, and probably the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Dublin, the staff are super friendly, lovely and helpful, although the place is small, the atmosphere is fabulous and it feels very warm and cozy, the food was absolutely amazing and outstanding, I have not one bad thing to say about it, it was so good, we ended up making another reservation before leaving the restaurant.

02/12/2025: Working out in leisure centres the past few years falling in and out of the gym and gaining weight were my workouts were pretty dead...decided to join colosseum gym and has giving me a new perspective and generally a great boost in life... Reminds me of the old underground gyms back in the day were the real workouts are done.. Really loving this gym ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

23/11/2025: Stayed here again last week after a great stay last Christmas. Unfortunately, the service and food in this hotel has taken a nose dive in the last 12 months. Bar was packed when we arrived and there was no bar staff working for at least 10 minutes to serve anyone. I’ve never seen this before. The dinner inclusive menu has really been stripped back to basics. The food last year was gorgeous with plenty of choice. However this time round there was a choice of about 4 mains of which one was steak with a €12 supplement. I had fish and chips both times and the difference in quality was stark. No comparison between the two dishes. Breakfast the following day was a joke. It was like Dublin airport with eveyone coming and going. There was a queue of about 10 people waiting for one toaster where everyone had to toast their slice 3 or 4 times to actually get it to toast. Needless to say your hot breakfast is cold then by the time you sit down. We mentioned it to staff but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I know this hotel is part of a huge chain and definitely lacks that touch where your custom is valued. Will not be back.
