The best restaurants in Dublin

15/03/2026: I visited this bar because it was recommended by an Irish friend. At first it looked like a nice place, but unfortunately the experience became disappointing. I ordered an Aperol Spritz for €13 and the glass was entirely filled with ice. Paying that price for what is mostly ice is already questionable. My second drink was made by a Brazilian bartender. I politely asked if he could use less ice and he made a very good Aperol Spritz. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, the third drink was made by the first bartender and it was terrible. It barely tasted like an Aperol Spritz and was basically sparkling water. When things became quieter, I politely asked if she could remake the drink because it clearly wasn’t right. She refused and said those were their measurements. She even said I didn’t have to pay for it, but that is not really the point. I would have preferred a properly made drink. An Aperol Spritz is one of the simplest cocktails to make and the classic recipe is well known: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol and one part soda water. What disappointed me most was the attitude. In a bar, especially one that presents itself as welcoming and social, friendliness and customer care should be part of the job. Fixing a bad drink should not be a problem. For my first time in Dublin this was unfortunately not a good experience and I would not recommend this bar. It is not about the price, it is about the quality and the service you receive. Ps: The Brazilian bartender who made my second drink was excellent and deserves recognition.

08/03/2026: I visited here last Saturday to be refused entry from the bouncer because there was a ‘private party’, I mean.. the whole place was booked out for a private party? Go on with yourself 😅 I must not look like a stereotypical lesbian (this appears to be a recurring theme judging from the other reviews!). I won’t come here again. Anyway, I was here before and it’s only ok.

19/03/2026: Went in for some brunch on a reccomendation, unfortunatley it wasn't to be. Was left waiting over 45 minutes for our order, coffee and drinks ordered to be had with our brunch were well gone by then. After gently reminding the staff we still exisit after 35 minutes we had finally got our brunch, happy days right? WRONG they had forgot our eggs and our toast was "on the way" as a part of the fry?. The food was nice and you could tell the ingerdients were high quality in fairness. We got the eggs for free but probably won't be back. lets just say we didn't have an eggselent time.

14/11/2025: A very pleasant place with a subtle and relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious; I don't recommend the ramen as it was too dry for my taste. The rest of the dishes were very tasty, and the sake was excellent. The staff was very attentive.

21/12/2025: So I came here for my wedding anniversary, thought I should try some new restaurants, my expectations were quite low given I come from Mumbai and I like spicy food and how food is catered towards Irish population it tends to be sweet. But to my surprise it exceeded my expectations, taste is super good. I don’t drop reviews like this unless it really taste good. I also got to taste a dish which not on menu and it also taste amazing. Also staff is very polite and understanding. I ordered a dish where it tasted sweet and I asked them to switch it to other dish which as spicy up to Indian standards provided I had asked before order to be spicy. To sum up things, I would highly recommend to come here and try once’s, while ordering and if you want ask the staff to suggest you spicy dish Note I had ordered Non-veg dish. P.S. I had came second time and this time I had ordered veg thali and it was also amazing with jeera rice and I would recommend jeera rice.

08/01/2026: The beef broth was delicious so were the tacos. A good selection of healthy food. Excellent location with plenty of parking nearby.

04/04/2026: Had a lovely family meal in Milano's Liffey Valley tonight. Served by Kerrie, who made us feel welcome and recommended our food which was lovely and what each person wanted. Kerrie advised on portions and starters which exceeded expectations. We will 💯 be back to Milano's liffey valley and highly recommend this restaurant.

05/04/2026: The food and the service were both outstanding. What a nice experience. Even our kids really dug in. A very child-friendly atmosphere.

05/04/2026: What is there not to like. Chicken is great, you can enhance the taste with plenty of sauces if you wish. They also do unlimited drinks cup. The tables and toilet were clean.

19/10/2025: I had the opportunity to try the Charlemont Bar during my stay at the Hilton Hotel for an official YouTube and Google event. The breakfast was quite varied and of good quality, and I especially appreciated the cappuccino, which was really well-made! The desserts were also quite good. Finally, I'd like to point out that I found the breakfast quality to be above average for 4-star hotels!
