The best restaurants in Dublin

04/08/2025: Cleaver East has been my friend groups go to place for all of our birthdays for the past 7 years. The bottomless brunch is incredible, quick service, great cocktails and great food. Decestated that it's closing due to the hotel renovations but hopefully it opens back up and we can continue to go forever more!

03/08/2025: Our favourite restaurant in Dublin. So sad to it close. We eat again here on Sunday 3 august closing nite and had another amazing meal. Good luck to all your wonderful staff ,, it’s been a lovely 12 years of dining here. From max & Harry

17/12/2025: Very old school and a historic hotel with a lot of character. The room was bijou but well furnished with a modern bathroom. I loved the decor and the breakfast menu was very good and the food was excellent. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was surprisingly reasonably priced really can't complain and the bar prices were very reasonable for a city centre hotel. I'll be back

03/11/2025: I was at this pub last night came in found a table with some seats all my mates pulled in the chairs.we were dressed appropriately we are all 18 with Halloween face paintings. Who I assume to be the manager came over angry and told us to leave so most of us left some asked why we were kicked out but got no reply. Reaon in giving 2 stars is because one of the bar tenders

04/12/2025: One year after my last review positive to this restaurant or whatever or is. I’m worth as much as a a king praw Diablo. I’m happy with some king prawns. However the pizza has green pesto. I can’t really eat it.

15/11/2025: We unfortunately had a terrible experience with a delivery order here. The staff are rude and outright disrespectful. The abuse my partner received over the phone was actually hard to believe. I was so upset by the lady who was on the phone to him that I went in to make a complaint. I was told they would help us resolve the situation which they did not. I followed up with an email, and again no response. We used to go here but now go to North Wood Fire Pizza in Sandyford which is absolutely unreal with t a guarantee of a pleasant experience!

19/12/2025: A classic Irish pub in the heart of Dublin. We ordered a round of Guinness and fish and chips.

23/10/2025: I always enjoy coming into this bar. It's small and you never feel overcrowded. I watched a mtch once and it was great for it. A pull down projector and the sound was on.

12/10/2025: Nice pub but couldn't believe they added 50c to the price of a pint because of the match. 7.80 pint of Coors. Disgraceful. Pure greed. Won't get our business again .

15/10/2025: Really nice pub! The service is great and people are nice. Slightly expensive tho for a gin and tonic > 9€. The atmosphere was great and not too loud, just perfect!

04/12/2025: We had our Christmas party here on the 29th of November and I couldn't fault the experience. The staff were attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was brilliant. I would highly recommend the bar area for a staff party. Thanks again and we will be back!

18/10/2025: I like the strawberry and chocolate ice cream because it isn't too sweet or artificial. The ice cream at Bel Gelato is better than the majority of the gelaterias in Italy.

23/09/2025: Bel Gelato in Dalkey is, without a doubt, the best ice cream in Ireland — truly Italian-style and full of authentic flavor. My personal favorites are the pistachio, which is rich and nutty, and the salted caramel, which instantly reminds me of the *dulce de leche* I grew up loving in Uruguay. The service is always warm and welcoming, whether from the friendly staff or the owner himself, and the place is usually busy — a clear sign of its excellent quality. One of the best parts is making the cycle from Dublin down to Dalkey along the dedicated bike lanes and rewarding yourself at the end with an amazing gelato. It’s the perfect combination of exercise, scenery, and indulgence. Highly recommended!

04/12/2025: Probably the best croissant i’ve ever had in Dublin, the manager is super nice leading a great friendly team with her, they use cloud picker coffee which is definitely nicer than 3fe, me and my dog’s favourite spot in Phibsboro ❤️🖤❤️

01/12/2025: Hi called in on Sunday possibly the busiest day.. service quick enough but coffee was only luke warm and one of the pastries was a tad stale. The most off-putting thing was the Guy sitting on the prep area chatting with the lad making the coffee.. was looking forward to visiting but won't be back
