18/03/2025: A friend and I popped in here for several pints having completed the Aware Harbour to Harbour walk on St Patrick's Day. A lively atmosphere and charming bar staff. Just be warned - they don't serve food here any longer. But the Guinness is great!

15/04/2025: All are treated with respect in this Pub. I have lunch regularly with a elderly person and the staff are very attentive to him. Thanks so much. The portions are suitable for elderly people( half plate) and the normal( full plate) eater as well.

31/03/2025: We were out for a meal today on Mothers Day and came in for the carvery. We often visit the Mill House and have never had such a rude experience before. After having our meal and were having a couple of drinks after, we were told that the table was needed for customers arriving after us and we had no issue with this. As soon as we were told, the bill was brought to our table unrequested and slammed down on the table as a very obvious gesture to encourage us to leave. We were not told about any time limits or reservations, we had not stayed an inordinate amount of time, we spent over €100 on food and drinks. It’s was extremely rude and was very clearly a money grab ‘pay up and get out’. We could have moved to another table or been offered some other substitution if someone needed our table. Highly disappointing behaviour for fairly regular customers. Honestly have been discouraged from ever coming back again.

28/03/2025: Stayed here for valentines with my girlfriend, room was nice but bath had no hot water and Netflix didn’t work on the TV even when advertised it did, spa was utterly terrible. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were all tiny which meant you were shoulder to shoulder with other people and right next to the pool with screaming children so impossible to relax. Isn’t really a relaxing spa more like a community spa. Food was amazing in earth and vine restaurant but service was terrible, staff are all very amateur and ignore you by purposely looking away when you’re trying to catch their attention. Took us 25 minutes to order before waiting another 15 minutes for a drinks menu to arrive. Will definitely not be back as there is much nicer hotels with real spa facilities such as the Johnstown estate which we have stayed at before and will definitely be returning to.

25/03/2025: Beautiful area and very nice hotel. Staff were very accommodating and the room was incredible. As an unexpected bonus, the Irish National soccer team was staying there, so it was fun to see all the young kids getting autographs and photos with the players.

06/04/2025: Chicken satay and wings were both delicious starters! The green curry chicken was amazing — highly recommended. Pad Thai beef was just okay.

03/04/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for five years because I really enjoy Thai cuisine. However, the quality has been declining over time. My biggest issue is with the egg fried rice. I understand that they might keep the rice ready, but the egg should always be freshly cooked and mixed in. Every time I order, I get rice that has clearly been reheated multiple times, making it dry and crumbly. Unfortunately, it's become almost inedible. I really hope they improve this because I used to love this place.

27/03/2025: The chipper is really popular and the dine in area is often packed especially on weekends, so I end up taking away. The take away is pretty smooth and I don’t have to wait for so long even when there are queues.

22/04/2025: We visited Perios Grill with a group of friends and had a fantastic experience. We ordered the Double Shish, Chelo Kebab, Sultani Kebab, Queen Kebab, and a portion of wings, along with Ayran and Coke. First of all, all dishes were served with rice, which is a smart and traditional choice for a kebab restaurant. They also served freshly baked bread (nan), made in-house in a tanour oven—adding an authentic and delicious touch. Portion sizes were generous and satisfying. I must say, the Chelo Kebab (Koobideh/minced kebab) was one of the best you can find in Dublin and surrounding areas—grilled over coals to perfection, rich in flavor, and juicy. The wings were also well-seasoned and tasty. A lovely surprise: they offered complimentary brewed tea—not teabags, which I really dislike, but proper loose-leaf brewed tea. It was excellent. We paired it with baklava and handmade Dubai Chocolate (not the original brand, but still incredibly good). We spent around €33 per person, which was reasonable considering the quality, portion sizes, and overall experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable. I truly respect the way they treated their guests. A heartfelt thank you to the team for such a welcoming experience.

21/04/2025: How can you keep the restaurant closed at 3 pm. That’s my time for lunch I am paying you so u need to be more accommodating and keep ur shop open at my convenience. Else u don’t get my money and a good rating It’s a feedback u need to work on !

07/03/2025: Bless them they are so patient , because I wanted something like the Blank Street white chocolate matcha and they don’t have white chocolate matcha on the menu but they did it for me. The girl on the phone that was working on Friday 7 March is an absolute sweetheart. I love these guys , thank you so much for your patientce and making me happy! I love while chocolate matcha so much. Update: Honestly this is the best service I’ve received from a restaurant EVER. I was craving white chocolate iced matcha from Blank Street and asked them to make a custom drink for me and now they PUT IT ON THE MENU 😍😍😍 I’m the happiest girl ever , you guys need to try it it’s so good!!!!

07/03/2025: I’ve been trying for a long time to find decent vegan Indian food. Delighted to find a place so close to me. Really friendly and knowledgable about vegan food. Were able to customise a couple of things on the menu not specifically labelled as vegan. My wife is not vegan and thought it was delicious. Highlight was the vada pav. Wish I had bought two! Reasonably priced also.
