11/05/2025: Music is way too loud.. no consideration for the customers or the staff upstairs in zaytoon. Completely ruins the ambience especially for families with babies and children who are just looking to have a quiet meal upstairs, quite disruptive and off putting for zaytoon trying to do business..
22/03/2025: Great bar. But what makes this place is the staff. They go above and beyond for you and really make you feel welcome.

04/06/2025: I came in to order 16 cupcakes for my dad’s retirement party. They were absolutely delicious and a huge hit! Very easy walking distance from the heart of the city.
10/05/2025: Got an ube cake for my sister's birthday the actual cake tasted fine but a bit eggy, and the buttercream tasted salty? for some reason. Maybe this was a once off thing because i've heard good things about their ube cake but this one was not it. Will try again

06/04/2025: This is a very small café that sells pastries and baked goods. The place looks really cute, but there isn’t enough seating. The atmosphere is lovely. I had high hopes for the pastries and tried the pain au chocolat and croissants—the chocolate they used was quite dark, which isn’t really to my taste.

17/03/2025: First time to eat here and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We shared Kathmandu veg & a sizzling meat platter (my fav was sizzling prawn) to start. My friends had the Kathmandu special mixed Sizzler, delish, highly recommend👌. Others had the Himalayan chicken curry, which looks green but is really tasty.😋 I had the prawn tikka masala and we shared pilau Rice, a peshwari naan & garlic and coriander naan. The wine was decent and all for €50 per person! Very good value for how delish the food was!

12/12/2024: I prefer the coffee beans from Cool Hand.
The milk is sometimes heated too hot and other times it’s too cold. I feel Insomnia is more consistent at my preferred 65 degrees.
The music is often too loud. I prefer the volume of the music at Lean Bean.
Finally, the owner, I think his name is Simon, is very enthusiastic and tells me to have an AMAZING day. I prefer a quiet Barista.
04/12/2024: The coffee is really excellent but it’s the staff that make this place. Friendly and warm but in a genuine way.

03/05/2025: The ice creams were amazing; especially the pistachio. It was made of real pistachio and the flavour was prevalent. The consistency was also gelato was similar. The food had a small presence of food colouring but nothing noticeable. It is however a bit inauthentic to add colouring in gelato.
The service was good, very informative. Friendly staff.
The atmosphere was nice, a small range of gelatos but the quality of the ice cream makes up for it. The small cafe gave off cool Italian vibes. The baked goods looked appetizing too.
Overall a 4/5 or a 8/10, taking the food, service and ambience into account.
23/03/2025: A treat...a small but well-stocked place for a good breakfast or a quick lunch. Italian products and a good espresso coffee that I hadn't tasted for days

02/05/2025: As a regular in The Foxhunter Lucan I just have to say the success of this place is all about the staff. I have to give special mention to barman Ash. He manages to be warm, friendly and professional every time. He's a breath of fresh air along with all of the bar staff who genuinely make you feel at home.
