14/11/2024: The pizzas were lovely the place is great the staff were very friendly and so well trained .I was back there again this week.

02/11/2024: Kebab was very juicy and testy. Chilli Chips 🍟 has lots of flavour and jalapeño as well. Definitely recommend

21/10/2024: I had a very good experience with Diamond Pizza. I just loved their dishes. It's really very good. The staffs working there, are so nice and professional.

23/10/2024: This is the new best Brunch spot around, amazing menu, lovely staff, top drawer stuff, contemporary yet familiar, they're really doing something right here!, can't wait to go back and try more dishes..... lovely staff and a comfortable welcoming enviroment...... so glad is back open again, was worth the wait while they updated everything. 11/11/2024: We attended as a big family party in fairness it was quiet busy but the food wasn't great at all . The fish wasn't boned or filleted it was very tough undercooked the chicken was very dry another meal was burned another meal was smothered in sauce burger was dry and burned one of the starters was not what it was supposed to be.pizzas were soggy . so I suggest the chef is not Italian also alot of mint sauce on everything has the restraunt changed hands as the food has slipped bigtime since last time i was here when asked was the food ok and replied no they just walked off not great service alot of money spent although the staff were polite she could tell by the amount of food that wasn't eaten we wernt happy we left dissapointed and wouldn't be going back again in a hurry.

12/09/2024: I came here early this morning and honestly the service from the male barista is so refreshing to see and hear. He is full of positivity and has amazing interaction with the customers. I work in a retail company that’s has cafes and If I could employee him immediately I would. The fresh pastries looked so appetising and there was so much choice. Before I came in I walked to Starbucks beside it and turned back when I saw how many people were in the coffee shot in comparison to Starbucks I knew it had to be good.

26/07/2024: Coffee shot always has great coffee or specials of the day or week. Food is like what you would gran ane go at the airport, microwaved and pre cooked. They could much improve on the food options, sausage roll at 5 euro a litte pricey for kids

10/11/2024: I had the strangest experience- I found a steel ring in my starter of mussels. When I advised the waitress she spoke to the kitchen and came back to say “we don’t know how it got there”. No apology, no explanation but a heavy implication that it had nothing to do with them. It clearly was the ring off the bag of mussels. The situation was poorly handled by the kitchen and management. I ate my mains feeling completely gaslit, almost like I went into the kitchen and put it in there. When I was leaving I spoke to the manager whose first words to me were “so?”. I told the waitress I wouldn’t be paying for the dish and as far as the manager was concerned because it wasn’t charged for there wasn’t a problem. He eventually apologised and said he would talk to the kitchen team. I really feel this whole thing was handled so badly, practically laying the blame with me that this happened. Minestrone soup was bland, the liquid in the mussels starter was the same as the soup. My seafood pasta was nice but chicken didn’t get the thumbs up. Side of veg with the chicken was small and bland. Our salad also didn’t come out which the waitress wasn’t aware of, just a catalogue of poor service errors at our table from the kitchen. Food definitely overpriced but the experience really stuck with me. Be accountable and respectful to your customers when you make such a mistake.

19/11/2024: As vegetarians we're unused to being SPOILT for choice. Nor are we used to getting fresh ideas for dishes. Love the kind of food that makes you feel nourished, not stuffed & sickish. Definitely want to come back.

13/11/2024: Food was a bit tiny (octopus) and overcooked. Service wasn't amazing. Not too cheap for what we got.

29/10/2024: Mexican with good quality price with large portions. The burritos have a lot of flavor and are quite a good size. They have several offers and the truth is that for Dublin the price is great. They also have several vegetarian options and the service is quite fast because it is fast food but with everything homemade. There are also several hot sauces on the tables that you can use to your liking. Without a doubt if I return I would repeat it.

21/10/2024: Was sadly underwhelmed. Was glad to see a vegan option, however found the food quite salty. The “guacamole” was very different than the creamy style I was used to (see photos). It was mostly just tomato and onion

21/09/2024: Lovely location/idea but the food was awful. My fish was cold and half cooked and I ended up getting sick from it. My gf food was also tasting off. Such a shame...someone could make this an amazing place for food...owners don't seem to be interested in the restaurant, it's just a bar to them. Chef was out the back eating food with his hands and the kitchen seems unprofessional.

23/02/2024: Excellent spot for a coffee and some brunch. The coffee is beautiful (even the decaf, which is a huge plus!) and the food is really great. Would definitely efinitely recommend!

25/10/2024: Just left the restaurant now. The food was good but the service is so slow. The drinks menu is terrible. Could not order a decent glass of white wine, had to buy a bottle.

06/11/2024: As you can see in the review below, a very strange situation really happened today. My boyfriend and I asked to sit at a larger table, the restaurant wasn't even half full and the waiter said we couldn't because it was a table for 4, and we replied that it would be fine. Soon after, the couple who entered after us asked the same waiter for the same table and he sat them down. There was no apology, no explanation about the misunderstanding, absolutely nothing. My boyfriend wrote a review and you guys are simply trying to take the blame away from you and just blame the sushi and they gave a non-resolutive response and even asked us to delete the comment... As previously said, the food was excellent, and the problem was the attitude from the waiter who serves any menu within your establishments. If the previous review had been responded to accordingly, they wouldn't be getting this second bad review. I hope they know how to respond better this time, since they came together to work at the same establishment FABI’s GRILL they should also come together to solve problems like this, instead of blaming each other.

05/11/2024: Something very strange happened the last time we went to the restaurant. I don't go very often but I always really enjoyed it when I went. Today we had 30 minutes, I asked the attendant if it would be possible for me to get the sushi combo of the day, he didn't know how to answer and asked another attendant, who said there would be no problem. I placed my order, and it really arrived quickly, and it was delicious as always, which is why I rated the food 5 stars. Maybe… I asked the same guy if my boyfriend and I could sit at the bigger table, he said no, that there was a table for 4 people. I respond: no problem. And then the couple who arrived shortly after us asked the same question to the same attendant: can we sit in this one? And he indicated to the table that I would also like to sit. And then the attendant went and sat them down. And to top it off, he looked at us as they sat them down. He didn't come to explain the situation or apologize for the misunderstanding. I swear, if we hadn't paid it forward, we would have left. Until now we still don't understand the waiter's attitude.

20/10/2024: Super place and superb food, the owners are fantastic people and they have demonstrated very high standards in Avant. I have been here a number of times and everything in the menu is top quality and all members of staff are friendly and professional.The meals to take home are also excellent. This is one of the best places to eat certainly in Terenure and one of my favourites in Dublin.

31/08/2024: I have never written a goggle review before but felt I had to! What a super little spot. Small but perfect. The staff were so nice and very attentive. We actually just ordered lots of starters and had a tapas style dinner as we couldn’t choose, the menu was so good. Washed down with a lovely bottle of wine. We will definitely be back.
