17/04/2025: Mediocre and overpriced food. Last visit was yesterday to get a Veggie Imposter burger and garlic and cheese fries for my wife (I’ve stopped getting food for myself here long time ago). After paying 22€ for a vegetarian burger and fries I took the order home. My wife opened the box with the burger and cut into it and noticed the burger looked unusual in comparison to previous burgers she had. She said it looked like meat and asked me to taste it and since I’ve had burgers from Eddie Rocket’s I agreed that it tasted like meat. I went back to the restaurant to ask them if they can fix the misunderstanding and said this is not the vegetarian imposter burger but the staff replied it is the vegetarian imposter burger. There was no chance in hell I would have argued over a burger but that was a meat burger 100% and I know it because in the past I would get one veggie imposter burger and garlic and cheese fries for my wife and the classic signature burger with fries for myself and I always knew to recognise the veggie burger and this was just not it….neither of us will set foot in this place or any other Eddie Rocket’s ever again.

23/03/2025: An old school caff. Don't expect avocado toast here. Rather it's good simple fare done very well. A real local social hub too. Lovely staff too. A neighbourhood gem

12/03/2025: I feel that the large breakfast price should include coffee. If you get a coffee instead of tea you will be charged an extra €3:50. Even though the cost difference between tea and coffee is only I think 70cent

01/03/2025: Get out of city centre away from the drunk tourists and enjoy a traditional neighborhood pub. Easy access by bus or train. Easy walk if you had too many to the Maldron Hotel. The Guinness stew was incredible, best I ever had. Came back 3 nights during our week stay. Don't be in a hurry and enjoy conversation with the locals. The owner came to our table and provided recommendations of things to do while we visited our daughter at Northeastern University on UCD campus.

14/01/2025: Went here for dinner with 2 friends. Service was prompt and polite. Food was tasty. The woman who served us was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

08/04/2025: One of the nicest iced lattes I’ve had in a while! I always drive past and finally stopped in for one over the weekend and I was so impressed! I wish I had started going sooner, and I’ll definitely be back for a coffee and overnight oats again soon

27/03/2025: The burger was delicious! But the rest was for nothing... scratch the cat! But I still think we will visit this delicacy again. Deliver my rule instead of lafern. I had a little alarm in my gut after the looting

17/02/2025: We quite liked the food. We had never tried a Malaysian before, perhaps some approach to this type of cuisine, but nothing serious. I went with my parents, my husband and our son and we let ourselves be advised by the person in charge who guided us in tastes, quantity and spiciness. We went on Spanish time and they helped us even though it was late. Very friendly. I recommend trying it.

13/02/2025: Good coffee and a nice atmosphere. The carrot cake I had was only so-so. So from my experience I would say a nice place to meet up for a coffee but I don't know if I could recommend it for deserts.

09/04/2025: Loved the concept of the ice cream cookie that you could fill with soft ice cream, but the food was completely mediocre... Ate the vegan stirfry. Cool venue! But a very strange mix of music that also contributed to not giving this restaurant a top score.

09/04/2025: A very good spot with variety of Asian dishes to choose from. (Vegan and vegetarian dishes are also available) Usually a busy location however we visited during off hours (8:30pm) and were seated immediately. The icecream cone treat is a great addition to the Neon concept. I recommend checking them out!
