25/05/2025: Good food and nice ambience. They should increase vegetarian offerings a little more. I really liked their milk thai tea. Nice location near to temple bar and helpful staff. They also have a Ganesha idol at the counter.

09/05/2025: Classic style bar with a modern touch, located on South Great George's Street. It offers an extensive menu of Irish whiskeys, rums and cocktails. The white Martini costs €6.50, and the pint of Guinness costs €7. However, on our visit, we ordered a specific cocktail and, despite repeating it twice, we were served a different one.

22/05/2025: A bit of a go to for me. Summer breeze, cold pints with a decent selection and on the weekends some music playing through speakers on the jetty. Bouncer is always friendly and the bar staff tops. Was at a staff meal at Christmas and the food was outstanding.

29/03/2025: Precioso menú estilo Tapas Los langostinos eran deliciosos y el chef amablemente desgranó para mí como cocina no estaba ocupado en ese momento. Se sirvieron con salsa muy deliciosa y un generoso trozo de brioche. Seguido por el calamar que era una cantidad bastante pequeña, tuve que buscarlo debajo de la cobertura que era muy sabroso sin embargo. 24/04/2025: Disfrutamos de un encantador almuerzo familiar aquí recientemente — tuve una ciabatta muy picante, mientras que mi pareja deliraba sobre el pollo supremo y mis hijos demolieron sus tortitas. La camarera no pudo haber sido más servicial e incluso traer malvaviscos extra para los chicos.

09/06/2025: Solo drinkers not welcome. I went to Slattery's on my own on a Sunday night. Ordered a very expensive pint of Guinness, found the only free table and sat down. I was then quickly approached by a waitress, and told this is a table for 4, you can't sit there, you'll have to move. I explained it was the only free seat, where else was I meant to sit? It didn't matter, she wanted to me move right away. If Slattery's was a restaurant that would be fair enough, but it's a pub. There were no condiments, or place settings at the table, only beer mats, so it wasn't set up for food. It was only when I asked for the manager that I was left alone. I've been to lots of pubs and I've never come across this. If i was being offered a different seat, at the bar for example I would've moved, but I was being asked to move with nowhere to move to. You see plenty of solo people in bars around Dublin. They might be using to pub to get out of the house, maybe to have some company or for various mental health reasons. These people aren't welcome in Slattery's, they only one large tables of tourists!
