The best restaurants in Dublin

10/10/2025: I visited Bunsen Blanchardstown on Friday evening (October 10th), and despite the place being incredibly busy with people constantly queuing, the experience was fantastic thanks to the amazing girls working on the floor. There were only three staff members managing all the tables and service, yet they went above and beyond to make sure every customer was looked after. They were constantly on the move, multitasking minute after minute, all while staying friendly, calm, and professional. The food was, as always, top quality fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. A special shoutout to the girl working Friday evening, dark hair in two braids, wearing a North Face T-shirt, she was an absolute Wonder Woman, absolutely incredible! So kind, attentive, and hardworking. She truly deserves recognition for how well she handled the chaos. But let’s be clear, the owners and upper management should be ashamed. Having only three staff on the floor and three in the kitchen for such a busy location is completely unacceptable. The fact that these workers are forced to carry the entire operation while management sits back and lets it happen is disgraceful. Bunsen has built a great name for its food and service, but that reputation doesn’t come from the owners, it comes from the incredible frontline staff who are being stretched to their limits. These girls aren’t just doing their jobs; they’re saving your brand every single shift.

09/11/2025: I got burger with fries but it took like 2.0 minutes and then my food was cold . About the fries it was not fresh at all. About the burger the bread was so soaked and the meat was so tough to chew. Omg the worst meal I’ve ever had 👎👎👎

11/01/2026: Restaurant 10/10. Wonderful, very nice service. The hotel could use a renovation. In places you sink through the floor. Fortunately there is a carpet that saves it. The room was terribly tiny, there was no wardrobe, but everything was clean.

08/01/2026: I recently photographed a wedding at The House Dublin and it was a fantastic experience. The venue has a great atmosphere, full of character and style, and works beautifully for weddings that feel relaxed but well looked after. From a photography point of view, there are lovely spaces throughout that flow naturally as the day unfolds. The staff were excellent on the day. Friendly, professional and very well organised without ever being intrusive. Everything ran smoothly which made a huge difference for the couple and for everyone working behind the scenes. Communication was clear and the team were more than happy to help when needed. I’d happily recommend The House Dublin to couples looking for a city wedding with personality and to fellow suppliers as well. A great venue with a strong, experienced team.

07/10/2025: Sorry but sandwiches are not worth the price. Crazy money to be paying over €10 for a sandwich to go and is a reflection of Dublin and wrip off prices. I must be honest and say that the sandwiches are only ok. Very good flat white I will say and staff are very sound but price for a sandwich is crazy!

02/09/2025: Located in Cabinteely village, nice family pub, well run, friendly staff and spacious. Great place to meet friends for a drink at weekends

06/01/2026: Food 10/10 I ordered buffalo wings, they were perfect not too spicy and not too sweet. The chips were really nice, soft and tasty. My partner got a spice box, was very well done and tasty aswell Service 10/10 Staff are extremely friendly, and helpful I have a load of allergies but they guided me through the menu like nothing, We will definitely be back.

21/01/2026: Where to start? The service was incredibly slow like slower than a tortoise. The food was very bland and lacked flavour for the money we are paying. Overall did not enjoy the experience of this place and I suggest not to go for it.

21/01/2026: The service was below par. We waited for 45 mins to get one dish served. No staff approached for 20 mins to take our order. The food was not worth the money paid as it lacked flavour. The dough balls quantity was very limited and no other flavouring. Pizza was very bland in taste and the base of the pizza was not that great. Overall, quality and service is very very bad and I would not advise visiting Milano.

13/10/2025: First of all, it was wonderful to be welcomed by the Italian owner! The place is located right in the city center and is very charming, structured on two levels. Breakfast is highly customizable: from sweet pastries like brioches to huge, typical local breakfasts (I took it!). The coffee is Italian, so exceptional! We'll definitely be back when we next visit Dublin!

13/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic experience at Diwali Indian Restaurant in Dublin! The food was bursting with authentic flavors — every dish was fresh, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The butter chicken and naan were outstanding, and the portions were generous. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-quality Indian cuisine in Dublin. I’ll definitely be back!

11/01/2026: Very tasty food, we even got masala chai even tho it wasn't on the menu. The restaurant is in Dublin for over 20 years for a good reason.

06/01/2026: A small restaurant but located in the Centre of Dublin.We Haven to admit That the ravioli and pizza were fantastic!!!A huge disadvantage was the poor cleanliness in the restaurant.Glueing tables,glasses and wine Glasses badly cleaned the same with cutlery.Toilet withouth toilet paper and unpleasent smell.You can see that the floor has not Been washed long time.A very nice Old man(probably the owner)and very kind and professional Young man waiter.We will Come back for great pizza and super Coffee.

08/02/2026: The female host who was seating us was not that friendly with her welcome. Waited for table which was fine and we were seated shortly after, hard to place order for drinks/food as waiter wasn't really managing his tables and when we finally got his attention, and placing our order he was also taking order from the table next to us. Service was quick once order placed, food was ok. The toilets in this establishment are absolutely VILE...the smell of urine before you even get down the stair case was stomach turning. When paying the bill, the waiter was very forward in asking for a tip, which was a little cheeky as we would always tip. Very disappointed with this experience.

23/12/2025: Rachel is the best !! Food was fab the pork in particular. We go 2-3 times a year and doesn’t disappoint!!
