The best restaurants in Dublin

31/12/2024: I've never had a dining experience like this. It feels as if you're stepping into the home of the chef. The chef does everything, he's a one man team and offers a service that nowhere else is offering. It's the best Italian food I've ever had. Particularly the goats cheese pasta and tiramisu. If you're in Dublin and looking for good Italian food or a dining experience unlike anything else, I cannot recommend this more. I personally cannot wait to go back.

31/12/2024: amazing service from Valber and the staff and 10/10 food, we will definitely come back. We had Halibut and Venison for mains, overall the 3 course meal was amazing, can't fault it ❤️

Tomamos el foie gras salteado en Dax tonite, y créeme cuando te digo que podría haber sido un entrante en cualquiera de esos dos lugares Michelin estrella. Wow! Chef Grahah Neville puede no tener ninguna estrella Michelin (todavía) ... . pero este lugar es el verdadero negocio! Nos encantó su entrada principal de lomo de cerdo asado con repollo saboyano y jus de cerdo también. Bonitos bouches de diversión, gran pan! ¡El puré de patatas nos recordó a Joel Robuchon! Bonita carta de vinos a un precio razonable también, por copa o botella. Gran servicio. Si estás en Dublín y quieres una buena comida, prueba Dax... ¡por mucho menos que las dos estrellas! ¡No te decepcionarás! Bravo!

19/12/2024: A Friday lunch outing with friends to Howth and a superb experience at Mamo. From the warm welcome from Jess to the excellent service from Ian to the superb cooking from Killian and team this was an outstanding lunch. Highly recommend a visit. Take the time to stroll around Howth to build up an appetite and then head in for a real treat. Quality cooking, excellent presentation and really good value.

24/12/2024: We had two seats at the bar which were perfect seat for a date. Amazing food and excellent service, highly recommend this venue. The standout dishes were definitely the octopus and the pear dessert!

07/01/2025: Great experience in Spitalfields. Super reasonably priced for the offering, everything fresh and delicious, served by very knowledgable front of house staff. Sitting at the bar, you can see the kitchen in action which is a nice touch. An informal but high quality offering in the city

22/12/2024: I went with my partner and friends to have a nice dinner, the menu didn’t have many options but even tho I loved it. All the staff was really nice and on top of everything making sure everything was okay. And the food was delicious, we loved it.

29/12/2024: We had a really lovely meal here and couldn't fault the food, service or atmosphere. It was a most enjoyable meal. However, we did feel the menu let it down - the starters of celeriac, trout or rabbit were all a little 'out there' and it would have been nice to see a more classic option. We chose snacks instead and thoroughly enjoyed them. No issue with the mains but again, dessert options could have been more varied - both the pumpkin pie and date pudding were very cake-like options. Something lighter would have appealed. In saying that, we enjoyed both and would return to Richmond again.

19/12/2024: We arrived for our booking and our table wasn't ready, we had to wait. On top of that, we waited 45 minutes for the starter, which was tasty but it was the size of an overgrown grape. The mains were ok, but the duck wasn't the best. The best part of the meal were the desserts. Overall, service was slow, noise too loud, price too high for what we got. Rather go to Library St or Spitafields.
