The best restaurants in Dublin

09/07/2026: Friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Room small but good standard, breakfast was basic but good. On site parking available for €10. Perfect for a one night stay before going to Dublin Airport, only 10 minutes away. Would stay again.

02/07/2026: Room was clean, got the right amount of towels. However the restaurant was disappointing in it's portions, and the best sheet was always open on one side like they got a sheet that was too short and just ran with it. Also the windows open upward and i was too short to be able to reach it without standing on a chair or being lifted. Next to a bus stop and easy access to the city, and there is an amazing pub on the right and down the road.

25/08/2026: The first pastry shop in my experience to compare with those in Melbourne, the foodie capital of Oz. There is a fine Italian restaurant nearby that we go to just for their focaccia, as it is so good. Fable's is even better. Excellent work, team!

19/08/2026: UMMM HMMMM!!!! TRIED THE JALAPEÑO HAM & CHEESE…FANTASTIC TEXURE AND TASTE…….SAVING THE SVAORY SQUARE ,….SPANDAUER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

13/07/2026: What a little gem. We arrived to what I thaught was a quiet venue for breakfast by the recommendation of some guests already dinning out side who said the food was amazing but I later found out the venue was close to capacity of very happy guests We ordered the fancy eggs and the pog breakfast and we shaired a side of halumi frys also divine. I have always believed you can have quick food or good food and no offen can you have both but this cafe is the exception. The servers are all very frendly and the food was brought out nice and quickly and tasted amazing. The coffee in my opinion is better than the coffee shop down the road and the orange juice was very fresh with a strawberry as a garnish, (very nice touch) also ketchup was ordered but not needed due to the quality of the food been so high.

28/08/2026: The lunch food was fine and reasonably priced but as for the service, it was neither good nor bad but non-existent. The waiter was clearly untrained and inadequate.

12/09/2026: Honestly, yesterday was one of the best meals we have had as a family. The service was FANTASTIC, the espresso martinis were even better. All the steaks were perfectly cooked and the sides were absolutely delicious. We paired them with the Pino Noir and a Malbec and they were fantastic!!!! Also special shout out for the focaccia and smoked butter, if we could have we’d have taken it home we would have, the butter had the perfect smoked taste and the focaccia was super soft and even better it was lovely and warm. I can’t thank you enough for that meal and your team, it is definitely the best part of my big brothers stag do and we will 10000% be coming back when next in Dublin.

11/09/2026: We really enjoyed the friendly service here and especially the sweet potato wedges. The peppercorn sauce was lovely too, as well as the passionfruit martinis. Unfortunately my steak/salad ended up having hair in it, but the staff were apologetic, offered to replace the steak and also took the steak off the bill. I will say that I did not see all the kitchen staff wearing hair or facial hair nets, so maybe this is something to look into.

25/09/2026: Really nice little pizza joint if you want a casual meal and a cocktail. Pizza was really nice, atmosphere is lovely and cosy. I'd recommend.

22/08/2026: What a gem! This restaurant was phenomenal when it opened and did not disappoint last night. If anything, it's better than ever. Justyna was the most gracious, warm and professional host. The food is exceptional. Burrata is on nearly every menu in the city and few give the 'wow' factor. It's execution was perfection. The music, the lighting, the food, the wine, the service...I couldn't fault it if i wanted to. So looking forward to returning,thank you team!

26/07/2026: It is not very common, but the pub also has a library and dartboard. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is good and there is always something fun to do.

11/09/2026: Recommended by my niece and it’s a great place 🇮🇪😀 Wonderful welcome and service. We were tempted by the wonderful array of food but settled for coffee ☕️ We sat outside in the warm sunshine. Fantastic ☕️ which we loved. Almost finished and me the lovely “Tuba” who works at the cafe 🇮🇪😀👏👏 After a little chat she bought us some wonderful chocolate brownie’s (on the house) Wonderful atmosphere and terrific service. The best coffee in town by a country mile 🇮🇪👏👏😀 Thanks Tuba highly recommended and the locals seem to love it too 🇮🇪👏😀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

18/09/2026: Having just arrived from Cork, a good dinner was in order. We were not disappointed by the "Irish Lamb stew".

14/09/2026: Besides being a pub with a rather interesting history, it's a place with a very pleasant atmosphere, good service, and a great ambiance. Excellent beer selection. Highly recommended.

26/08/2026: First time dining here tonight Aug 2026, I had the duck and it was incredible, best flavor I've had in a long long time, will return for sure. The staff were fabulous Heidi, Amanda and Gabby 👏👏👏 They were all very attentive asking about allergies and if we had time pressures. Incredible service.

07/09/2026: The best fish and chips we had during our time in Ireland. Would highly recommend splitting the fish and chips between two people as the portions were generous. The seafood chowder was also delicious.
