The best restaurants in Dublin

14/02/2026: A really great pub, nicely located in the center of Dublin. The Irish coffee was relatively small, but very, very delicious.

13/02/2026: My family stayed here at the end of October / start of November, and sadly the accommodation was very disappointing. The roof leaked during their stay (it was raining heavily). This was a particular issue since the carpets were soaked in a room with a 4 year old and a crawling baby, and no alternative rooms were offered or available. There are indications that the roof issue was already known: the guy who came in to look at it said ‘not again’. There were also problems in the other room with a lack of hot water. I understand that issues happen, but the response from management has been pathetic. The only compensation that was offered during the stay was a small percentage off food downstairs. My dad wrote a follow up email explaining how disappointing the stay had been, and how their response had been insufficient. Management took two and a half months to reply (apparently it was in their outbox, lol). No further compensation was offered. However, they made a point of asking us to mention in any review that the leak was now fixed! Atrocious management. Stayers beware.

06/03/2026: Had a big group of 15 for my Stag Do in mid February, the food was amazing and the service was top notch. Anything we needed was taken care of and it was a great start to our weekend!

20/02/2026: The food is delicious, the price very reasonable, the service very good, and the quantity of the product is noteworthy, something not common among Dubliners.

14/09/2025: The most amazing place to go with your doggo. The chef asked our waiter to check what way my dog wanted his chicken cooked 😁 All the staff came over to dote on him and he was made to feel as welcome all the human customers. Pye leads the way in how our furry children should be treated. Let's not forget how amazing their food is. So so tasty. Thank you. Always a pleasure coming in.

17/03/2026: Had so many choices and so thankful we chose this place. My Ribeye was the best, chips were perfect and have a great selection of beers! My wife had fish and a glass of some California wine selected by the bartender, was a perfect fit. Highly recommended to eat here!!

11/03/2026: I witnessed a very disturbing incident involving security staff on Sunday evening. Two security guards were restraining a man, but the situation appeared to escalate far beyond what seemed necessary. From what I saw, the guards repeatedly punched the man in the head and face, dragged him across the floor, and kicked him while he was down before leaving him lying on the ground. The man may have been causing trouble, but the level of force used appeared excessive and was extremely concerning to witness. Security staff are expected to de-escalate situations and ensure people’s safety, not escalate them. I strongly urge management to review the CCTV footage from Sunday evening and ensure that appropriate standards and procedures are being followed by security staff. What I witnessed did not appear to be a safe or professional way to handle the situation.

11/03/2026: Lovely pub in the thick of the shopping area /Grafton St. Had lunch for one at the bar. Super friendly staff and great service. Had the Guinness beef pie, which was delicious. The restaurant is bigger than it looks. Highly recommend for a Dublin classic

26/02/2026: My wife and I loved the lively Irish pub atmosphere! 🍀 The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. 😊 Our Sunday roasts were a bit pricey at €30 💸, and weren't anything to write home about. Overall, the experience was truly enjoyable.

21/12/2025: This is a great deli! Definitely a local favorite judging from the line out the door. A wide range of meats and cheeses with an assortment of condiments. Very reasonable prices. Even at what seemed the height of the lunch rush, I got my sandwich in about 15 minutes. Mostly a take away spot, though there are four tables with 2 chairs each.

30/10/2025: Had a great experience here. The food was amazing, especially the Peri Peri Burger and wings. The kebabs were incredibly tasty too, thanks to Farooq who really knows how to get the flavors right. Paula was super friendly and gave the best suggestions. And Aadil, the owner, welcomed everyone with such a cheerful vibe. Overall, delicious food and an awesome team. Definitely coming back! 🍔✨

05/01/2026: To be honest food is nothing special. Prawns with noodles were cooked a bit to long (both dry). It's not acceptable that bins and trashes are putting outside by main doors ! It's disgusting! especially when customers are sitting in food and waiting areas. huge black bin was putting outside and cardboards too. that's why I gave just 2 stats for climate.

20/01/2026: Very nice place, and the staff are even better! I had to organise food for an event and they were incredibly attentive and supportive with all my questions. The food looked and tasted amazing! Also they have the best hot chocolate in town! Super recommended!

05/03/2026: Dublin pub that is going downhill fast! ... Used to be excellent but nowadays some of the bar staff (particularily the younger ones) are absolutely USELESS - more intent on burying their heads in their mobile phones than looking after customers! ... Having said that, I must say that the OLDER barmen and SOME of the younger (non-Irish lads) still treat the regulars with respect. But the owners seriously need to teach the younger bar staff (especially the Irish ones) to pay proper attention to their work duty, speak with respect to their paying customers and to be a lot more observant to what is going in the bar rather than yapping among themselves and attending to their mobile phones!
