The best restaurants in Dublin

17/06/2025: Had the best t-bone in a long time.

14/06/2025: I have just woke up at five am talking about how unbelievably good our meal was last night, it was the last thing I thought about and now the first thing !! We eat out A LOT in a variety of different styles of restaurants but this place has blown my mind equally with the unquestionable quality of the food and the level of service, I am not one to jump on and leave a review and I will be sorry if we can’t get a table again in here because it has made our trip to Dublin !. Thank you to all the staff for being just another level at what you do, you have made a lover of all things beef (farmer) extremely happy, lindsey x

07/07/2025: Spectacular lunch with a very nice atmosphere and excellent service

07/07/2025: We stopped here with a high school tour group. It was exactly what you would expect for an Irish Pub. Decent food ( we had a stew with a puff pastry topper, which was a nice touch. Our food was pre selected with the tour). There is plenty of room for a large group. And my 18 year old son had his first alcoholic beverage here, lol! He decided Guinness may not be his thing. But great memories and would recommend if you want a classic Irish pub experience, clean and pleasant atmosphere and good prices.

12/07/2025: FANTASTIC! I went for a casual weekday dinner with friends, and it was so lovely. The pasta is unreal, it felt very authentic. The atmosphere makes it so special. The owner sings and waiters play songs for everyone. It felt very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend it!

15/06/2025: Highly recommend! The food is amazing, melt in the mouth. Their vegetarian/vegan food is fantastic. The staff where so friendly and would do anything for you. It's a very small place, but I'd call it cosy.

19/07/2025: Open kitchen. Good service. Music is quiet if you prefer more upbeat. Conversations can be a little audible with table next to you at chefs counter of private conversations are needed request a table. Food is fantastic. Eaten at 20 one stars and it’s up there with the better end. Great flavour pairings. Very strong few dishes. Favorite foie gras dish I’ve had. Intensity came more at the beginning of the 13 courses which perhaps made delicate mains harder to taste. Perhaps the Palette cleanser would have worked better before the mains. Texturally very interesting. Food is more on the delicate but complex side. One or two moments of intensity more wouldn’t go a miss but some very strong and original food. Been in Dublin two months and best restaurant I’ve eaten at yet. Wines are good and paired well but only had two glasses as went for the non alcoholic pairing. Non alcoholic pairing best I’ve had and I’ve eaten at a few top 50 and 2 stars. Service smart and clean. Chefs serve you at the chefs table. Comfortable seating. Will return and recommended. Meal starts 20:15 and lasted 2.5 hours which I’m happy with. I like long evenings in good company and very good hands. Reservation made on the day on a Thursday but restaurant was full when arrived.

13/06/2025: The staff was very friendly, the burgers were simple but very tasty and cooked just the way I ordered them (rare), and the fries were homemade. A good place for a quick meal.

07/07/2025: We had the full breakfast with coffee and what a cracking breakfast it was. Popular cafe so no guarantee of a table but a warm and friendly welcome awaits

11/07/2025: Pizza was really good. High quality ingredients. Roasted onions and mushrooms were great pepperoni was really meaty and succulent unlike the dried out thin stuff you often get. Good place dont hesitate.

10/07/2025: I have orderd some pizzas with my friends to eat at out place. The waiter was very friendly and profesional. Even though we ordered 9 pizzas the waiting time wasn’t too long. I personaly decided to take a margherita and it was great. The tamato sauce was perfectly sweet and cooperating with the cheese. The prices are very good for the high quality.

17/06/2025: Great bar a short walk from the very heart of Dublin run by a great landlord. The welcome was second to none, from staff and customers. Will be back in a heartbeat!

01/07/2025: Good food, had the vegan quiche with salad, brownie and oat chai latte. We came at 18:45 as the dishes were being changed out, so there were very few dishes to chose from, which took away a star. Thought it was a liiiittle pricey for what we got. But I love vegan places and this place has a charm to it! Vegan brownie 10/10

17/07/2025: Delicious! if you are going to cook anything, cook it well while using superb ingredients. I couldn't fault anything, a long time since I had such a delicious meal. Well done beautiful meal.

18/06/2025: It's a must-go if you're nearby. We ended up there by chance. We were in the pub and wanted something to eat. It was explained to us that the restaurant was on the first floor. A server took us upstairs and handed us over to the man in charge. He gave us a friendly welcome, gave us advice, and served us. The food was really good, as was the soup starter. After we'd finished our meal and wanted to order a Guinness as our third beer, he just told us that the one downstairs in the pub served the best Guinness in Dublin, and that it would be cheaper than in a restaurant with waiter service. Great info. When we asked at the bar for the man who supposedly served the best Guinness in Dublin, he laughed and asked if we were looking for him, the man who served the best Guinness in all of Ireland. It was a really convivial evening in the pub, surrounded by locals; we were the only tourists in the pub. The man at the bar even served older guests at tables. Great, really great

14/07/2025: We expected a nice and cosy evening with good Italian food and conservation. The food was pretty good and authentic. However, after our dessert and just 1h 20 min in the restaurant we received the bill without any comment or question if we would like another drink. A shame that such a nice experience (until that point) got destroyed in 10 seconds. We did not like more drinks after that.. but we would have loved to stay!

12/07/2025: Went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service was good, but the table we were given was right next to the bar (not ideal) and unfortunately quite dusty. The meal started off okay, but the pasta was very disappointing — I could definitely make a better one myself. For what I paid, I expected much more.
