The best restaurants in Fingal

04/11/2025: This place is top notch. First off, they made a exceptional accommodation for myself and my 2 young children by sitting us in a 2 top table with a booth when there was no where else to sit. They have amazing food options and everything we had was great. What was the best part of our experience was that the staff was over the top kind to my children The waitress and host brought over ice cream for them as a reward for, in their opinion, great behavior! And then gave them suckers on our way out. I can't say enough good things about this place and was incredibly delighted at the extra attention and treatment we received. I will certainly be visiting again when I am able to visit again. Thank you again for everything!

18/10/2025: It is a place with a nice atmosphere and ambiance. There are plenty of spacious seating areas. The cocktails and food options are quite satisfying. The staff were friendly and fast. It’s not exactly an open kitchen, but you can still see the kitchen area which is nice.

15/10/2025: After being seated we were left sitting for 25 minutes and only then a waiter asked if we were ready to order our food. We had not yet even been offered drinks Aside from us ordering drinks, our food being delivered, service was poor. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 x17 year olds). We were there for a family dinner. The food was substatial but lacked any pizazz. The lack of meat in the beef fajitas was incredible, but plenty of PEPPERS AND ONIONS. I always tip however there was a 10% service charge added already so considering my bill was €168 the added another €16.80, (Now the fact they call it service charge and the service was non existant ) I was looking forward to this family occasion but felt very let down, it wasn't even too busy but possibly understaffed. We didn't leave hungry but I don't think we were satisfied.

13/10/2025: Visited today for first time with a friend. I am in love with the cinnamon swirls & the sourdough is so nice. Outside seating is good, doesn’t feel exposed even though it’s on a busy Main Street. Will definitely be back.

12/10/2025: This bakery won the 2025 Irish Food Award. I arrived around 11 am and most of the pastries were already sold out. Their sourdough and pastries go through a 2 day process. The layers are beautifully risen and the flavors are excellent. There are a few outdoor tables. The only downside is that the location isn’t the convenient.

17/10/2025: First time trying here. The pizza itself was extremely tasty and the dough was super soft and melt in the mouth. However, I ordered for collection and was told via the website it’d be ready at 18:18 but was left waiting until 18:50. This is a small criticism as the timings given just need to be adjusted to make it more realistic. If the pizza could be pre cut too that would be a nice touch.

09/10/2025: I went to this place expecting to eat a good pizza, but instead I found a masterpiece. As an Italian, I can say without a doubt that I’ve eaten one of the best pizzas you can find in all of Ireland. If you still have some room left, the dessert pizzas are truly the icing on the cake. As if that weren’t enough, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The prices are not high at all compared to the exceptional quality of the products. In case it isn’t clear, I absolutely recommend this place. Unfortunately, I’m forced to give only 5 stars because I can’t give 10. Absolutely perfect.

24/10/2025: One of the best places to have breakfast in Swords! I’ve been here many times ,the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are really nice and welcoming.

23/10/2025: The staff were unreal. Smiley faces and super efficient. The food was perfect in flavour and portion sizes and the Pistachio Croissant was like something I've never had! Would return just for that!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

19/10/2025: Such lovely staff really pleasant and helpful the food itself was tasty, though it came out a little on the cold side. Still I enjoyed it and would happily go back.

16/10/2025: The best Fish and Chips you could ask for! I highly recommend the Smoked Haddock and the Schooler Burger. A great addition to the meal is the Galway Girl Hazy IPA (not super hoppy with a blonde ale palette). The staff is super kind as well. I appreciate how simple it is to order and ask questions. The music is hits from the last few decades. It’s nice hearing The Killers and then Tom Petty. Whoever is running this place had a great head on their shoulders. I am only in Ireland for the night, but I sure as hell will come back for that Smoked Haddock. Life won’t be the same in America.

21/10/2025: Great pints and great atmosphere. Ended up there on a Monday night and the the jam session was fantastic. 8 guitars and a mandolin. Can't beat it.

08/09/2025: My boyfriend and I had a great time here on our last night in Ireland before returning to the States. We got there too late to eat but there was live music, lots of great beers and whiskies, gracious bartenders and a terrific atmosphere. We highly recommend and hope to go back again.

14/10/2025: Literally the best Italian I've been to. Delicious food and I would always recommend the seafood specials. The most friendly and welcoming staff. Worth ringing ahead as they are usually booked out but sometimes you will be lucky. This is a no brainier whether it's a date or a family meal. Can't recommend enough ♥️

15/10/2025: The service was very polite and fast. We ordered two dishes to share and two main courses — everything was truly EXCELLENT. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Malahide. I’m not giving the full rating only because we had to sit outside even though the weather wasn’t great, as we had our dog with us (something quite absurd but common here in Ireland). However, they were really kind and brought a bowl of water for the dog.

18/09/2025: Perfect in every way! Very friendly service. The food was just what we were looking for and catered to everyone in the family. Great options for children not just the standard nuggets and chips. I will definitely be returning next time we visit Malahide 😁
