08/01/2025: One of the nicest pubs I've been to. Great history and atmosphere is always welcoming with a very good pint of Guinness. Worth traveling to if your in the Kerry area

28/03/2025: Lovely lovely food. Everything is fried, but prepared well. The black ink squid risotto is divine. We had great service, but the food is the best on our trip so far. Highly recommend!

25/01/2025: We had stay at this awesome hotel during our honeymoon trip. Rooms are very tidy, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dinner at Fishermen’s was good. We asked them about Halal Vegan food and they managed to provide us up to our demand. Highly appreciated gesture 👍👍 Breakfast chef at Charlie’s Restaurant was very welcoming. Breakfast’s taste was awesome. Overall experience was very good. We will also give reviews at our YouTube handle @DocOnTrail.

19/03/2025: Ordered delivery from there several times. Food was pretty good. Ordered yesterday, chicken starter was reheated hard, dry and definitely not fresh. Main course was dry chicken and suave sauce was not restaurant quality - just blitzed home style tomatoes and onion sauce The cucumber yogurt was not fresh. Needless to say, will never order a meal from this place again.

08/10/2024: Got a burger and family members got pizza. To be completely honest the burger wasn't great the pizza was ok lots of cheese on it. Lady serving is was absolutely lovely great customer service but there was a younger one who was so moody glad she wasn't serving us

21/03/2025: Overall, a good pub but more of a “hotel tourist” sort of place and not typical for a good Irish pub. The menu is fairly good, and includes several vegetarian options, like a veggie burger, mushroom pasta, a Caesar salad, and grilled vegetables. They were out of Murphy’s stout, which surprised me, but I had read previous reviews about them being out of dark beers completely in the past. (What?? A pub that’s out of a favorite local beer?? Unheard of…) Obviously, they have not fixed that issue! Our service was good. We had good meals. The seafood chowder was probably the best that I have had in Ireland so far. Prices are high, but that is to be expected for this area with all of the tourists. If you are looking for an authentic Irish pub here, though, check out some other options.

19/03/2025: Habíamos visitado Colgan’s cuando nos alojamos en Muckross Park Hotel hace algunos años y realmente disfrutamos, en particular los bailarines y la música en vivo, así que decidimos reservar una mesa para la noche del día de Patrick en nuestra última visita. ¡Fue muy decepcionante! No había bailarines ni música, de hecho ni siquiera cualquier decoración... ¡no sabrías que era el día de Patrick! El ambiente era cero. Pedimos, comimos y nos fuimos en 45 minutos y nos dirigimos de vuelta a la ciudad para continuar las celebraciones en los pubs allí que todos tenían música en vivo. El único punto bueno que podría mencionar es que la comida estaba bien, pero la visita se arruinó al no tener ambiente. No recomendaría y no volvería de nuevo en nuestros muchos chalecos a Killarney.

07/10/2024: Cozy little café with a good selection of food and coffee types. Good choice if you want a hearty breakfast. The staff is friendly and you are served promptly. The food and coffee are of good quality and the prices are okay. There is a star deduction because of the toilets. They could use a little more hygiene.

29/01/2025: Hola solo pasando supermacks en killlarney Fui a tomar un café. Tengo un café con leche El servicio era 100%. Rápido y amable El servidor era excepcionalmente amable y muy enfocado al cliente un gran embajador para Supermacks killarney. Su nombre era Kira.

10/02/2025: This restaurant was actually recommended to us by a fisherman. There’s a restaurant part in the back and both times we were there, we could enjoy great music with local musicians sitting in the front area. Food was good as well and price-wise they were a bit cheaper than the others. The staff was also just amazing and we really had a great time there!

Fuimos allí a jugar a los dardos mientras bebíamos cervezas y eso es lo que conseguimos! ¡Hemos conocido chicos que jugaban con nosotros y nos sentíamos como si fuéramos parte de ello! ¡Un ambiente auténtico y tradicional! Además, el camarero era adorable, Shane, y no se enfadó conmigo mientras gritaba demasiado 😅 (¡Estaba ganando! ) Gracias Shane, Robert (en el bar) y todos los irlandeses que hemos conocido! ¡¡Volveremos!!!!

06/01/2025: Este lugar es como torres Fawlty excepto que peor y el propietario es como Basil, excepto más loco. Cuando entramos por primera vez en este orzuelo de cerdo, nos sorprendió que nos dijeran por el frente de la casa que todos debemos usar los sombreros de papel de aluminio que estaban dando. Era para protegernos de las señales 5 G, nos dijeron. Cualquiera que tuviera el pinchazo de COVID tuvo que irse en caso de que derramáramos partículas virales sobre sus clientes inexistentes. Los ingredientes son en su mayoría de una lata. El Prosecco es tibia, la bienvenida, genial. Evite la especialidad - los bollos de intolerancia a la parrilla.
