04/05/2026: The food is amazing. The rooms are nice, but small. The shower isn't great. The hotel itself is really nice with loads of interesting features and a really nice terrace for drinks and lunch.

01/10/2026: The seafood option here are good! And a great pub for a couple of drinks! I would definitely book ahead if going for food. If your going for a couple of drinks I'd leave it until later in the evening when food service is over.

28/09/2026: We arrived in for a bite to eat this evening. The restaurant is between Drogheda and Dunleer on the old Belfast road. The restaurant has plenty of very comfortable seating with seating available outside. The service was outstanding. The quality, portion size and value for money of the food is superb. There is plenty of parking. The wait time is what you would expect for quality food. We ordered, The Mediterranean Cod, the Sea bass and the full scampi, each dish was fantastic. We have to mention Jennifer she is a gem, as are all the staff. Guys thankyou for the amazing food and service. Highly recommended. Yes cant wait to go back.

30/09/2026: Went there yesterday. Few tables taken and plenty free ones but we got one for 1.30min only. Food ok and bit expensive. Pork belly taco amazing. Very tasty. Burger bit too juicy. Got also fish and chips. Fish nice but breading too hard. Nice atmosphere inside.

13/05/2026: Absolutely stunning place, lovely staff and owners, friendly, helpful, attentive. Perfect breakfast, really nice rooms. Cosy reading room with a fireplace, nice decorations. I've stayed there twice and will come back again.

04/10/2026: Absolutely great to see the BB back to its full potential, I didn’t come back for a few years as it really went down hill but on arrival today it was absolutely fantastic, thrilled to see! Amazing service and quick , steak was a little small but over all , a smashing meal. Will be back again

27/09/2026: From the outside, and a look at their menu you’d expect great things. But sadly that wasn’t to be, arrived and sat down. Ordered starters which took a lifetime to arrive (place was not busy) eventually mediocre starters arrived, then mains, which for the price were not up to par. Sad to say won’t be returning.

15/09/2026: The fillet steak sandwich is mouth watering, highly recommend. The mustard and onions that come with it compliment it perfectly as do the chips and peppercorn sauce, the staff are also lovely what a great spot
