02/02/2026: We had a lovely lunch there, my kids already wanna come back. My husband said it was the best risotto he ever had. Portions are very generous and desserts were gorgeous too. We’ll be back!

24/01/2026: Went here for my birthday and the atmosphere is unreal, I would recommend sitting downstairs for the full experience. The food was a perfect fine dining experience imo. I had the lasagne, followed by the chocolate brownie cake & sorbet. The waiter presented me a rose and a glass of prosecco, will definitely come back

17/02/2026: There's a lot off about how this place runs that really puts me off ever coming back despite the fact that the food is lovely. The queuing system when you come in the door feels entirely unfriendly to customers, because you have a limited time to pick from a huge menu and once you're in the queue it's really awkward to go back out if it doesn't suit your taste. I really don't understand why you wouldn't give people the dignity to have a seat and take their time choosing their food. When you are seated you'll have to look at this huge mass of people at the door. Genuinely curious why dough bros have this system in place. There's also never a good reason for gendered single stall bathrooms. It's unnecessary. There's also no signage for the bathrooms at all, which is wild to me. The food was great, but with all the awkwardness I'd personally be looking for other places to eat. My boyfriend has mobility issues and autism; standing up in a queue like that was stressful and painful for him, and if this restaurant utilised a more usual seating system, this could have been avoided.

23/01/2026: One of those places you discover while traveling and remember because of how good the food was. The pizza was spectacular, with a fantastic crust and quality ingredients. What's more, the service was excellent—very friendly and welcoming. We left delighted.

06/01/2026: We were a bit late to reserve a table, but we ordered 2 very tasty stone oven Neapolitan pizza’s (Capricciosa and Margherita) for takeaway! It was perfectly on time. Both the toppings and the dough was divine! It was rich and thin. The price was very reasonable as well. Yummy!

31/01/2026: Perfect for a girl's night out! Comfy place with friendly service and delicious food. My friend, who is partly Italian, was shocked with the superb taste of their tiramisu. It was all delicious! We made reservations to guarantee a table and glad we did cause in fact it was very busy around 6:30-8pm. We can't recommend enough and will definitely be back!

03/02/2026: Centrally located and perfect for celiacs. Their gluten-free menu is extensive and safe: crispy pizzas and delicious pasta that's just as good as regular pasta. The staff is very careful to prevent cross-contamination. A great find!

09/01/2026: No word of a lie one of the best pizza i've ever had . The dough they use is unreal. It's clear this place only uses the freshest ingredients. Also all the staff are incredibly kind and friendly . Would highly recommend this place when visiting Carrick On Shannon.

I would especially like to thank the staff for their kindness and understanding 💛 I forgot to mention my basil allergy in advance, but they were incredibly caring and changed the dishes for me without any problem. Everything was handled so calmly and warmly, with genuine concern. We left with only positive impressions
