24/12/2024: I always come to eat here and it never dissapoints from the pasta to the pizza to the sides everything is good in my opinion the best side is the spicy wings and always get the garlic dip or blue cheese with them the staff are very nice to me and always welcome me, i really recommend to get any dish here as you wont be dissapointrd

23/02/2025: Got a takeaway, paid 20 euro for spaghetti Bolognese, little tin tray like out Chinese wasn't even nice 15 euro for a pizza that tasted nothing special had better frozen 40 euro wasted

15/01/2025: Very solid pizza baked in a wood fire oven but horrendously priced at 18 euros a piece. Mushroom ravioli was very flavourful and creamy with plenty of filling and the portion was adequate, perhaps other reviewers don’t know how primi piatti work. Tiramisu was also delicious, moist and not too heavy. Service was fast and pleasant. A glass of wine starts from 9 euro and an aperol spritz costs an astronomical 15 euro. Would have given a higher rating if the prices were not as ridiculous for typical Italian food.

22/11/2024: if i could leave zero stars i would.👎👎 waited nearly 2 hours for my order, it NEVER CAME. will never order again. app said it was delivered, rang 3 times nobody answered the phone. so dissatisfied. 👎👎👎

20/11/2024: It was my first ordering from Mizzonis As soon as the order was placed I received a phone call to confirm my order Collection was bit a hard to find the place as it is at the back of the building But the guy on the phone was very helpful and patient When opened the pizza it was just perfect Delicious We got a 20" pizza and a few sides Everything super fresh My 3 teenagers loved it Highly recommend it 5 stars 🤩

25/01/2025: This was my first time eating at Donatellos. I usually avoid Italian food as it is dairy- and wheat-intensive, both of which I have intolerances to. I need not have worried. Donatellos had a vegan menu and a vast range of wheat-free alternatives and went through them over the phone with me in advance. The chargrilled vegetable starter was delicious, as was the mushroom risotto for main. To top it all, the dessert was a rare find for me - a gluten-free and vegan chocolate tart which was heavenly. Service was friendly and efficient and members of staff were well versed in allergens etc. My friends had various pizzas, pasta al mare dishes etc. and all enjoyed their choices. The décor is lovely and there's a good ambience. I'm looking forward to returning.

22/03/2025: Fue recomendado este lugar por un par de personas diferentes. Lamentablemente no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. . Las croquetas para nuestro entrante salieron frías. Pedí un cóctel que nunca llegó con el resto de mis grupos de bebidas, cuando lo llevé a la atención de los camareros, me informó que no tienen ese cóctel disponible. . lo peor fue que nuestras tuberías principales no se unieron y 2 de cada 4 de nosotros terminamos nuestras tuberías principales antes de que llegaran las últimas 2 tuberías 20 minutos después. . realmente decepcionante. . Nuestra mesa estaba siendo evitada el resto del tiempo. Servicio muy decepcionante.

19/03/2025: ¡No coma aquí si tiene alergias alimentarias! Esto habría sido clasificado cero estrellas si fuera posible. Tengo alergia al maní y pedí la pizza de calabacín y gamberi. El camarero no preguntó si alguien tenía alguna alergia y como los alérgenos enumerados no mencionaban el maní, no pregunté y confié en la información proporcionada. Sin embargo, después de una rebanada de pizza comencé a tener una reacción y le pregunté a una camarera si la pizza tenía cacahuetes. Parecía que no había urgencia para responder a mí. Luego me dijeron que no había cacahuetes por otro camarero, seguido por otro que confirmó que los cacahuetes de hecho se habían incluido en el pesto en la pizza. Intentaron decirme que el menú lo indicaba, pero rápidamente señalé que no era así. Me dijeron que actualizarían el menú mañana para reflejar los alérgenos correctos, desafortunadamente demasiado tarde para mí. Me dijeron que el gerente iba a hablar conmigo y nunca vino. Solo uno de los camareros parecía estar interesado en ayudarme y el que tomó nuestro pago de facturas (que creo que era el pesebre) parecía sonreír. Desde este incidente he encontrado una reseña en Trip Advisor donde este mismo incidente le sucedió a un niño solo 3 meses antes y el restaurante obviamente no ha tomado ninguna acción para evitar que esto vuelva a ocurrir. En general, fue un desprecio abominable de la salud y la seguridad de sus clientes con una resolución extremadamente decepcionante del personal. El personal no estaba muy preparado para la situación, incluso después de haberla experimentado tres meses antes. Llamé al restaurante 2 días después de visitarlo para hablar con un gerente al respecto y 3 días después de esto, todavía estoy esperando una llamada de vuelta - una demostración más de su falta de urgencia y atención a sus clientes.

23/02/2025: Se han llevado 1400€ de depósito a finales de enero para mis hijos 21 calle por la 21 calle de febrero y cerrado. No hay contacto de ellos y mi dinero se ha ido. Increíble que esto haya pasado. Ahora creo que fue vendido y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo.

28/02/2025: I have had a horrible service with these guys. Did a walk in on Monday, l was told they have a delivery and have to close the shop. Seems there’s only one person operating the entire shop Went back on Thursday, was turned away again because they hadn’t opened at 12 Went in the afternoon at lunch as it’s opposite my work place and was told they are not taking new orders. Pathetic service if you ask me!

07/02/2025: I buy Munchy box for €28 and found long blonde hair in the chicken bool. Returned it back to the shop but women at the desk argued that this hair is not from their staff instead apologising she started yelling at me , she was so rude.Finally I got refunds, never ever buy in Apache.

14/02/2025: So frustrating when they offer deals through their app, but then you can’t avail of them because your local base opens later than other shops and all their offers are then used.

04/02/2025: Base Clontarf/Killester. Absolutely awful. Wafer thin base. Soggy middle (which was slightly cold). Edges of pepperoni slices were burnt. Phone order, came exactly at time given. No delay at my end. Never again.
