21/12/2025: Put in an order online. Payment was taken. Then the food didn't arrive. We rang. They claimed the order was "not on their system" even though we had an email receipt. Absolutely no help offered. They simply acted as if they didn't have to do anything to honor the transaction. I would strongly encourage people to go elsewhere.

06/03/2026: Very poor service and food here..I regularly order pizza from Apache and to be honest the service and delivery is just getting worse. Lin who owns the place seems to get involved and is very ignorant when speaking in the phone. It's my second time ordering where items are missing and food is cold when it arrives. I have ordered here for the last few years but it is get worse the longer it goes on..someone who does the franchise for Apache should review Just to add to whom ever replies from Apache Ireland..ringing the restaurant to complain does nothing. They promise things to be fixed or free pizza next time but never do either

28/08/2025: It was good but has completely lost focus on the food that they sent out , the last three pizzas were starting to change my mind . The food is very salty leaving you with a incredible thrist the following morning ( yes the last three so it wasn't anything else that I consumed) the ingredients appear to have way cheaper and not fresh . The last pizza was a nightmare. My honest opinion go somewhere else . especially with response of customer services . See photo that's meant to be half and half ....the premises said sorry but we are busy can we do something for you tomorrow!!! So I get a response from Apache to reach out Management to which I did with the response from them above ...well that says it all and yes I have What's app prove of their response .

07/09/2025: I ate here recently with a group of friends and I was very excited but left extremely frustrated and disappointed. The service was very slow the manager seemed flustered and was very passive aggressive to the young waitress and our table as well. We waited over an hour for our main and all the other tables seemed to be getting seen to and served before us. We asked for a dip that never came. We had to ask for our bill twice as the manager just ignored our request the first time. The food as well was rather flavourless and wasn’t exactly as described on menu. The young waitress was very nice and was doing her best. I simply will not be returning here in the future. Very disappointed!!!!

21/07/2025: The owner of this restaurant must be the rudest most unwelcoming person we have ever encountered. We were left standing in a busy restaurant for 20 minutes and completely ignored despite having made a booking. We then waited another 30 minutes to have our order taken. I was shocked to see the way the owner was speaking to people who were coming in to see if a table was available. She truly treats every customer as an inconvenience. When we were waiting for dessert we overheard the owner telling the staff to take our order fast as she has another booking coming in. This delay was completely their fault. I ordered wine with dessert which was completely ignored and the bill was slapped down on our table. I believe we only got an opportunity to order dessert as it was included in the 2 course menu. This place must be purely running on tourism because nobody in their right mind would return.

07/02/2026: Called for an update on my order. Put on hold for over TEN MINUTES. Did you make the order while I was holding, obscene to wait this long. Hasn't been this bad in a long time please do better.

05/02/2026: Been ordering for years but has gone drastically downhill. Definitely major problems there.

04/02/2026: One of the worst pizza I ever had. I told him to make a pizza Mexican pizza with chicken but Halalover the phone. He said ok, made the pizza with meatballs. I returned the pizza asked him to change cause meatballs is not Halal in Apache so he starts arguments talk rubbish and rude attitude. I strongly recommend, do not buy pizza from this shop

06/03/2026: Under new ownership of Italians that own Manor takeaway fish and chips really good garlic sauce is brilliant (DO NOT CHANGE GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE PLEASE ITS GOOD) Friendly staff and hygienic place definitely recommend
