06/03/2024: Once a year myself and himself go to galileo cafe in cahir for anniversary and valentines. And we get same meal butterfly chicken and it is exceptional. Food was fab service was quick. Highly recommend

02/02/2024: Today, our whole family visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time! 😊 We are full and satisfied! 😋The service staff is very nice and responds quickly to any requests. The menu is quite diverse, I especially liked the steak 🥩 🥰 children are delighted with the smoothie 🍹 I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely visit again! Thank you 🙏🏻

11/03/2024: Disappointed in the quality of their food lately.The chips has gone down hill. And the price has gone up. How can a chippers get chips so wrong best thing about the place is the pizza and chicken.

24/03/2024: Delicious pizza! Both the New Yorker and the Diavola are ones you would go back for, although the Diavola could have some more nduja! Staff are very friendly and the interiors of the restaurant itself is nice too.

17/03/2024: Food is good always reliable but in the chipper- take away part the staff are so rude. They almost look down on customers & treat them as an inconvenience on their day. We placed an order when it was ready I asked for an Empty tray or box that I could portion my toddlers food into. One girl looked at me as if I had 10 heads the other almost took the head off my shoulders. Bear in mind I’m standing there 7 & half months pregnant while asking. The second woman shouted no we’re too busy ! I asked could I at least get an Empty bag, she grab the closest one to her & flung it across the counter. The shop was really busy & I was highly embarrassed & felt I was an inconvenience to them ! As I said above food is reliable but over the years I’ve only ever had bad customer service when in Luigi’s take out. I will not be returning & encourage certain staff members to maybe brush up on their basic customer service skills.

31/12/2023: After order and then waiting 35 minutes in the table, The guy taking the order said he forgot about my order. I don’t recommend this place at all!

02/11/2023: The foid we had was teally nice. However i ordered chips with mine and i eas shocked when my food arrived tbe wire basket of chips was in the middle of my white wine sauce!! Nasty. Away tbe foid was lovely. Half wah through our meal the waitress came over and said she was sick 🤮but that our bill was messed up with another table and they would sort it. Bill came we oaid and waited for change and never got it. When we asked for it we were told tbey presume it was a tip!! 😵 Not to say would not have left a tip but i think that decision lies with the customer? Anyway that was my experience 🤦‍♀️

06/02/2024: The owner & chef Enzo from Napoli Italy is a great chef & host. The food is tasty (sure modified to meet the Irish palate) but, there are still some authentic Italian dishes on the menu. Desserts are what you should expect from Italian dessert (tasty with homemade vibes) not pretentious on the plate, good food with reasonable prices for Ireland with good service. Went back many times & will keep on going back there if they remain as they are.

04/04/2024: When our party of four were seated they told us the kitchen was swamped so would we mind waiting to give our order- the first red flag- the next was that they were out of our preferred drinks on the menu, when we finally gave order we waited 45 mins and had to chase them to find where our food was - at which they told us they had to start over as they had forgotten 1 dish had to be gluten free- so would we mind waiting another 15 mins- the food when it finally arrived was adequate- I would say if you want pizza there are plenty of other options within 5 mins walk of this place and in fact almost anywhere would be better- we received profuse apologies from the front of house staff but no actual discount on an underwhelming meal and a poor dining experience

29/03/2024: We accidentally discovered this place while staying in Galway. What a treat! Seriously one of my favorite meals in Ireland. Could not be more pleased with the flavors in my Strozzapreti con Salsiccia. My Dad had a pizza, the crust was incredible. We also tried the classic Bruschetta; super good! Lovely Red wines by the glass. I highly recommend this place. It did get really busy later in the evening.
