15/05/2026: A very warm and attentive welcome. It was very pleasant. The elevator is a nice touch, as is the parking for guests (limited spaces). There's a restaurant within the hotel for breakfast and other meals, with the option of takeout or room service. The bedding is comfortable, the room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is a good size. It's perfect, 20 minutes from Galway. I would just mention the lack of natural light in the room (small and off-center window).

14/05/2026: Close to the bus stop for Galway, quiet, clean, excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect.

02/10/2026: Kebab had almost no sauce, half of the only was little sauce I choke on second bite just because was wrap and meat . Very minimum of everything 😔 chips I asked salt and vinegar but there was so little on it that can't taste a sh* so asked for more salt. Fitter burger was tasty I give you that . Girl the only who tried to look friendly with others we eat in, so I saw. But the rest of the crew busy, yes but looked stress out, not happy, in a way scary, you don't really want to go near the counter really to ask anything. Was worse experience so far. And we eat in different locations

25/09/2026: If you live within 5km you're better off collecting your food or ordering in person. Delivery times are at at least 45 min to an hour even if you live close by

29/08/2026: Kinda very smart man open at 1am and really generous, too many meals. They order fast, they bring your order in only 5 minutes. Pizza, many burgers and others.. Thanks Sisi.

14/08/2026: over priced what a rip off for a terrible meal, I had smoked cod and chips and knew before I even tasted it how bad it was going to be, absolutely disgraceful how they can charge €17 for overcooked and flavor less food and they have the cheek to leave a tip jar at the till ,My tip would be steer clear of this place

12/08/2026: waited a long time , then as food and milkshakes were ready was ready was told id have to wait an extra 7 minutes for chicken in the order . no timing of making the food other food is going to go cold and milkshakes are going to melt to milk . nothing more I hate than spending 50 euro to have the food and drinks end up like this ! as I'm typing this they offered to make a fresh pizza that will have to be waited on after the chicken was finally done I just don't get it should have been offered at the same time it took for the chicken to be done I don't know up to yourselves !!

16/09/2026: Such a wonderful way to spend our last night in Ireland! We were visiting from America and started with the bruschetta and mushrooms, followed by pizza. Everything was delicious! We also had the brownie and ice cream for dessert, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. The owner was incredibly kind and made the evening feel even more special. Delicious food and such a warm welcome made the perfect end to our trip. We’d happily come back and highly recommend stopping in!

16/09/2026: Ordered two chicken Kebarb pizza yesterday the 15th of September, it was puffy and blisters everywhere, burnt all over the corners and it was not looking like a pizza at all. I called to be returned and my money was refunded without any remorse or apology or even an assurance of getting me a better one. I called again the next day to order but I was refused, the customer service told me he is not going to deliver to me just because I did not accept the rubbish they made for me in the name of pizza. Customer service was very rude, unapologetic and hung the phone on me. It was not like this before, Mizzoni used to be very good, I think they now have bad management team that lacks good customer's service and bad chef who doesn't care what he makes and force you to accept it. That's not nice at all

21/10/2026: It a very nice takeaway place and tasty pizza and you can split the pizza into 2 flavors as well, and friendly owners and stuff , we actually took the pizza and went to a nearby bar called Mr. BRADLEYS where you can order from there as well and they deliver the pizza to you it's a very nice combination, we really enjoyed our time !!

15/10/2026: One of our favourites but there’s so many issues the last while it’s really unfortunate to see. Constant issues with delivery taking 2+ hours. Collection orders will say they’re ready but will not be ready for another 20-30 minutes after arrival. Food orders wrong. Had yet another issue tonight where an item was forgotten for collection. Had to drive back up after calling them and being told they would make it fresh which took about 20 minutes and when arrived the missing item wasn’t even prepared. They started to make it while we were there leaving the rest of the food we ordered to go freezing cold and needing to be microwaved as it had been close to an hour after we collected the food initially by time we were headed back home again. Only reason we chose to collect was due to the long delivery times so it could have been even worse if it was a delivery order. The food is usually good but it’s a shame the overall service seems to be sloppy especially when it’s one of the most expensive places in cork.

14/07/2026: Really beautiful place with great food, pricey but not exorbitant, especially for the deli options. I sat in with friends and the staff were preparing for a private event so we felt a bit rushed out and like we were an inconvenience.

23/06/2026: Ordered a pizza and desert and never saw any desert as they forgot about it…Pizza pie dry and thin. Sauce and other ingredients ok but not worth money. Serving water to everyone was nice and place looks decent.

15/09/2026: I had the vegan pulled pork and it was disgusting. The coconut cheese, which was not advertised to be on there, was the most disgusting aspect. Waste of money. Ate a few bites and threw the whole thing away.

29/07/2026: My daughter attended a birthday dinner with 14 teenagers . She is coeliac and ordered the pasta. When it arrived it was too hard to put a fork through it. She asked for it to be change and the manager told her that’s how they cook it ‘Al Dente’ . He was rude and refused to accept the fact that the pasta was not cooked. Gluten free pasta takes much longer to cook than regular pasta. He embarrassed her in front of her friends and still charged her for the food. This is unacceptable, bad management and not a good environment for a group of young people . Will not be returning

18/09/2026: I called ahead to order a takeaway pizza and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived on time, only to end up waiting for over an hour in total. ​To make matters worse, when I came in to pick up my order, no one even bothered to update me on the delay or tell me how much longer it would take—I was completely ignored. After such a frustrating and horrible experience, I completely lost my appetite. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

26/08/2026: Delicious food at an authentic Italian restaurant

30/03/2026: Went here at around 5:10pm for dinner, the restaurant was freezing and after a while of asking they said it would heat up slowly, never did. Ordered a arribiata pasta, it came out with a fajita seasoning sauce on it was nothing like any arribiata sauce I’ve ever had. Pizza came out cold and was so flat and flavourless. Chicken Milan came out with a microwaved sauce on the side and and a flat breast of chicken. Paid full price for rubbish in a bad atmosphere of a place.

15/02/2026: Went there for valentines as last minute place, was more than happy with our food my lasagne was gorgeous the sauce had a nice rich taste of it and my partner ( picky eater) loved his pasta which had the steak and Chicken in it he loved every bit of, the staff was more than lovely, such a wee hidden gem highly recommend
