07/12/2025: Was a small and beautiful restaurant. The best was the food best pizza ever, Very generous toping and the attention was super. Myself and family definitely comeback there soon.

27/11/2025: The restaurant was small, pleasantly decorated, and had nice background music. A big plus was the ability to choose the size of the pizza, which was thin-crust and freshly made. Another plus was that you could choose a salad instead of fries with the lasagna. The lasagna itself was just okay, ordinary, nothing special. Overall, a pleasant time at an Italian restaurant.

08/07/2026: So much more than an Italian restaurant! Swithered between the roast duck + mash and the hake on a bed of seafood risotto. Went for hake and it was fab. Other meal is creamy lemon chicken, loads of great sauce. Great list of desserts too.

12/09/2026: Four of us ordered the daily deal with chicken thighs, got chicken nuggets and chips instead, not a mistake, all four of us did. Didn’t even ask us if it was okay to swap them out, scammed

29/07/2026: My daughter attended a birthday dinner with 14 teenagers . She is coeliac and ordered the pasta. When it arrived it was too hard to put a fork through it. She asked for it to be change and the manager told her that’s how they cook it ‘Al Dente’ . He was rude and refused to accept the fact that the pasta was not cooked. Gluten free pasta takes much longer to cook than regular pasta. He embarrassed her in front of her friends and still charged her for the food. This is unacceptable, bad management and not a good environment for a group of young people . Will not be returning

14/08/2026: over priced what a rip off for a terrible meal, I had smoked cod and chips and knew before I even tasted it how bad it was going to be, absolutely disgraceful how they can charge €17 for overcooked and flavor less food and they have the cheek to leave a tip jar at the till ,My tip would be steer clear of this place

13/08/2026: Amazing pizza, one of the best I've had in the country. Highly suggest getting it fresh to dine-in. Was so good I bought a 2nd one :D

18/07/2026: Truly excellent pizza, no complaints there. Cooked well, with carefully selected, quality ingredients. The dough wasn't up to par, it was very overcooked, and the taste was so-so—a shame. But if you mistake it for a pizzeria, it's perfectly fine.

09/05/2026: They were sampling some of the pizza out in the square and it was quite good. We decided to try out the restaurant. Tried ordering several things, but the first 3 things we tried to order were out. Finally ordered a pizza and a salad. Friends with us had ordered a pizza. Theirs came so much before ours that they had finished it and the waitstaff was looking to clear the table, but we hadn't received even our salad yet. When the food came, it was quite good, but the combination of the extreme delay, the items that were out, and the lack of timing is going to be problematic for this restaurant.

23/08/2026: I ordered from here about three years ago and the food was excellent back then. Sadly, the quality has dropped a lot since. The pizza I got recently was extremely oily and far too salty. There are places in Cork doing Neapolitan-style pizza that’s honestly 10 times better. I won’t be ordering from here again.

13/08/2026: Me and my friend have been into La Tana twice now and both experiences were great. The staff are really kind, Tony in particular, additionally the pizza and wings are exceptional. Definitely a must try!!

22/08/2026: Kippe, robbery the last time i was in it, on my the way straight back out i wiped me feet, the city arms is a fine shop, for a point of Guinness well its the best in the area 🌿🍀☘️🫡💚💯🇮🇪

27/04/2026: Amazing food, always fresh always yummy, amazing staff, always friendly amazing drinks, cocktails, draft beer and Guinness. Coming here for 17 yrs and still love it. Great ladies nights of occasion and Xmas party nights.

09/04/2026: I got food poisoning from dining here with family on the 1st March. I had the pollo alla diavola. Would not recommend dining here to anyone after how sick I was from that dish

16/09/2026: Such a wonderful way to spend our last night in Ireland! We were visiting from America and started with the bruschetta and mushrooms, followed by pizza. Everything was delicious! We also had the brownie and ice cream for dessert, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. The owner was incredibly kind and made the evening feel even more special. Delicious food and such a warm welcome made the perfect end to our trip. We’d happily come back and highly recommend stopping in!

14/07/2026: Really beautiful place with great food, pricey but not exorbitant, especially for the deli options. I sat in with friends and the staff were preparing for a private event so we felt a bit rushed out and like we were an inconvenience.

23/06/2026: Ordered a pizza and desert and never saw any desert as they forgot about it…Pizza pie dry and thin. Sauce and other ingredients ok but not worth money. Serving water to everyone was nice and place looks decent.

06/07/2026: Really tasty fresh food and lovely service. We didn’t realise the two restaurants are now combined and it was lovely to have the option to order from the two menus but the smell of Indian food was a bit overpowering it the Italian food was really tasty and fresh.

19/06/2026: Unfortunately, rather disappointing. Chicken carbonara had very little chicken. Salmon and mascarpone tagliatelle was very greasy. Nice, but overall, quite bland. Salt shaker didn't work, unscrewed the top to get some out, no pepper on the table. There were no non-fizzy drink options like juice. There were constantly people coming in and out collecting takeaway orders from the adjoining restaurant Bombay Pantry, the seating for which was not separated, making it feel like one restaurant serving two cuisines.

30/03/2026: Went here at around 5:10pm for dinner, the restaurant was freezing and after a while of asking they said it would heat up slowly, never did. Ordered a arribiata pasta, it came out with a fajita seasoning sauce on it was nothing like any arribiata sauce I’ve ever had. Pizza came out cold and was so flat and flavourless. Chicken Milan came out with a microwaved sauce on the side and and a flat breast of chicken. Paid full price for rubbish in a bad atmosphere of a place.

15/02/2026: Went there for valentines as last minute place, was more than happy with our food my lasagne was gorgeous the sauce had a nice rich taste of it and my partner ( picky eater) loved his pasta which had the steak and Chicken in it he loved every bit of, the staff was more than lovely, such a wee hidden gem highly recommend
