The best restaurantsof italian

06/07/2026: Really tasty fresh food and lovely service. We didn’t realise the two restaurants are now combined and it was lovely to have the option to order from the two menus but the smell of Indian food was a bit overpowering it the Italian food was really tasty and fresh.

19/06/2026: Unfortunately, rather disappointing. Chicken carbonara had very little chicken. Salmon and mascarpone tagliatelle was very greasy. Nice, but overall, quite bland. Salt shaker didn't work, unscrewed the top to get some out, no pepper on the table. There were no non-fizzy drink options like juice. There were constantly people coming in and out collecting takeaway orders from the adjoining restaurant Bombay Pantry, the seating for which was not separated, making it feel like one restaurant serving two cuisines.

18/07/2026: Truly excellent pizza, no complaints there. Cooked well, with carefully selected, quality ingredients. The dough wasn't up to par, it was very overcooked, and the taste was so-so—a shame. But if you mistake it for a pizzeria, it's perfectly fine.

09/05/2026: They were sampling some of the pizza out in the square and it was quite good. We decided to try out the restaurant. Tried ordering several things, but the first 3 things we tried to order were out. Finally ordered a pizza and a salad. Friends with us had ordered a pizza. Theirs came so much before ours that they had finished it and the waitstaff was looking to clear the table, but we hadn't received even our salad yet. When the food came, it was quite good, but the combination of the extreme delay, the items that were out, and the lack of timing is going to be problematic for this restaurant.

09/07/2026: My daughter ordered a pizza tonight and it didn't arrive, you said it did but it definitely did not. Tried ringing numerous times but was put through to a voicemail saying you were closed at approximately 1-1:30am. I hope you rectify this mistake on your behalf ASAP as my daughter is a regular customer and I would like to see here appreciated for her custom with sides that she often orders. We're very disappointed in your service tonight.

04/04/2026: Really nice food I got a small doner pizza with garlic and chilli sauce on top a bag of chips and a can of coke. I would recommend

18/10/2026: Used to be a regular however this last while have been turned away by the bouncers. No reason for this I have never misbehaved or acted out of order. When asked why I was turned away they just say not tonight despite not being fit to give a decent reason. I am of the correct age and have been nothing but respectful of the bouncers even giving them the benefit of the doubt the first few times. Seems to be a power trip by the door staff

28/07/2026: Excellent choice if you fancy a meal out. Nearly everything is made in-house giving it the food a delicious taste. Great choice of italian dishes such as pasta's, pizza's, lasagna to name a few. Kids menu have great choices even for the most pickish kids! You will find meat dishes with a great selection: chicken, beef, duch, fish. Decent prices! A welcoming and pleasant athosphere at Amore restaurant! Recommended 100%.

12/07/2026: Amazing food, exceptional service, and a manager who truly cares about every little detail. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the family-friendly atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

30/09/2026: Got a full Irish, it was ok, location was convenient as I was in the area, staff were friendly and quick service. Food was ok

14/09/2026: Went to this restaurant right before we went into the Jameson Distillery for a tasting... I didn't think a problem at the time, but had what looked like the last of thanksgiving sub (turkey, stuffing etc in a sub bun) made while watching and some kind of carrot soup. Went to the distillery and should have suspected as got really sweaty... within about 8 hours or so felt ill and sure enough by night time it was coming back out and the next morning finally tossed it. Ended up sick for a few days, definitely food poisoning. As soon as my system purged the soup etc.. felt better but weak for 2 days.

07/10/2026: We came in for a drink after having dinner at the other restaurant on site. After my 20Eur Old Fashion arrived the manager came over and told us to leave!!! He said the bar was for those waiting to be seated to eat. Except the kitchen was closed and there were still many tables still eating. He asked me “ who said you can come in here and have a drink?” Like I was on trial. He has no right being in the hospitality business.

27/09/2026: Had dinner here, wasn't expecting that much based on the current rating. But for a hotel restaurant this is actually great! I ordered a pizza because the American couple next to me was raving about it, saying it was the best pizza they ever had. While i wouldn't go that far (i've been to Naples) it was actually one of the better pizza's i've had. Service was fast and friendy. Had the arancini as a starter and it was tasty (good tomato sauce). The tiramisu is very tasty as well.

28/09/2026: Paid €20 for collection. Pizza with 3 toppings.food was ready quick.price are not friendly according to menu

19/10/2026: I got a quarter pounder and taco chips from Apriles last night , went to bed and ended up awake all night , stomach in agony . My family have been buying food from Apriles for over 40 years ... the old owners never sold gone off food .I rang them this evening and asked to speak to the manager , I told them I wanted a refund . The food was €24 incl two cans of coke . I also wanted the €6 tip I gave to the driver . After delivering the diseased food the driver left , then came back a couple of minutes later to ask for the receipt , a bit dodgy as he got into his car and drove off with it . They said the manager was gone when I rang back . I said I want a refund ... No joy . I rang one last time , they offered the refund , no tip and said they won't be taking anymore orders from me ... I'm devastated 😂. The old owners of this chipper knew how to cook .Yer man on the phone was obviously not used to being told off by a woman . I told him to get the refund and the tip back to me. As I was contemplating ringing Gordon Ramsey ... low and behold the sound of a car getting closer made me glance out the window ... Victory was mine ... got my refund and spent it in Q's Asian Quisine where the food is clean and beautiful. Apriles you are now the winner of a report against you to Health and Safety .... ENJOY 😃
