17/07/2025: thanks for making a delicious Vesuvio pizza with the most amazing roasted peppers rather than raw ones (like they do in other places) as it gives a lovely flavour. Your carbonara and wings are a must in our house too. Always friendly staff when ordering.

23/08/2025: Went in for dinner last night , food was good and the service was fantastic. Had a lovey server Asia who was so friendly and welcoming it really elevated the experience. So good at accomdating allergie requirements. We opted for pizzas and salad, would definitely recommend to anyone as a pre show meal nice and close to both Bord Gais and would also be ideal for the 3 arena.

07/08/2025: The quality seems to have been going down for a while, but since its close we order anyway. Today though we orderd doners and they were absolutely inedible. Not sure if the meat is old or not stored properly, but I ended up binning the food and will not order from Romayos again. I wouldnt recomended anyone else eather.

01/08/2025: Charged 36.48 for an order that was 31.99, so they charged me 4.49 for delivery that's less than 5 mins away , i purposely ordered through their own website to avoid the likes of just eat and deliveroo as i personally don't trust the people that deliver for those companies, yet it was a deliveroo cyclist that arrived with the food, you can only see so many videos of them eating people's food and doing even worse before you decide not to use companies like that, romayos didn't even bother to seal the bags or pizza box either, safe to say i won't be ordering again

26/06/2025: I often go here for food, and in person the food was delicious. However I ordered delivery tonight. The prices were higher, the portions were smaller and the same dish I always get was not saucy but more watery and not cheesy as it usually is. It's also usually served with chips but they're extra on delivery 🙄. Husband got carbonara and it wasn't great either. Could have made it at home for a quarter of the price. So disappointed. Called the chef who just disregarded my complaint. I won't be going back in person either. I guess loyal customers don't matter.

21/06/2025: Twice in a month we have been in the restaurant for a family gathering-the food is amazing, the staff are lovely people and it’s extremely good value-I honestly don’t know why it’s not more busy-we will certainly be back soon-Lynn Rice

13/07/2025: A good hotel 15 minutes from Galway with free parking and a truly excellent breakfast. Clean, quiet, with a decent-sized bathroom and room. Excellent value.

09/07/2025: The best thing about the hotel: the location. The rest is forgettable. It was very noisy at night because the walls are as thin as cardboard. My room was dark and musty, and the window overlooked the restaurant's exhaust, making it impossible to ventilate. The bathroom had mold. It was adequate for sleeping, but nothing more. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant were good. The service and staff were all very friendly. The rooms were clean.

25/03/2025: We chose the Diavola and the Tuna pizzas. The food was tasty and presented nicely. The staff were friendly. We were disappointed that neither Guinness or cider were on the menu but we did enjoy our meal.Thank you!

16/08/2025: Had a lovely lunch at Christophe’s in Dublin, tucked away by the Jameson Distillery. I enjoyed a delicious beef burger with mashed potato and grilled vegetables, paired with a Jameson aperitif and a pint of Guinness – all excellent. I sat on the terrace, where at one point some unpleasant guests appeared, but the manager quickly noticed and handled the situation very effectively. Thanks to that, my dining experience was saved and I left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

06/08/2025: Worst delivery experience ever. After waiting an hour for delivery they marked it as delivered. I immediately called and was told the courier had it and it was on the way. Tell me why it took another hour to be delivered? The food is warm too which means they only bothered to make the food maybe an hour and a half after ordering. When I called 5 different times during the full hour from the first call they had turned off their phones. When it finally arrived a full two hours after ordering, delivery driver just said there was traffic. Still doesnt explain it taking 2 hours.

14/07/2025: Being so close to the sea, one would imagine the fish should be really good here, I was sadly mistaken after ordering fish and chips firstly I noticed the chips were firm and undercooked yet the fish was way overcooked and dry, hard burnt batter that had to be discarded. Overall a very poor experience I wouldn't recommend. The portions are tiny too and overpriced I wouldn't mind that if the quality was good but sadly it's not. I couldn't even tell if the fish was fresh or frozen as it was cooked to a point where the flavour has disappeared and it was just bland dry fish meat

14/06/2025: This place used to nice and reasonable, the old guy there he's a rip off merchant..ordered a batter sausage and not a single chip thrown in, for 4euro!? 50 cents more than most other chippers and couldn't spare a chip, so scabby

17/05/2025: As someone new to town, I had this place recommended to me. I arrived late tonight, just 30 minutes before they closed. An older lady kindly explained their chef had already left. However, she was incredibly helpful and still managed to serve me. She offered me lasagna, and it tasted great! I ate quickly so they wouldn't have to stay open late for me, but she never rushed me and even kindly warned me it was very hot. At the register, she even gave me an Italian bread to take home and try. I'm so grateful for her kindness. It meant a lot to me and really made a difference.

24/08/2025: After a long Sunday trip around Ireland we decided to order from our local Romayo. Only had our "Sunday late dinner" from here and for the first time I could see that they put old chips on the bottom of the tray and top op with fresh chips. Very disappointed. A REGULAR CUSTOMER.

07/09/2025: Love the restaurant as you know, but please do yourself a favour. Install a light in the bathroom please, extremely dangerous going in there with no light. My wife has a balance problem, had to stand in the hallway?And leave the door open, so she could use the bathroom.That's a little bit ridiculous. Going on 2 weeks now hasn't been fixed. I'm sure a big chain like yourself can manage to put in a light bulb into the bathroom,please. I'm sure you don't want to be claimed for a fall. It has been mentioned a couple of times but it feels like it's been on deaf ears. It's a Risk factor Cos when you shut the door you're in the dark what are you supposed to do. And the last thing your television in there is always breaking down. And the last thing, is allowing electric scooters to go into your premises and loads of them outside the doorway , somebody falls over them who's gonna be liable. It's on your premises. And allowing loads of youths in there at times that are just sitting over a drink and gangs of them in there what kind of a restaurant is it. I Feel the staff sometimes in there, are afraid to open there mouths. But at the end of the day that shouldn't be allowed to happen in the first place.

03/09/2025: Service was fine, as always. However, the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here the chips have been hard to eat. It’s like they have been refried several times. It’s shocking. I ordered a garlic cheese chip tonight and I couldn’t even finish it. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt today but it’s been the same for my last 3 previous orders. I won’t be back
