01/04/2024: Dined here for my husband's bday. We enjoyed our food, but his medium steak was rare but it was looked after and complementary desert. Staff were super with our little girl too. Would return for food as it's just a lovely place, staff are lovely, and look after you well. Couldn't do enough. 🥰

13/03/2024: After a day at Comic-Con this was our stop off on the way home from dublin. An opportunity to catch up with friends and spend time with family. A beautiful meal and service. Highly recommend and will be back as food was not only delicious but it was reasonably priced too!

03/03/2024: We were here on a Saturday evening, and had the lasagna with chips. They unfortunately ran out of wings so we couldnt get them as a starter. I hate to say it, but the service was not good, theres no way of sugar coating it. The lad forgot our orders, from getting us a glass for the wine we brought, to the pint I ordered. It took 35 minutes for a pint and I had to go up to the bar and get my own wine glass. I hope he's okay and didn't have something seriously troubling him, seemed a bit off, spaced out or...on the grass that night. We have been here once before, a few years ago, and definitely didn't have this type of experience. However, the food (when it finally arrived after an hour) was worth waiting for. The lasagna was solid, and the chips were chunky and delicious. I don't think there will be a next time unless we're with some regulars.

29/03/2024: A busy restaurant at the best of times, we were glad to have booked. Food was excellent and atmosphere was great. Wine was well received. It was a good night overall.

29/03/2024: Lovely cafe, lovely cakes, delicious coffee. Very friendly and efficient staff. Seating inside and outside. There is a lovely local feel to the place. Very welcoming.

22/03/2024: Lovely clean comfortable seating area. My wife got a really nice cup of hot tea and a croissant and I had a lovely fresh coffee and fruit scone with jam and fresh cream. Cost was ok €12.40. Staff are very friendly and quick with the service. Good spacious, clean and bright toilet. Will come back again.

29/02/2024: The restaurant's expectation is to finally eat something Italian in the area. The truth is that only the name is Italian. We ordered some pizzas, needless to say that the dough was not even comparable to that of a pizza. Crumbly, very salty and almost inedible (at least for an Italian). I think it is the classic commercial Italian restaurant that only those in the area like, not recommended.

21/03/2024: Had an issue with the temperature in toom ( my problem not hotel) asked young girl at reception Daria and she offered to give me another room without hesitation _ breakfast is the best you will get anywhere _ lovely young girl there too_ this hotel is a bargain without compromising on quality and service . Would highly recommend.

20/03/2024: Staff is super nice! The hotel itself getting outdated. We had a problem with the first room but luckily got to switch rooms the second night. There is noise from the pubs especially on the weekend. 3 stars because the first room was really disappointing. It had a horrible smell coming from outside (right next to the kitchen vent) and somewhere close by (I guess right under?) was a door banging all night. Second room we got was nice though on the upper floor.

03/04/2024: The food was quite bland and I did not feel well after eating the pizza. Staff very kind and helpful

16/03/2024: We had four course meal here this evening. The menu is extensive and good value. We had deep fried Brie, garlic mushrooms for starters; two different pasta dishes for mains and then chocolate and fudge cake and sticky toffee pudding for dessert followed by espresso. The food was excellent. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. €57.90 for both of us was really good.

11/02/2024: It came highly recommended so we were excited to try it, but it was a bit of a letdown. The food was just ok! Nothing really stood out to us. I had the bacon wrapped scallops and the duck confit, and my husband had the pork chop. While nothing was bad, it just wasn't really worth the money. Service was friendly and prompt. I do want to give them a huge kudos for accommodating my food allergies!

16/03/2024: Worst service in the city - do NOT go here, especially if you have food allergies! Unwilling to help customers with allergies and insist none of their ice creams have nuts in them, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Rude and disrespectful staff. Avoid at all costs!

06/03/2024: Once a year myself and himself go to galileo cafe in cahir for anniversary and valentines. And we get same meal butterfly chicken and it is exceptional. Food was fab service was quick. Highly recommend

02/02/2024: Today, our whole family visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time! 😊 We are full and satisfied! 😋The service staff is very nice and responds quickly to any requests. The menu is quite diverse, I especially liked the steak 🥩 🥰 children are delighted with the smoothie 🍹 I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely visit again! Thank you 🙏🏻

24/03/2024: Delicious pizza! Both the New Yorker and the Diavola are ones you would go back for, although the Diavola could have some more nduja! Staff are very friendly and the interiors of the restaurant itself is nice too.

17/03/2024: Food is good always reliable but in the chipper- take away part the staff are so rude. They almost look down on customers & treat them as an inconvenience on their day. We placed an order when it was ready I asked for an Empty tray or box that I could portion my toddlers food into. One girl looked at me as if I had 10 heads the other almost took the head off my shoulders. Bear in mind I’m standing there 7 & half months pregnant while asking. The second woman shouted no we’re too busy ! I asked could I at least get an Empty bag, she grab the closest one to her & flung it across the counter. The shop was really busy & I was highly embarrassed & felt I was an inconvenience to them ! As I said above food is reliable but over the years I’ve only ever had bad customer service when in Luigi’s take out. I will not be returning & encourage certain staff members to maybe brush up on their basic customer service skills.
