09/08/2025: My family and I stopped by for dinner the day we arrived in Killarney. We were able to get right in if we chose to sit outside. They have a nice covered area. The food, service and atmosphere were very good.

Edit based on your response: I did not ordered on Tuesday. My reviews says “ I ordered some pizzas..” Here is a picture of your generic pizza box. I would have been nice to take into consideration the review and improve your services this is what reviews are for. Have a nice day.

30/08/2025: We are long term customers, I come with both my girls weekly and Eoin is normally there. My eldest daughter has autism and today we had her support dog with us, a tiny teacup chihuahua, she was in my cardigan. We were told rudely by a guy called Martin that we had to eat outside with the dog, it was raining and wet!!! We feel we were treated so rudely with a complete lack of understanding of Autistic support dogs and my child. We are always treated brilliantly there by Eoin, but this guy Martin has absolutely no empathy and is in no way welcoming, he is in fact rude and lacking in any customer service. We left rather than sit outside in the rain, Martin was putting up an umbrella outside when we left as if we were expected to give over money to pay for a meal and sit outside in the winf and rain

07/09/2025: Food is basic, not horrendous, and totally edible, but ambience and price try to imply quality when it’s only slightly above an M&S meal. Won’t be in a rush back. Service was friendly and competent

05/09/2025: I was really disappointed with this place. The pancakes were clearly the packaged ones you can buy in Tesco – hard, dry, and tasting like cardboard. If you can’t make pancakes from scratch, don’t put them on the menu. The cappuccino was just as bad: the coffee was burnt and extremely bitter. Honestly shocking for an Italian restaurant. Please, review your barista skills and your breakfast menu – customers deserve better.

08/04/2025: Came for lunchtime. Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was great and delicious food!

04/04/2025: Had a birthday dinner here and experience wasn’t good. Food was meh, waitress was a bit rude, orders were mixed up even though it was all double checked after making the order. The pizza was ok but no one liked the carbonara. When asked about the food we didn’t like the carbonara and were being asked why we didn’t like until the very last minute we were, not very comfortable for us. Don’t really recommend this place.

31/08/2025: Nice diner type vibe in a small local setting. Seating area is limited but was made up for with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the one floor staff member.

24/08/2025: Balally is one of the best branch I had Romayo in Dublin. I came to the shop at the near closing time, even though the main door was already closed, only opened for collection, the staffs were still selling to me. They were so nice and friendly, I really appreciated their excellent service.

12/12/2024: An excellent spot to eat in or get takeaway with lots of parking nearby. The food was fantastic, fresh ingredients and well presented. I had a chicken kebab which was delicious, really well seasoned with a salad that was fresh and crispy. Highly recommended. Try it, you won't regret it.

06/09/2025: Shameful . Can’t understand what it is as we ordered pizza. Delivered us some crazy thing to eat or to throw. Tried to check too it’s crazy.Even asked to take it back they don’t want .

05/09/2025: Delivery ordered with clear note- no red onion on pizza, please 🙏🏻. I got pizza fully red onion covered it is even complicated to find other toppings. In addition, pizza is delivered completely cold, box is leaking by oli and the only flavour I could feel except onion is salt. The worst pizza I have ever tried in Dublin.
