10/05/2025: It's good, but some say it's a little burnt, others say it's very thin and crispy, others say it's nothing special and very difficult to please everyone. For me, when I order pizza, I choose my pizza and there's no problem at all, and everyone should do the same. Instead of choosing defects, choose your pizza. The pizza maker makes the pizza to your taste. Then you order what you want and if you make a mistake with the flavors, you'll definitely get it right next time. Pizza made in a stone oven is even part of that very old Italian tradition in which pizza became a very special food.

05/05/2025: Very chewy base. Maybe it's better in the restaurant and not delivered but I would have been better off with a Lidl pizza. Expensive too.

24/05/2025: Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was great, the welcome was warm, and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything your heart could desire. A pub and a small shop are nearby. A perfect stop on the Dingle Way.

22/05/2025: Both the host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating to us. We were greeted warmly right away and shown to our room. It was very convenient that we could leave our breakfast and packed lunch requests on a note, so we could think about what we wanted to eat the next day. The selection was very good and varied! The room is small—not a problem for us, as we had a small suitcase. The cottage has a quaint style. We felt very comfortable! The host gave us postcards as a gift when we left, which we were very happy about! :)

22/09/2024: Very friendly and competent staff, the pizza was the best we ate in Ireland… Bruscetta for the starter was very tasty, not run of the mill. I can only recommend it

08/05/2025: We got for takeaway and had outside in the pubs beer garden. Delicious bbq chicken pizza wings and chips. Thanks to Mia for being so friendly and helpful.

15/03/2025: Friendly, tasty good value good. Tasty not fancy but affordable for a gentle dinner out. Very worth supporting as there’s nowhere else in Layton. Are here Friday and Saturday while attending Archery Ireland in Gormanston. Enjoyed finding this decent restaurant trying to survive and build a future. Well done to the kitchen and waiting team. Don’t give up.

15/04/2025: This is a unique coffee shop with a very nice atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating and the menu is simple and to everyone's taste. We were a group of four with all different tastes, we enjoyed our food and coffee, we were comfortable (not feeling rushed) and all agreed it was worth returning to. Definitely recommend it 😊

18/05/2025: Waited over an hour for delivery and 20 minutes over the ETA. Pizza arrived not sliced - at €17 a 12' pizza i thought this was really lazy. Pizza tasted good but the artisan pizza with walnuts and pomagranets had about 7 bits of wanut and literally 10 pomagranets bits on it-a bit measly-not quite the texture, flavor pops i had hoped for.

20/05/2025: It was recently upgraded to a diner. Always clean and everything is new. When I'm down on my luck on a rainy afternoon I like to treat myself and eat in at Romayos Balally. The atmosphere is perfect because they play radio Nova and the lads are so welcoming and polite. The staff at Romayos Balally are a credit to your business. I've been there twice since the new year to sit in with a 10" Margarita Pizza and they always bring me a little extra portion of chips and say "it's on the house". I guess they are the old chips that were not fit to sell but it still warms my soul to be shown their kindness and I always enjoy the gesture and the chips. I love your little diner on a rainy day. its so close at hand as I live in the estate next door. Tasty food is one thing but hospitality is what makes five stars. Thank you and well done.

10/05/2025: Had a lovely family Sunday lunch here. Food was amazing and staff were so nice, much friendlier than most places I've been recently. Highly recommend.

04/05/2025: We had dinner last night 3rd of May and were served by the most wonderful waiter who I believe was called allesandro. One of our party was a wheelchair user and in a pleasantly shocking turn of events he was extremely helpful with navigating the restaurant but without making a big fuss. That was one positive but what was even more encouraging was that usually when she is in attendance people talk over her and ask others in the party what she would like to order etc. that was not the case her at all times he addressed her only looking to other for any clarifications needed. This was such a lovely inclusive experience that we find seriously lacking usually. Would definitely return as, as always the food was delicious also.
