18/09/2025: I'm not one to leave many reviews but I just have to say this place is the best. On a short break in Wexford, looking to grab pizza. These days I'm used to grumpy young staff with no customer service. Well this place is the complete OPPOSITE. The young staff are happy to be there, they are dancing and singing to music, multitasking, having banter with customers. The atmosphere is so uplifting and welcoming. The food was top and the guy threw some chips in with my pizza. I would put a pic but I ate it all. Pure class!

08/10/2025: This one star is for the delivery service. The pizza arrived an hour and a half later and was already cold. This is because the delivery person went to the wrong address than the one specified in the order. The manager didn't even try to resolve the issue. Unprofessional, a huge minus.

05/10/2025: Was looking for Italian pizza , I was order pizza take away but when I was see pizza it’s not look like Italian at all! Pizza di Parma Taste like normal pizza, but for sure not like Italian

16/10/2025: I arrived last Saturday, haven’t been to this establishment before. The food was a delight! And my server was so lovely, I believe her name was Bethany— lovely American girl, she made my experience fabulous! Will be back again soon!

12/10/2025: We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary there, a couple of weeks ago The food, service, atmosphere, and place were all top class The lamb shank was fabulous 👌 Genuinely enjoyed our meal and the courtyard was beautiful for having photos taken

06/10/2025: Delicious food — we really enjoyed our dinner! I had the fish of the day, which was sea bass — it was really tasty. And enjoyed tiramisu afterwards. Can definitely recommend this restaurant! 🍽️✨

30/08/2025: Food is amazing have tryed nearly everything always here with the kids and husband.. Staff are so nice and friendly.

20/07/2025: The first red flag for us was there was only person on service and waited a long time to make our order . That said he was a good guy just over run. As to the food the meat balls for starter were over cooked yet sauce was nice . The mains were dreadful and like something you would give to your dog with the leftovers from yesterdays dinner . Roast potatoes reheated and you would need a chainsaw to cut through them . Chicken over cooked and roast parnips and carrots were limp and soggy and on a bed of tasteless mash. Gravy tasted like bad wine. Left without having the deserts as we didnt have high hopes after was we were already served.

04/09/2025: Stop in after walking the Dingle Way and it was a very nice place. The owner greeted me and was really nice and helpful. The room had everything you needed. There was a bathroom in the room, the WiFi was fast, and the room and entire hotel was very clean. Felt very welcomed and would stay again.

09/08/2025: Beautiful bnb in the town that gave us one of the greatest arctic explorers the world has ever seen, Tom Crean (awesome hiking audiobook btw). Great accommodation. The full Irish was to die for. Brian even went the extra mile to deliver an item I had left behind to the next bnb in our Dingle Way adventure. Thanks Brian, I’ll be back.

14/10/2025: Friendly staff. Our server was an entertaining guy. Pizza made in a pizza oven from scratch. Quite the authentic Italian chefs creating the food. Highly recommend food and wine list.

30/09/2025: Great pizza!! Thought the sides were only okay but the actual pizza was really delicious and just what we wanted. Not sure what the previous reviews meant about the pizza being soggy or floppy unless they doused it with oil.

10/06/2025: Great spot for good pasta and pizza and also very reasonably priced. Great value as the pizzas are large and the pasta is a large portion. Large pour in the glass of wine which was nice to see. Very friendly staff. Will go again.

08/10/2025: The pizza dough looks very promising, but since the sauce is bland, the pizza is tasteless. It's a shame. The service was without a smile or a word, so our recommendation is to move on.

07/10/2025: Really good pizza — we tried the Parma ham one and loved it! The roasted potatoes weren’t great, they felt a bit reheated. I had the tiramisu, which was fine, and my husband’s cannoli lacked the crunchy crust. That said, the place has a lovely authentic Italian vibe — the staff even chat with each other in Italian, which adds to the charm. Overall, a nice spot for proper pizza, with some room for improvement on the sides and desserts.

05/07/2025: Best Italian food I've had in Ireland, there can't be more than a few places on this level and half them are probably €150pp Michelin stars. You enjoy it more as food is perfectly home cooked with TLC and top ingredients and flavour and it's actually healthy Mediterranean food without cheap chemicals and oils etc typical of modern "food". Digests really well and you feel great even after having a big feed and dessert too. Server was really nice and the chips were perfectly crispy and made from a nice potato. Pizza was custom ordered and very very nice. One of the nicest pizzas I've had. The bourbon vanilla soft serve Italian ice cream and (I forgot the name of it but basically soft pastry wrapped desert with light whipped cream) was very very good I enjoyed the small homemade and very tasty desert more than a big bowl of cheap ice cream which is only chemicals frozen milk and sugar. Bit pricey but it's actually fair for the service and quality of food and ingredients. You just need to know what you're getting and that it is a premium dining experience. With soft drinks, 2 desert, chips and a 12 inch custom pizza between 2 people and a few euro tip to round it the meal came to 50 which was well worth it. Definitely will be back for special occasions.

06/06/2025: Tried Cesare’s for the first time tonight and was really impressed. The food was full of flavour and felt genuinely Italian. We had the pasta and Pizza and it was cooked perfectly. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Cosy atmosphere too, great spot for a relaxed meal out. Will definitely be back!

29/09/2025: Good restaurant food-wise but we had the unpleasant surprise of being charged 10% tax on the handwritten bill because there were 13 of us under the pretext of an additional workload that was not specified at the start, so almost €50 more on a large bill of €450. We feel a bit taken for fools. We didn't want to dwell on it as we don't speak English or French, but the prices are high enough to avoid this kind of tax, it's theft

25/09/2025: We decided to give this restaurant another try as we haven't been in about 15 years and couldn't remember any reasons for not going back. Positives: - Nice table upstairs by the window (as requested) with great views of the sea front - Good service. The waiter was attentive and our food came out in good time. Negatives: - Quiet ambiance. - We had decided to have an early bird meal but had to ask the server for the menu when we sat down as we were only given the a la carte menu - Early bird menu appeared to be good value but we noticed a supplement of 3 euro to add a side to a main dish. The chicken portion was small and came with nothing else if you did not opt to pay for a side. A la Carte is expensive for what you get. I added prawns to a pizza and it cost 4.50 euro for 4 x prawns. I also opted for a side of seasonal veg at 7 euro and was extremely disappointed with a sad looking side plate of 2 x bits of brocolli, 3 x carrot sticks and a baby potato sliced in half. Not worth 7 euro. The desserts were also expensive at 9 euro. The restaurant food and service is good but I think that the food is overpriced for what you're getting and based on the pricing alone, I would not be likely to dine here again.

16/09/2025: My go to place for the best pizza in Dublin. Their Veggie, Margarita and fungi pizzas are delicious. Don’t forget to try the tiramisu which is a perfect end to the meal

14/09/2025: The service was a bit off-putting. We were two dining and asked the bill to be split based on what we each bought, and the server told us to do the calculations ourselves..... 😒 Additionally, we had a 10% service charge, which was not made clear to us beforehand. Also, for some reason, the prices on the menu do not have tax included into them so be prepared for a bill larger than you will expect to pay. Nevertheless, the food was good, so as long as you get lucky with your server, it's not a bad place to visit.
