05/07/2025: Stopped here on the way back from a swim/sauna at Ballinskelligs, it was raining and quite late out. We were here in holiday and we stupidly ordered without checking we had cash with us! The owners were so good and said we could just drop the money down the next day, but as we were leaving in the morning they said we could leave with the local shop for them. So of course that's what we did! Regarding the food itself (eaten piping hot in our campervan), portions were generous and the fish was so fresh, with a lovely light batter. Chips were good and the curry sauce was delicious! All in all, a great meal, thoroughly recommend!! Thank you again for your kindness to these two eejits!

17/08/2025: Saturday 16th. Of August, arrived at the Coast Cafe there is a sign just inside the door “PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED” I’d be still waiting if I had not found a table myself which wasn’t even wiped clean, two waitresses sitting down at one of the tables having food, a beef burger was ordered, when it arrived we discovered it was half raw some of it was red, totally disgusting, very bad since it was taken over, won’t be going there again.🤬

23/07/2025: Coming here every year and this experience was very disappointing. 5 of us arrived for breakfast before 12. The waitress came to take our order at 12.04 and said breakfast was over. Not good enough as we were there before 12. We watched the table beside us receive their breakfast, who arrived at the same time as us. Very disappointing as we said to the waitress when we arrived we were there for breakfast. My daughter asked for soup and was told it was not ready yet. We then waited 20 mins for toasted sandwich's. 😞

26/04/2024: Nothing bad to report here. Good service was provided and had a chicken burger, chips, chowder and two zero heinekens. Toilets very clean. Sometimes they have live music. Nice decor.

09/11/2025: Perfect location for a romantic weekend getaway!! Rooms were clean and comfortable With a great view and A special thank you to the man and women of the house who made my partner and I a late dinner after our car got stuck on inch beach Well past closing time. Thanks again. We will be back.

12/07/2025: we booked a spontaneous stay for one night and got surprised with the most homely welcome! the rooms are cute, clean and tidy and we got gifted with the most wonderful view! the owner tried everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible - thank you so much for this experience 🌹

19/09/2025: Highly recommend this place for anyone who is craving chinese food in the area. Place is now only takeaway however flavours are authentic and portions are decent with decently priced food. Gentleman at the counter is also lovely and is happy to provide recommendations to anyone who may want it.

22/05/2024: Sadly, Only open at weekends! So we had to eat at The Lane, also part of the Ross Hotel, not bad at all
