19/06/2024: Literally the best stew I’ve ever had!! Taste was incredible and meat was melt in your mouth! And so warming!

22/10/2023: That was closed on Sunday 9.15 AM.

08/08/2023: This review isn't about the food, as we weren't given the chance to taste it or even set foot inside the establishment. This morning (9:30-9:45), we wanted to have breakfast here. Google indicated it was open, but given some of the reviews, I decided to check while my husband waited for me further on. Outside, a small sign announced that there was indeed a tea room, visible through the windows, and the only door leading to it was open. I went inside, looking for any sign, and a little further on, I saw a woman bustling around in the tea room through the door, which was also open. I didn't have time to say a word before she said something (which I didn't understand), yelled at me to get out ("OMG! Get out! Get out! Get out!" I understood that), and ran after me (that finally convinced me). I left without asking for my change. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but it was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone (especially those who don't speak English very well like me), so I'm sharing it. This woman may not work there, but in any case, it's unacceptable to allow customers to be treated this way.

22/05/2025: It was horrific I ate 2 bites of the roast of the day and got sick, €17.50 is a scam as you can see from the photos , I was served a wrinkled chicken( mystery meat) it was so disgusting ,microwaved dog food would have been better. There was only two other people in the restaurant so that should have been a sign the staff obviously were not paid enough to care. I’m brushing my teeth profusely to get rid of the taste of rotten chicken or whatever that was

11/08/2025: We eat here regularly as a family (including a 3-year-old) and we're always very well received! The food is generally good, with some dishes particularly to my liking (the fried chicken with spicy honey sauce is really great). Perfect for eating in, although many people get takeout.

07/01/2025: Delicious food. This is a vegetarian's dream. The people are very nice and the place is cozy. There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.

15/12/2024: Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find. The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. We will be back!

28/06/2025: Just had the worse food ever here this evening, first placed order the girl asked did I want everything on regular burger ,as I replied yes ,the order was regular burger meal, 1/2 pounder ,taco fries ,breast of chicken 2 drinks. We waited 30 minutes with everone that came in after gone with food etc .regular burger came with ketchup is that everything on burger and all the food was cold .3 young people working there then man came in with bald head i think owner no manner by anyone in there he could see our order was 30min because I had to call the young boy and ask was it nearly ready we were waiting 30 min so he went in and said it ,not impressed by service as I managed a fast food restaurant for 20 years myself in kerry I am fuming, they need to change things for a tourist resort.

22/07/2025: Wonderful afternoon tea experience with a wide selection of delicious and carefully prepared food for ALL dietary allergies and intolerances The staff are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend!

29/06/2025: We went to The Brasserie for Lunch recently .On arrival we were warmly greeted , seated promptly and given menus . Our food and drinks orders were taken swiftly . The ambience was good and everything was spotlessly clean . The service was 5 Star . Donal the Supervisor and his crew went above and beyond providing excellent customer service to our table and the tables around us . The food we had was of excellent quality and arrived piping hot in a timely manner . Our favorite part of the meal was the Homemade Strawberry Meringue Roulade . It was out of this world followed by freshly brewed coffee . The bathrooms were immaculate with plentiful hot water , soap and hand drying facilities . In fact they were the cleanest and most well maintained bathrooms I have seen in a long time . Overall I could only rate the experience as 5 Star and if you are visiting Tralee , The Brasserie is well worth a visit .

28/10/2023: We popped in here for a few drinks and to soak in the atmosphere - loved it! They had the rugby game on and we enjoyed listening to all the conversations and excitement. The service and drinks were great!

26/09/2023: Fantastic pub right in the heart of Kenmare. Great live music with great atmosphere. The stay and service was superb. Highly recommend.

03/10/2025: Our group of 9 had an amazing time at Muiris Dan’s Bar. It’s in a great location, has a jukebox, dart board, pool table, AND Tommy made it fantastic!. We had lots of fun, heard great songs, & had a great last night in Dingle. Didn’t stay in the rooms, so can’t speak to that.

16/09/2025: Great bar with a very good Guinness. Nice to go a little off the main strip of bars

10/01/2025: Nice pub and staff. Had a nice evening here over Xmas.

26/03/2025: Me and a friend walked into lighthouse full of enthusiasm to try it for the 1st time, we walked in the door and was greeted by a man with a moustache, we asked him did he serve milkshakes and told us did we see it on the menu in a displeasing way. We asked to order a pizza, this was at 1:45am when they close at 4am, and he told us he couldn't serve it as they were closing which was quite surprising to us as they said online they closed at 4am, we ordered 2 wraps one chicken and one doner (both extra spicy)and 2 fantas, the cans were over 4 months expired and as we were waiting for our food we heard a microwave turn on, this was seen by both of us as we were standing at the counter. We then left and took a bite found out how disgusting it was and threw it in the bin. Lighthouses represents a point of hope, but in tralee it represents melancholy, if you ever wanted to know what depression tastes like i would recommend you go to lighthouse, if not i would keep away from the door.

11/11/2024: Ordered a pizza 2 hours before Close and they cancelled my order after I had been waiting an hour.
