25/08/2024: Sitio genial, personal muy amable desayuno riquísimo abre temprano tiene mucho sitio y piso superior tiene tronas para bebés, os recomiendo el blueberry muffins, nada pesado y riquísimo

01/08/2024: Wouldn’t bother trying again. Placed order online wasn’t accepted so I called to ask and she said order site/app wasn’t on but took down my order, would check and would call me back. Sounded busy so thought no problem I waited a half hour because I didn’t want to be a pain. Never called and when I rang again she just said system is down so nothing they could do and the money was only on hold on my account. I could order over the phone if I wanted. Couldn’t be bothered to be charged and second time if I couldn’t get a call back.

05/07/2024: Waited an hour and 10 mins for my food. Pizza was barely warm, over cooked and the chips were dried out and very hard. Not the best service and I've been in to eat and had takeaway several times. Will have to rethink next time at the cost today.

19/06/2024: Literally the best stew I’ve ever had!! Taste was incredible and meat was melt in your mouth! And so warming!

14/09/2024: Got a pizza last night, asked for thin crust (so it would be crispy). The man was very friendly in fairness and gave me garlic dips for free. But I got the pizza home and it was the soggiest yoke I've ever had, inedible, falling apart. Threw half in the bin. Forced half down because I was starving. Sound fella but my pizza was awful. Possibly a once off

08/09/2024: Fantastic experience. My 2 year old son has an epipen for a peanut allergy. The lady was so helpful and conscientious. She recommended the vanilla ice cream but double checked all the allergens. Opened a fresh batch and used clean utensils. Often my son misses out on treats when his 2 sisters are enjoying them as we are unsure about staff/hygiene/contaminates but we were reassured with their knowledge. Gorgeous icecream too 😋

26/08/2024: Delicious homemade ice-cream, my daughter loves the freshly made doughnuts. All the girls are so friendly and polite. The shop always looks so clean and tidy also.

08/08/2023: This review does not concern the cuisine because we were not given the opportunity to taste it or set foot in this establishment. This morning (9:30-9:45) we wanted to have breakfast here. Google indicated it as open, but given some comments, I wanted to check while my husband waited for me further away. Outside, a small sign announces that there is indeed a tea room that can be seen through the windows, and the only door to access it is open. I returned, looking for any sign and I saw a little further on a lady who was busy in the tea room through the door which was also open. I didn't have time to say a word when she said something (which I didn't understand), shouted at me to get out ("OMG! Get out! Get out! Get out!" that I understood) while running after me (that finally convinced me). I left without asking for my rest. I don't like to give negative reviews, but it was an experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone (especially for those who don't speak English very well like me) so I'm taking the liberty of sharing it. Maybe this lady doesn't work in this establishment but in any case it is unacceptable to let customers be received in this way.

28/10/2023: We popped in here for a few drinks and to soak in the atmosphere - loved it! They had the rugby game on and we enjoyed listening to all the conversations and excitement. The service and drinks were great!

26/09/2023: Fantastic pub right in the heart of Kenmare. Great live music with great atmosphere. The stay and service was superb. Highly recommend.

02/01/2025: We arrived as a group of 5 people for lunch today. We were swiftly seated by a manager, we ordered drinks and food , the starters arrived promptly and we waited almost 30min for our main courses, 4 of the 5 dishes were salads, all tasted fine. The biggest gripe was we were positioned between families with babies, how on earth could you enjoy a meal surrounded by screaming children and parents oblivious to their behaviour. It ruined our afternoon. We ordered desert and coffee's which took another 30 mins. Service was always very prompt and efficient here . Not sure that I would bother coming back.

30/11/2024: Lunch sounded simple and standard based on the menu, but the food was very fresh and super delicious. A memorably good meal! The calamari was crispy and great and the chicken wrap was elevated. Service was charming despite it being a very busy lunch rush. Don’t miss this place!
