The best restaurants in Kerry

13/10/2024: En una gira de 3 amigos por Irlanda, nuestro día de eventos programados al aire libre tuvo que ser fregado. El lado positivo es que nunca habría visitado Muckross Garden Restaurant de otra manera! Tomé una sopa de papas sencilla pero muy buena y un plato de 3 bollos de chocolate éclair. Es uno de los dos lugares a los que fuimos en toda Irlanda con una máquina de fuente de refrescos. Tengo una Coca-Cola Dietética. El yo - selectas comidas calientes olía y se veía fantástico. La selección de postres caseros fue asombrosa. El ambiente es casual de confort elevado. Todos muy amables. La tienda de regalos adyacente es una buena! ¡No te decepcionarás!

28/09/2024: El restaurante Muckross Garden se encuentra cerca de la casa Muckross en el Parque Nacional Killarney, en Irlanda Occidental. Vinimos aquí para desayunar un sándwich de pollo, un pastel y un capuchino. Todos ellos estaban bien, un desayuno pragmático para comenzar el día visitando la zona de Muckross.

12/06/2024: Service in the Danu restaurant was terrible! Food was great! I asked about the pencil 3 times, because they forgot to give us! I ordered pasta with sauce on the side for my daughter and came together :( The waitress only said “I am sorry” because the restaurant was busy, but I didn't agree, as there were a lot of empty tables! The staff are not prepared. About the bill had the wrong value, the waiter adjusted twice and it was wrong again... the third time he printed the bill correct with the right value. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant

27/05/2024: Der Seafood Chouder als Vorspeise war lecker und auch der Fisch zum Hauptgang. Beilagengemüse und Kartoffelbrei waren aufgewärmt und geschmacklos. Insgesamt OK aber nicht herausragend.

18/07/2024: We stopped for tea and all was good until the scones were limited to five left this afternoon. After we had to go to another spot for additional treats.

18/06/2024: My husband and I visited the cafe on a day out to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We found the staff very friendly.The cafe had a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. We both had the triple decker sandwich with soup.The meal was delicious and very well presented. Everyone in the cafe as customers were friendly too.We visited the weaving room nearby and we enjoyed the whole experience immensely.A real gem to be recommended to visitors!

28/08/2024: Fantastic ice cream, and wonderful service. Went above and beyond to serve our kids at closing time. Highly recommend.

28/04/2024: There was a good selection I got raspberry sorbet it was very taste.

12/08/2024: Great fish and chips, great jalfrezi curry spiced to order. Highly recommend the food. Very nice v service. Starters were good also and not too expensive. Wine reasonably priced. Would like v if they expanded to include a few cocktails and craft beers

25/07/2024: We had a fabulous lunch here, the freshest of food and everything homemade. Great staff and lovely surroundings. We ate outside the back of the restaurant as we had our golden retriever dog with us who was most welcome and loved pottering around the garden. Highly recommend.

11/03/2025: Vinimos aquí para celebrar la confirmación de mis hijos y tuvimos una noche fantástica. El restaurante estaba ocupado y no están tomando reservas, que nos informaron con antelación cuando preguntamos. El proceso de espera se llevó a cabo de manera fluida y eficiente. Nos recibieron con todas las sonrisas y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. La comida desde los entrantes hasta el principal y los postres son excelentes! Bien presentado, porción generosa y de muy muy buen gusto. Volveríamos de nuevo y no le importará la espera debido a su hermosa vista. Todo el personal que nos atendió es extremadamente educado y lleno de vida. Gracias.

08/03/2025: A la dirección de la cervecería Quería tomar un momento para expresar mi agradecimiento por la maravillosa experiencia gastronómica que mi familia y amigos y yo tuvimos en el hotel Brasserie in Europe durante la celebración de confirmación de mi hijo. A pesar de la noche ocupada, los gerentes / anfitriones eran serviciales y atentos, asegurando que estábamos sentados rápidamente. El menú ofrecía una selección encantadora, y los platos no solo estaban bien presentados, sino también deliciosos. Mi hijo disfrutó particularmente del pato, que consideró el punto culminante de la comida. El pudín de pan era un postre destacado, con su textura suave y sabrosa. Nuestro servidor, Lisa, proporcionó un excelente servicio durante toda la noche, mejorando aún más nuestra experiencia gastronómica. Nos fuimos del restaurante impresionados y satisfechos, ya esperando nuestra próxima visita. Gracias una vez más por una noche memorable en Europe Hotel.

16/03/2025: Popped in for a quick lunch. Lovely big fire going and staff were warm and welcoming. Irish stew was delicious. Server was very pleasant and attentive and took the time to engage in conversation. Bought some Guinness chocolate from the souvenir shop which was lovely. Will definitely return to try their Irish coffee.

03/01/2025: We went to the Red Fox for a look and to have a couple of Irish coffees.. Very friendly place, and I think a lot of people had the same idea as us on this cold windy wet day , have a warm drink. We had the Baileys one and whisky one, both very nice

13/08/2024: Great spot for family outing. Took my three kids there for breakie and the waitress was lovely. Quick on the food being served. Friendly smiles from staff. Lovely calm atmosphere. Kids had pancakes and the kids portion was huge. Great value.

25/07/2024: Ballyseedy Cafe Carrigaline Very disappointing visit.I ordered soup and brown bread.....the soup was very tastey but I got 2 slices of brown toast.I told the young waiter that I ordered brown bread but he didn't seem to want to know!My pal arrived and ordered soup with white bread and got 2 slices of white toast.Its a 1st for me... soup and toast...maybe a good way to get rid of stale bread.10 other customers there...what a shame used to be packed.Wont be going back again.No manager around to complain to although I did feel she was keeping out of sight.
