28/10/2024: Establishments in Kerry are normally very friendly and happy to welcome customers, this was not the case today in this bar. The rudeness was awful to paying customers in this day and age. Would never go back again. Shame because it is a lovely bar and nice food.
13/09/2024: Second time having the misfortune of visiting. Met by rude staff the first time but ended up staying for couple of drinks in July. Hoped perhaps they were having a bad day. Visited again today. Rudest staff ever. Particularly the taller lady. Was utterly ignored standing at the bar. This time didn’t stay after their rude interaction. Thought I could try my new found invisibility elsewhere.

10/09/2024: Standardized Asian fast food of acceptable quality. The service was friendly. The kitchen is open to view. Here we cook piecework for take-away and restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very simple and functional. The toilets were clean, but not really suitable or sufficient for a restaurant. The food came quickly and was hot. Compared to a good Chinese restaurant, it tasted rather average. The prices were fair and there was free soft ice cream for dessert.
12/07/2024: It was closed today also, walk to the point and came back.
Google map day before yesterday said it was closed, but today it says open till 10 pm

01/10/2024: They charged us wrong, we called in an order for collection and we were charged more than the prices online.
We rang twice to try to understand the prices and got told a different price each time for the same meal. It says online rice is included yet we had to pay extra. The prices don’t make any sense, I think they make it up.
The food was mediocre at best, the saag paneer had no taste.
19/05/2024: Nice place to have indian food.had chicken kebab ,dal tadka and pulav rice. food cooked alaminute and served hot..loved it

15/09/2024: Literally order this food last night I couldn’t even it eat it my boyfriend got violently sick after it and did not stop puking till at least an hour ago.
The person that dropped the delivery said he wasn’t giving me my food till I had paid for it but I had paid over the phone it was a complete joke.
25/07/2024: Pizzas are frozen and tastless , onion rings are frozen , I specifically asked were they made fresh before ordering and was told yes , that bad we couldn't eat them and guy on the till actually admitted after when asked that they were frozen , naan bread was that hard it was unedible also , definitely avoid this place....

04/11/2024: I must say that the kebap was not bad, but the delivery man did not know how to look at the map and lied when he said that he called me 3 times after not finding the address. After insisting that they bring me the order, the delivery man insisted on his lie and had the luxury of insulting me by saying that I didn't know how to speak English. It was the most racist thing that has happened to me in Ireland, a total shame
01/11/2024: Good food, service was very haphazard. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time. But it was tasty, fresh food and done exactly what we wanted.

17/09/2024: Stopped here on a Globus tour for about an hour.
Enjoyed some hot chocolate and Bailey’s Coffee both very good although expensive 11€ for-them.
The benefit- amazing views and picture opportunities.
Bring tou wide angle and telephoto !

We stopped off here for a drink while doing the ring of Kerry. I've often passed here and it's always closed (closes at 2:30pm every day).
We said we'd have one drink while passing. We were surprised that they only had cans of Bulmers, not pints or bottles. We ordered cordial for the kids and were told "we don't serve the mountain water" so we had to buy bottles of water for these cordials.
€20 for two cans and three cordials. They're charging €7/can of Bulmers (from a multi pack stating expect to pay no more than €2.75) and €3 a bottle of water. The woman behind the bar was friendly and nice.
The cans were unopened , so I returned them for a refund. Some tourists might get caught and pay that extortionate amount, but no way were we paying it.
Very annoying also to be told "How do I know you didn't just come in off the street with your own cans looking for a refund".
I cannot comment on the food as we didn't have any
I'll often pass here again, but it'll be my first and last visit. Rip off Ireland at it's finest 👌🏼

11/11/2024: Ordered a pizza 2 hours before Close and they cancelled my order after I had been waiting an hour.
10/10/2024: Extremely bad food... and even worse staff ! I never do reviews but I paid via card and they never delivered my food.... also the good reviews they have are fake accounts made my them to try increase the starts ... and it's still on 3 stars ! ROBBERS.

11/08/2024: Food was fantastic but the lady running the place seemed to be in foul humour. She was beyond rude. Her staff were find but not terribly pleasant but that was hardly surprising if the boss was obnoxious to customers I can't imagine she treats staff well.
We had booked a table for 6 but when she showed us in she said she was only expecting 5 so we'd have to squash in......the table was ample and had 6 settings. I just put it down to a mix-up. We waited 40mins to order and nobody would take it so one of our party went to the bar to ask if we could order. She was shouted at the they were very busy and there were people ahead of us and we had to wait our turn! Meanwhile the 2 tables who came in after us had already been served there starters!! Very strange behaviour.
When the food came (90mins after we were seated) it was absolutely gorgeous, cannot fault the kitchen at all other than the delay.
I just put it down to being very busy on a Thurs. As we left the Manager roared something after us about not leaving it 6mths before we visit again!! Literally the weirdest experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Maybe it's one of those places where you pay to get treated badly and roared at and that's what people go there for?? 🤔
06/08/2024: Lovely food and friendly service! Really enjoyed our evening. Lovely atmosphere. Not rushed at all. Gorgeous seafood and good wines. Will be back.
