22/08/2026: Worst quality food, overpriced and overcooked and rubbery. I went Into the shop and ordered a single pizza at 12.16, I didn’t receive my food until after 2… the staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful and didn’t even apologise or anything of the sort. The inside of this place is utter filth… covered in vomit and other excrement. Surprised they passed heath and safety….

09/08/2026: Worst food I have ever had. I ordered the breast snack box and somehow took 1 hour. I only received food after asking twice. The food was so bad. The gave a single lousy small piece of chicken and it was 50 - 60% bones. It can't even describe how disgusting the chicken tasted. The chips were normal but when I ordered they asked if I wanted thin or chunky fries, I said thin and they give me the biggest "thin" fries I have ever seen. The bathroom was tiny aswell with one stall but that's normal. The problem I had was that there were 2 women, just in the male bathroom, while the female bathroom was empty according to my companion. They also refused to leave.

31/07/2026: The first time I went in I ordered 2 chicken legs and when I went to open my box the women serving me gave me 3 chicken tenders instead then a few day later me and my boyfriend were going in and he ordered a chips cheese and curry and when he opened the box there was cheese curry and garlic sauce on the chips 2nd time in one week which isn’t very much of a enjoyable experience as I had to go back 2 time

16/06/2026: The worst yet . Chips are a disgrace and the chicken was poor at best .

30/05/2026: Went in for a chicken kebab and asked for the salad on the side,he said yeah then I was handed the kebab with the salad inside the kebab. Went back and he said,its not an option,so I gave him an option to give me my money back. What a circus they can't give the salad separately. Lost a customer today. Keep your kebabs clowns,ill take my money to denjoes.

28/04/2026: Got a pizza i loved the dough but they couldve had more sauce on the pizza. And a 12 inch does not come with a dip 🥲otherwise was very good especially the doner meat on it

14/03/2026: My friend Tiernan ordered from this restaurant as we do regularly , ordered a spice bag with no veg, proceeded to pay for the spice bag and take it away only to find he had been given no chicken in this spice bag . This really broke his heart as he loves spice bag and the only thing he loves more than a spice bag ia the chicken inside of the spice bag. Not good enough

28/12/2025: Very bad service. Me and my boyfriend went here for lunch we were told we needed to wait until the kitchen turned over from breakfast so they couldn’t give us a menu even though we could of just been looking at it until lunch started but that’s fine. The section we were in wasn’t even prepped for the next customers like after the family beside us had left nothing was done to the table for a good minute but I get that it’s a thing that maybe needed to wait. We were told it be 10-20 mins. We thought okay we’ll order some drinks until then we weren’t in no rush. We completely finished the drinks after so long still no service not even to see if we wanted another drink. We waited over a hour I know by then we should have left. Then new customers came in automatically got a menu and got food no waiting we were absolutely fuming no observation or organisation skills. Then we went to pay nothing said and the person behind the counter had no friendly character at all. Horrible experience luckily we just made it in time for a roll from the shop.

20/08/2026: VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE My friend and I visited and ordered two hot chocolates—one with marshmallows and cream, one with cream—and a slice of coffee cake. After ordering, as we were about to sit down, the owner called out from behind the open counter and told us the total and that we needed to pay. The way she spoke to us felt quite rude and unprofessional and honestly made us feel uncomfortable. We paid €20 and received only 30 cents back. There was no menu or price list, so we were genuinely surprised that two hot chocolates and one slice of cake came to €19.70. While we were having our drinks and cake, I went to the counter simply to ask for a napkin. Although she gave me one, her attitude and facial expression still felt quite unfriendly, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A successful business isn’t only about the food or the money—it’s also about kindness, empathy and respect. Making people feel welcome is a big part of hospitality. Unfortunately, we did not feel that during our visit.

14/08/2026: Very rude owner. Bizarre place. If you want scalded milk in a cup with bland coffee served by a rude lady then this is the place for you.

21/12/2025: We got 2 spice bags and have to say they were terrible! Literally the worst ever. There was virtually no seasoning whatsoever on anything so was basically just chips and the driest most tasteless chicken I've ever had. Was ridiculously chewy we had to throw majority of it away. Got a side of sweet and sour sauce which just tasted like vinegar so threw that away as well. What used to be a good Chinese many years ago its completely fallen off. That was final straw for us we will never be back.

01/05/2026: Everything about this place screamed bad idea. Impulsively decided to get 'some chips' after a few beers in Listowel on a quiet Thursday night. Ok facade, but then led up manky stairs to 'reception area' ✅ Cash only ✅ Food ready super fast ✅ Food packaging that I assumed was outlawed ✅ Fake looking chicken ✅ Read Google reviews and decided this was not a good idea to eat ✅ Disposed of said food in on street bin ✅ Waste of €8 ✅ Probably avoided an unwanted illness ✅✅✅

26/08/2026: Reviews are often subjective, so I'll try to be factual. We were a group of four adults and one teenager. Regarding the service: We waited patiently for about ten minutes at the foot of the bar, without a greeting or a word, despite several attempts by the staff to get our attention. When someone finally deigned to speak to us, they told us to sit down or find a seat and handed us two menus. After sitting down, we waited about twenty minutes for our order to be taken, and then another 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. The fish and chips and sea bass were very enjoyable, but the Margherita pizza arrived with an undercooked crust, and the burgers were basic, with no sauce, so they were dry, and the meat was overcooked. (€22 for a burger like that is a bit steep!) Four of us were eating faster than the last person, so a waitress came over and asked if she could clear the table. At this point, one of us was still eating with half their plate unfinished. We told her she could start clearing, which she did, taking everyone's water glasses and plates (including the person still eating). She then came back to ask if she could bring the bill, which we agreed to. She returned with the bill and the payment terminal while our friend continued eating. While we can understand that the initial indifference of our experience might have been due to some pressure, we waited a long time only to be rushed out the door. One positive point to note: a young man sang and entertained the crowd. As you can tell, I don't recommend this place, although the experience could probably have been different from one day to the next.

26/08/2026: Service was much to be desired, no seating service, no welcome nor greetings by staff. We were rudely rushed to pay the bill without even finishing our meal. We were not even offered to check out the desert menu. Our experience was just appalling.
