22/09/2024: I had a bad experience at Hennessys Bar as the owner and Staff was very judgmental towards me and other people also there is a smell from Hennessys Bar a lot of people complained about the smell & the owner should have his Licence Removed and Place Shut Down for Discrimination towards people with Different Backgrounds and the Rudeness of him and his Staff along with there poor Bar Service and the Security Bouncers don’t look like much and they are also Rude and Judgmental

18/08/2024: Great pub, always a great atmosphere, pool table, one place in Tralee where you can drink a blue moon - unfortunately they never have oranges

20/08/2024: Usually really like this coffee but today I ordered a coconut flat white, they gave me a dairy one which was fine I asked them to change it and they apologised. Then the next coffee they gave me was the same grind as the last coffee, not a fresh grind, watery and white in colour. Needed to ask for an extra shot just to taste the coffee but still poor quality. Also they aren't using reusable takeaway cups like the rest of killarney which was disappointing.

12/08/2024: latte= hot milk with a hint of coffee. I've had several great lattes here in Ireland just not this one.

02/11/2024: Ordered food for pick up. They forgot chips from 3 of meals ordered. ordered a naan bread and that wasn't there either. Ordered 2 kebabs and found a bit of bone in one. Rang up and told them what happened, they said they would deliver our forgotten food. we then waited an hour and called them as there was no sign of them and they told us that the delivery driver wouldn't drive that far as we live outside of town, after they already saying they would deliver it. Appalling service. i would give it 0 stars if i could

28/08/2024: Only option for "authenthic indian food" rest are kebab shops at a push. Got to give props to the young guy trying his best to work solo between sit in and takeaway as he was flooded. Food dissapointing and greasy,flavourless. Ordered yoghurt and a cheese naan for my son : bearly any cheese on the naan just a sprinkle in the middle and yoghury was gone bad (still paid for it). Saag paneer probably the worst i had to date,brown colour overcooked,no flavours and just traces of paneer. Bhindi bahji was okiesh just smothered in oil a hint of flavours. Dissapointing does not quite cover it.

30/10/2024: We ordered spice bag but there was no vegetables in it.

13/09/2024: Food is amazing quality and taste. Quality ingredients. Main meals come with rice or noodles ( small uplift for egg fried rice - less than a euro) Prices are very reasonable too. Staff are very friendly. Food cooked fresh to order. Sit in or takeaway.

15/08/2024: Cup not very full (approximately 30% of the cup) staff at reception not very competent. The food was excellent, we ate very well and we had Viking portions for a reasonable price.

13/10/2024: If I could give zero stars I would . The portions were a disgrace for the price. We got three portions of chips and every container was less than half full with one portion having 10 chips in it . When we rang to say it, the woman on the phone told us she done it herself and that it was full . It was absolutely not and for the price it’s crazy!! Real shame will not be back here and would not recommend.

30/06/2024: I was enjoying my dinner with my fitness until we heard an alarm and one of my friends shouted fire. Then a bar worker with a beard came over and rudely asked us ‘who’s the clown who shouted fire’ in my opinion I think this is very rude and the manager then would not serve us anymore as we shouted fire. Very rude staff

19/08/2024: I ordered the Original chiken burger. I got a large piece of meat, some lettuce and sauce, the bun was ok. It would have been good, but the chicken coating was overly salted. I'll give them another chance

01/11/2024: We ordered food over an hour ago and still and we didn’t get our food we spent €28 which included a delivery fee of €3 and we still didn’t get our food tasty bite is the worst place to order food because the will steal your moneys and give you nothing we called a few times and all they said is that they were closed do not order food from this forignen stealing hypocrites

14/09/2024: Always I ordered fried chicken and the taste is great , and give me always extre pieces for free the handling is very very good I recommend every one try from this restaurant 😍😍😍

18/10/2024: The food is not all that good, the only halfway good thing is the lasagna that they rarely make but it is overshadowed by the disgusted look they gave our group for going If you are Spanish or Latin and want to eat something typical of Ireland, don't come here, the food is basic and if you go with a lot of people, they get overwhelmed and look at you with a look of disgust.

21/09/2024: I visited the restaurant with my 2month old girl and 2yr old child yesterday.I asked the female waiter for a high chair and could she bring me over some food for my toddler as i couldnt leave the kids on their own,she said she would.She brought the highchair to me,I then proceeded to take my child out of the buggy and into the high chair to feed him.Apon her return,she was advised by another staff member to tell me they coudn't bring over food to me, as they were too busy.With a screaming baby in my arms,I had to take my disappointment toddler out of highchair and leave to feed them in another premises.As I left, staff were standing inside the counter glaring at me,and obviously not that busy to notice me leaving.I left the premises in tears because I was treated so badly in there.I hope that an elderly person/or a person with a disability wouldn't be treated this way.Where is the common courtesy and decency in people gone these days, to see that a young mother was struggling yesterday and they went out to make life more difficult for me.I'll be only delighted to tell my other friends with small children of my experience there and to avoid there.

26/08/2024: 5th time at The Grill, never disappoints, we were collecting for 8 of us to take back to our holiday home. Everyone was starving, and everyone was absolutely over the moon. 4 amazing fresh, and lovely battered fish and chips. 4 burger and chips, that I finished the last quarter of one were as good as we have had in some of the top places in central London. Mary and Breda were lovely, telling us all about what was going on, and where to go. Chef/Captain David loved telling us about how the fish were caught (didn’t ask about the beef) Seen a couple of bad reviews, not sure about that, we ate here 3 times over our month here. And honestly got better each time. Until the next time.

21/08/2024: Always ensure I take a visit here for at least one takeaway family dinner after being on the beach all day. This year, we had 3 suppers after the beach, and each one got better and better. Everyone wanted a mix, kids had burgers, adults had fish - all bloody superb. Only complaint, we were all too full!! Mary and I think Breda were lovely, telling us all about what was going on. Hope to enjoy very soon

09/11/2024: Terrible service, chicken and bacon legend. With no cheese, bacon or lettuce in it. Asked for a gluten free meal for my friend and they just made a mess in a box and served it to us. Wrong drink sizes and fries where soggy. All in all terrible experience.. ------- Edit: 11/2024 - Why did I ever go back, Still can't get orders right. Friendlier staff, just no quality. Ordered dbl Big Mac, got a single big mac in a box that literally says double Big mac... french fries are absolutely dreadful.

17/10/2024: Great spot in the heart of Killorglin. Pub/restaurant, we dropped in on spec for some dinner with the local branch of the family. A regular stop when in Killorglin, and a comfortable one. Great staff, good menu, and friendly crowd - highly recommend!

16/10/2024: On vacation to Ireland, our first stop was Kilorglin, and while waiting for our hotel room to be ready, we stopped for lunch at Bunkers - the hospitality was wonderful and I had my first Guinness. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the following night for dinner. The food and service, with server Ady, was great, and the trip across the Atlantic was worth it for the Chicken Hibernia. The peppery mushroom sauce on the chicken supremes was fabulous. Great place to relax, chat with the locals and the staff, and hang out for a couple of hours.
