19/08/2025: Nice fish and chips €19 sit in or €13 for outside, I went outside and still got moved from outside 👎

16/08/2025: They tried to make me pay more than I owed them, see the attached pic. Pay attention. And the waitress were rude, even after I confronted them on their "mistake", faking smile behind her words "I am terrriibly sorry". Fish and chips were not even fresh and not cooked as described in the menu. The fries were still cold inside. The price was way too high for the quality and quantity anyway. To Avoid.

03/07/2025: Great weekend! Such good food and unbelievable views. Life guard patrolled beach 100m away. Free space for kids to play in full view of parents. Perfect place to come spend time away. X

14/10/2025: The chips were good BUT the fish was the worst fish we had ever tasted!!! It was somehow already covered in batter ready to cook and the batters had become chewy and encased the fish which looked white with no shine or life and was tasteless. I would suggest cooking fresh fish from scratch in the usual manner, if not do not buy their fish.

07/09/2025: I visited here when I was last in Ballybunion. My mam and cousin were with me. We came about 19:00 for food after the beach. Waiting 30 minutes in the queue understandably because it was the evening time. Loved the food

24/09/2025: No one understands what you’re saying on the phone! Food comes wrong or missing items when u try ring the restaurant back they won’t answer!

14/09/2025: Staff after are very rude.. place is dirty, took 40mins food

20/10/2025: This is a longshot, but last Wednesday 15/10 I lost a charcoal grey Mucros driving cap at one of the outdoor patio tables around 2:00pm. If anyone happened to pick it up, could you please let me know?

23/09/2025: Great selection of homemade fast food at reasonable prices. And if you're lucky you'll have lunch with a view of the beautiful garden. Attentive staff clear away used dishes and even when it's busy at lunchtime, there are no dramatic queues, so you can fully enjoy your visit.

05/10/2025: As an older building it reflected this in our budget room. Saying that the room was warm and comfortable, the services were all in good condition and the bed was clean and comfortable. It's location is excellent but does lack parking onside. There is parking close by however so not a huge problem and parking on the street is available. Nice spot, nice staff.

25/09/2025: Absolutely disgraceful go there everyday for tea and today I went in ordered tea sat for 1hour went in asked for manager and bar lady said they were busy but yet she was able to go down town and the guy I ordered tea from walked past me with a guest around back and then I went outside went back in stood in door snd another guy asked was I OK I said I want to speak to management and he got smart and pulled door open hit me with the door and went to grab my arm and I told him he touches me he will be sorry they rang guards so I rang them then he said I'm here for too long having tea he's got other customers so this place is a place that you complain they Barr you and discriminate you

06/07/2025: There was no proper menu, we had to walk up and look ourselves. We asked the waitress what the desserts were and she left out the fact that there was a chocolate brownie available( there was only 4/5 desserts.) My beef was too chewy, presentation was quite poor. I will say that the pub has a great atmosphere, but as far as the restaurant goes - I wouldn't recommend.

26/05/2025: This was a quick stop while visiting the Ring of Kerry. Nice place. Had a coffee here and it was good. Staff was really lovely. There's a museum next to it but didn't have time to visit.

31/05/2025: Some of the service was relatively lackluster, menus were dirty, and the restrooms and restaurant weren't particularly clean. The food was good, though. Gluten-free pizza and pasta available.

18/05/2025: We ate pasta there. Everything tasted like it was pre-made sauce with lots of garlic powder. The food wasn't good. The service was very friendly and nice, but very loud, as the dishes we ordered were constantly being called into the kitchen. The restroom was simply disgusting. It wasn't cleaned, it was incredibly dirty. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

25/09/2025: Delicious pizza, vegetables are so fresh. It was quick and staff were great

23/10/2025: Great overall, McDonalds is McDonalds, But The service was just alright and everything else was just fine, I don't mind, But the queues Are insanely Long, It's boring, and please make the WIFI better please.

25/08/2025: Friendly authentic neighborhood pub. Owner and locals were warm and congenial. Made us feel right at home. Highly recommend.

19/08/2025: The outside advertised food, but they really didn't have any. The landlady made us a decent Irish coffee, however. Very hole-in-the-wall, but friendly.

07/10/2025: It is a nice fast food concept. Food is good, but could be better prepared. It is ok in according to the price.

08/09/2025: Edit 2 on 8 September 25. The chips have improved 100%. Real potatoes! But this evening I got 3 small paper bags that were half full, no joke. The accompanying garlic dips were pressed down into each bag also. Do I want plastic that has been touched by ungloved hands sitting in my half bag of chips? No. Very bad this evening. Pete get your staff into gear. Edit: [there's been an improvement,but it's not consistent. Burgers are not undercooked. Pizzas are great! ]Chips hard and dry! Fillet chicken sandwich was served in a 1/4 bun instead of one advertised which was, oblong! Also on one too many occasions have the burgers been undercooked, pink in the centre!! .(Further info for those who may forget what pink in your burger means, it means bacteria in the minced up meat is not killed by the cooking process. The least that will happen is a 'bad stomach', a day or two spent in the bathroom and the worst, more serious diarrhea and vomiting and hospitalisation. Eat up)

02/09/2025: No consideration or care for customers whatsoever. Delivered to wrong address, denied it and lied about calling me. Refused to accept any responsibility and offer refund or send out food again. Would not recommend them to anyone.

16/08/2025: Yet another food and drink establishment that has just decided we all want to drink low fat milk, no option of full fat. Is it too much to just buy in a carton and have it as an option at least

20/06/2025: They have it right here. Generous portion, great service and therefore great value too, spot on 😀

30/07/2025: Great Omelette! Great service. The cook went heavy on the mushrooms in the omelette. Best breakfast we’ve had in Ireland!

29/07/2025: Decent cappuccino but the staff are either half trained or not trained at all and I suspect it is the latter. I had to ask for cholocate in my cappuccino and then remove the previous customer's leftovers from the table while staff watched me clean it with a wet cloth. Shocking bad service.
