27/10/2024: Parking is not really clear for directions. Made me go through the drive through and wait ~10 minutes to get out.
08/10/2024: Can't complain really. Got my food very quickly and up to the usual standards of McDs. We've sat inside and had drive thru and both times were flawless.

27/10/2024: The customer service in Sunshine palace was second to none ! The staff were so friendly and helpful the minute we walked in the door ! The food was also amazing ! I will be returning without a doubt !

19/08/2024: Very nice place, listening music (you can even dance) all the evening, as eating a seafood chowder and slightly spicy Buffalo style chicken wings. Generous plates, I recommend it.
25/07/2024: It took over 40 minutes to get my food. I was at a table for one and everyone around me that was seated after me (including a table of 10) received their food before me. It took another 15 minutes to get the check after asking two different people.

09/09/2024: The closing time is different from the actual one on the internet: they allow us to have dinner anyway, but then they almost chase us away by making us pay while we were still quickly eating. The pizzas do not reach a minimum standard to be sufficient, but they could still be eaten, but it is the service that is indecorous, inhospitable and absolutely inadequate. Absolutely not recommended restaurant.

15/10/2024: Nicely laid out with booths allowing privacy for lone diners. Generous pots of tea and nice pastries on offer. However, very limited for vegetarians. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and the options were limited. Vegan sausages and nothing short of a crime against humanity. Cheap, nutritious alternatives could include: hashbrowns, spinach, halloumi etc.
Still, service is brisk and pleasant, and the place is comfortable and generally bustling with people.
27/06/2024: The guy on the touch screen gave 15-20 options for two sandwiches, a tea and a coffee. Two entry level sandwiches and a pot of tea for two, "25.50 please'. When we queried the price, an observing female server sidled to the register and barked "That's the price!!!!". A dreadfully dismal experience, and at peak service time, 3 occupied tables in the place told their own story. Avoid.

06/10/2024: The slowest pizza service I have ever seen anywhere in the world. You could order a pizza delivered from anywhere else quicker than they make a pizza in store. Unbelievably slow. No idea what the pizza is like. You may die of old age or starvation before they ever make the pizza.
10/07/2024: Omg spoke to the rudest Polish person ever, got the order wrong and wud not give me her name, had to ring back few times to get managers name,,who wasn't there until next day, I wud never judge someone on there nationality but my god cudn believe they way I was spoken to as a customer, don't get me wrong I wasn't v nice when order was wrong, no apologises or sorry from tis girl who wudn reveal her name, tralee approx 8 30 10th July 24, who surely no who I'm talking bout , needs to b sacked tbh

04/11/2024: The place is very nice, I ordered chowder as a starter and it was very good, it was light in flavour and for my first course I had cod with potatoes, the portion was plentiful and it tasted good!
The service was fast and the staff very friendly.
Recommended!!

25/06/2024: We were served by the most fantastic young lady. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. This young lady gave amazing service. She also spoke to us at the table and she was fabulous. Meeting her was the best start. The food was finger licking. Great atmosphere. Eating there felt like we were having a spa treatment. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. Will go back for sure. Please thank that fabulous young lady.
23/06/2024: Very basic,won't be returning, chicken curry was OK, batter on fish was not nice, it left an after taste, the kids meals was over priced and the coffee was scalding and not drinkable. There was no lock on the door of the disability toilet. It's such a shame, the restaurant has the most amazing view.
